Komunitetet fetare n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri vler\u00ebsojn\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsin\u00eb e barazis\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrfshirjen sociale dhe n\u00eb mosdiskriminim, sepse kjo pasqyron barazin\u00eb e dinjitetit, q\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb njer\u00ebzit kan\u00eb para Zotit.<\/p>\n

Nisur nga k\u00ebto parime dhe bazuar n\u00eb t\u00eb drejtat e tij statutore, K\u00ebshilli Nd\u00ebrfetar i Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, i p\u00ebrb\u00ebr\u00eb nga pes\u00eb komunitetet fetare (Komuniteti Mysliman i Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, Kisha Orthodhokse Autoqefale e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, Kisha Katolike n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, Kryegjyshata Bot\u00ebrore Bektashiane, V\u00ebllaz\u00ebria Ungjillore e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb), pasi u njoh me projektligjin \u201cP\u00ebr barazin\u00eb gjinore\u201d, m\u00eb 23 shtator 2025 mblodhi Bordin e Presidenc\u00ebs, s\u00eb bashku me nj\u00eb grup pune t\u00eb miratuar nga pes\u00eb komunitetet fetare, t\u00eb p\u00ebrb\u00ebr\u00eb nga specialist\u00eb dhe ekspert\u00eb t\u00eb fushave t\u00eb ndryshme.<\/p>\n

Krer\u00ebt dhe drejtuesit e t\u00eb gjitha komuniteteve fetare shpreh\u00ebn shqet\u00ebsimin e tyre p\u00ebr disa nene dhe p\u00ebrkufizime t\u00eb projektligjit, t\u00eb cilat bien n\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtim me parimet teologjike dhe tradit\u00ebn e familjes shqiptare. N\u00eb ve\u00e7anti, p\u00ebrkufizimi i termit \u201cgjini\u201d, si koncept gjith\u00ebp\u00ebrfshir\u00ebs, p\u00ebrdorimi i nocioneve, \u201cidentitet gjinor\u201d, \u201cshprehje gjinore\u201d, si dhe t\u00eb gjitha neneve t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb lidhura me to, krijojn\u00eb paqart\u00ebsi ligjore dhe hap\u00ebsira p\u00ebr keqinterpretim.<\/p>\n

Ne theksojm\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsin\u00eb e familjes tradicionale t\u00eb bazuar mbi dy gjinit\u00eb biologjike: burr\u00eb dhe grua. P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb arsye, k\u00ebrkojm\u00eb sakt\u00ebsimin e p\u00ebrkufizimit t\u00eb termit \u201cGjini\u201d n\u00eb projektligj, duke e lidhur qart\u00eb me gjinin\u00eb e p\u00ebrcaktuar n\u00eb lindje – burr\u00eb, grua, vajz\u00eb, djal\u00eb – n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me parimet e barazis\u00eb dhe mosdiskriminimit.<\/p>\n

Komunitetet fetare kan\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetur gjithnj\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekjet e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb p\u00ebr p\u00ebrafrimin e legjislacionit me direktivat e BE-s\u00eb. Njohja tradicionale e dy gjinive nuk p\u00ebrb\u00ebn penges\u00eb p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb proces – fakt q\u00eb reflektohet edhe n\u00eb praktikat e shumic\u00ebs s\u00eb shteteve an\u00ebtare t\u00eb BE-s\u00eb, t\u00eb cilat vazhdojn\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrdorin nj\u00eb p\u00ebrkufizim binar burr\u00eb-grua.<\/p>\n

Me d\u00ebshir\u00ebn q\u00eb k\u00ebto shqet\u00ebsime t\u00eb merren n\u00eb konsiderat\u00eb nga institucionet p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebse, riafirmojm\u00eb angazhimin ton\u00eb p\u00ebr dialog dhe bashk\u00ebpunim n\u00eb nd\u00ebrtimin e nj\u00eb shoq\u00ebrie t\u00eb drejt\u00eb, t\u00eb barabart\u00eb dhe t\u00eb sigurt p\u00ebr brezat e rinj, duke u mb\u00ebshtetur n\u00eb besimin te Zoti dhe respektin p\u00ebr ligjin.
