Nj\u00eb humbje e madhe p\u00ebr familjen, p\u00ebr kish\u00ebn ku sh\u00ebrbente dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb komunitetin shqiptar n\u00eb Amerik\u00eb. At\u00eb Arturi ishte nx\u00ebn\u00ebs i Imzot Theofan Nolit dhe vazhdoi me p\u00ebrkushtim vepr\u00ebn e tij.<\/p>\n<p>Artur Evans Liolin lindi m\u00eb 19 qershor 1943 n\u00eb Nju Jork, n\u00eb nj\u00eb familje me origjin\u00eb nga Boboshtica e Kor\u00e7\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb vitin 1967 mbaroi studimet p\u00ebr Histori Arti (Mesjeta dhe Bizanti) n\u00eb Universitetin Princeton. N\u00eb vitin 1970 u dor\u00ebzua prift n\u00eb Boston dhe i sh\u00ebrbeu komunitetit shqiptar n\u00eb kryekish\u00ebn e Sh\u00ebn Gjergjit. N\u00eb vitin 1975 u em\u00ebrua Kancelar i Kryedioqez\u00ebs Shqiptare t\u00eb Kish\u00ebs Orthodhokse n\u00eb Amerik\u00eb, t\u00eb cil\u00ebs i sh\u00ebrbeu derisa nd\u00ebrroi jet\u00eb. Gjat\u00eb sh\u00ebrbimit t\u00eb tij at\u00eb Arturi gjall\u00ebroi jet\u00ebn shpirt\u00ebrore dhe veprimtarit\u00eb e komunitetit orthodhoks shqiptar.<\/p>\n<p>At\u00eb Liolin shkroi mbi dy duzina artikuj dhe ese n\u00eb kremtimin dhe studimin e popullit shqiptar dhe kontribuoi n\u00eb mbi dyzet e pes\u00eb konferenca, duke p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb nj\u00eb simpozium n\u00eb Universitetin e Harvardit dhe Dit\u00ebn e Perestrojk\u00ebs, n\u00eb shkoll\u00ebn Noble dhe Greenough n\u00eb Dedham, Massachusetts. At\u00eb Liolini mbajti ose mori mbi nj\u00ebzet \u00e7mime dhe bursa, duke p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb nj\u00eb \u00e7mim p\u00ebr piktur\u00ebn e tij abstrakte impresioniste, Tez\u00ebn e Lart\u00eb n\u00eb Princeton dhe \u00c7mimin Rotari p\u00ebr sh\u00ebrbimin ndaj komunitetit.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebrve\u00e7 detyrave t\u00eb tij baritore, at\u00eb Liolini sh\u00ebrbeu si historian institucional i Kryedioqez\u00ebs Orthodhokse Shqiptare, duke p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb themeluesin e Bibliotek\u00ebs dhe Qendr\u00ebs Kulturore Fan S. Noli dhe Presidentin themelues t\u00eb Shoqat\u00ebs s\u00eb Krishter\u00eb Ortodokse n\u00eb Princeton. Ai ishte an\u00ebtar i shoq\u00ebrive fetare, etnike dhe shpirt\u00ebrore, duke p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb Fondacionin Apeli i Nd\u00ebrgjegjes dhe Shoqat\u00ebn Amerikane t\u00eb Kombeve t\u00eb Bashkuara. Gjat\u00eb viteve 1980 dhe 1990, n\u00eb munges\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00eb episkopi, at\u00eb Liolini sh\u00ebrbeu de facto si udh\u00ebheq\u00ebs shpirt\u00ebror. Sh\u00ebrbimi i tij ndaj Kish\u00ebs u shtri shum\u00eb p\u00ebrtej mureve t\u00eb Katedrales p\u00ebr komunitetin mbar\u00ebbot\u00ebror shqiptar, ku at\u00eb Liolini p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsoi me mjesht\u00ebri Kryedioqez\u00ebn n\u00eb bot\u00ebn e jashtme.<\/p>\n<p>At\u00eb Arturi ka b\u00ebr\u00eb disa vizita n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, duke qen\u00eb dashamir\u00ebs i Kish\u00ebs Orthodhokse Autoqefale t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, duke mb\u00ebshtetur vepr\u00ebn e ringritjes s\u00eb saj nga g\u00ebrmadhat.
