Frash\u00ebri n\u00eb shkrimin e tij t\u00eb fundit (Gazeta Shqiptare, 22-23\/9\/2013), nisi p\u00ebrs\u00ebri me pasakt\u00ebsi. Flet \u201cp\u00ebr artikujt kritik\u00eb q\u00eb u botuan gjat\u00eb tri viteve t\u00eb fundit. \u201d Nuk b\u00ebhet fjal\u00eb aspak p\u00ebr \u201cartikuj kritik\u00eb\u201d, por p\u00ebr disa pamflete t\u00eb pamenduara. Tre t\u00eb par\u00ebt e pan\u00eb drit\u00ebn e botimit n\u00eb vjesht\u00ebn e vitit 2010 dhe dy t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt dol\u00ebn m\u00eb s\u00eb fundi. Zoti Frash\u00ebri nuk i<\/p>\n<p>num\u00ebron sakt\u00eb. Kurr\u00eb nuk kisha dh\u00ebn\u00eb shkak dhe as nuk kisha th\u00ebn\u00eb asnj\u00eb fjal\u00eb kund\u00ebr z. Fra- sh\u00ebri. P\u00ebrkundrazi, kisha treguar gjithmon\u00eb vler\u00ebsim. Papritur, m\u00eb 14 shtator 2010, tet\u00ebmb\u00eb- dhjet\u00eb vjet pas marrjes p\u00ebrsip\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb Kryepiskopit, doli publikisht me nj\u00eb akuz\u00eb shpif\u00ebse. Vijuan, te Gazeta Shqiptare, dhe dy pamflete t\u00eb tjera (9-10\/10\/2010 dhe m\u00eb 16-17\/ 11\/2010), n\u00eb t\u00eb cilat b\u00ebri shpifje t\u00eb tjera me nj\u00eb agresivitet t\u00eb \u00e7uditsh\u00ebm. P\u00ebrgjigjet e mia u botuan n\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn gazet\u00eb, m\u00eb 26\/9 dhe 31\/10 2010 dhe e fundit m\u00eb 5\/12\/2010. Pas sulmit t\u00eb tij t\u00eb fundit shpif\u00ebs, i parashtrova t\u00eb dh\u00ebna konkrete q\u00eb zbulonin keqinterpretimet dhe gabimet e tij serioze historike. P\u00ebrmbledhtazi, po rikujtoj tre prej tyre, t\u00eb cilat tregojn\u00eb nivelin e \u201cartikujve t\u00eb tij kritik\u00eb\u201d:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cZ. Frash\u00ebri i ka siguruar p\u00ebr t\u00eb 14-\u00ebn her\u00eb lexuesit, se Statuti i vitit 1929 \u00ebsht\u00eb miratuar dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb ratifikuar nga Tomosi Patriarkal me t\u00eb cilin, m\u00eb 12 prill 1937, Kish\u00ebs Orthodhokse t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb iu dha Autoqefalia. Meq\u00eb teksti n\u00eb fjal\u00eb ka r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi themeltare, po e japim n\u00eb materialet shoq\u00ebruese t\u00eb k\u00ebtij artikulli, t\u00eb plot\u00eb, si dhe fotokopjen e origjinalit (shih Gazeta Shqiptare, 5\/12\/2010). Si\u00e7 mund ta konstatoj\u00eb edhe lexuesi m\u00eb i thjesht\u00eb, n\u00eb asnj\u00eb pik\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebtij dokumenti nuk p\u00ebrmendet Statuti i vitit 1929\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNgutet t\u00eb siguroj\u00eb p\u00ebr znj. Antoniadhu \u201c&#8230;dyshoj se nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb greke, por shqiptare &#8211; nga familja e njohur shqiptare himarjote Andoni dhe q\u00eb si grekomane ka nd\u00ebrruar dhe (Lexoni n\u00eb faqet 5-8)<\/p>\n<p>RR\u00cbZIMIINJ\u00cb S\u00cbR\u00cb AKUZAVE SHPIF\u00cbSE<\/p>\n<p>Nga Kryepiskopi<\/p>\n<p>t Prof. Dr. Anastasi<\/p>\n<p>Profesor Emeritus<\/p>\n<p>i Universitetit t\u00eb Athin\u00ebs,<br \/>\nAn\u00ebtar Nderi i Akademis\u00eb s\u00eb Athin\u00ebs<\/p>\n<p>(vijon nga faqja 1) mbiemrin, &#8230;s\u00eb bashku me mbiemrin ka nd\u00eb- rruar edhe nd\u00ebrgjegjen \u201d. Por ajo \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb gazetare e shquar e nj\u00eb prej gazetave m\u00eb t\u00eb njohura t\u00eb Athin\u00ebs dhe sa e njohin, qeshin me k\u00ebt\u00eb gjetje historike, ngaq\u00eb dihet se familja e saj e ka prejardhjen nga Ponti i Azis\u00eb s\u00eb Vog\u00ebl.\u201d (c) \u201cPor aty ku ai kalon \u00e7do lloj caku t\u00eb seriozitetit historik \u00ebsht\u00eb kur del n\u00eb p\u00ebrfundimin se \u201cKrishti dha porosi tek apostuj t\u00eb krijojn\u00eb Kisha ko- mb\u00ebtare dhe ky parim u shkel nga Patriar- kana Ekumenike \u201d. \u00c7do i krishter\u00eb i arsimuar mund t\u00eb kuptoj\u00eb nivelin e dijeve dhe vlefshm\u00eb- rin\u00eb e atyre q\u00eb thot\u00eb historiani n\u00eb lidhje me theologjin\u00eb dhe Kish\u00ebn\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Pas zbulimit t\u00eb nivelit t\u00eb argumenteve t\u00eb z. Frash\u00ebri, ai heshti p\u00ebr tre vjet me radh\u00eb. Papri- tur, duke p\u00ebrdorur si pik\u00ebnisje ngjarjet e hidhura t\u00eb P\u00ebrmetit, nisi p\u00ebrs\u00ebri (26\/8\/2013) me sulme dhe akuza t\u00eb reja.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb \u00e7do rast me shkrimin e pamfleteve t\u00eb tij p\u00ebrpiqet t\u00eb krijoj\u00eb nj\u00eb teat\u00ebr absurd. Merr p\u00ebr- sip\u00ebr rolin e akuzuesit, t\u00eb hetuesit, t\u00eb prokurorit, t\u00eb gjykat\u00ebsit dhe disa her\u00eb edhe t\u00eb shefit t\u00eb poli- cis\u00eb private, p\u00ebr t\u00eb d\u00ebbuar Kryepiskopin. Dhe na i cakton k\u00ebtij t\u00eb fundit rolin e fajtorit q\u00eb shfa- j\u00ebsohet. Por, p\u00ebrgjigjet e mia nukjan\u00eb \u201capologji\u201d, si\u00e7 i pag\u00ebzon ai, por tekste sqaruese q\u00eb hedhin posht\u00eb akuza dhe pik\u00ebpamje t\u00eb pabaza. Si shkenc\u00ebtar i p\u00ebrgjegjsh\u00ebm dhe udh\u00ebheq\u00ebs kishtar, jam i detyruar me guxim dhe argumente<\/p>\n<p>t\u00eb hedh posht\u00eb shpifjet q\u00eb kan\u00eb si q\u00ebllim t\u00eb tyrin, t\u00eb helmojn\u00eb opinionin publik.<\/p>\n<p>2. Por le t\u00eb vijm\u00eb te pamfleti i tij i pest\u00eb (me t\u00eb cilin i p\u00ebrgjigjet kritik\u00ebs son\u00eb, q\u00eb u botua m\u00eb 22-23.9.2013). (E vonova k\u00ebt\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigje p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb nj\u00eb s\u00ebr\u00eb udh\u00ebtimesh t\u00eb mia jasht\u00eb vendit).<\/p>\n<p>a) N\u00eb lidhje me ngjarjet e P\u00ebrmetit mb\u00ebshtet mendimin se n\u00eb filmimet e ngjarjes \u201c nuk shihet asnj\u00eb goditje \u201ce pam\u00ebshirshme \u201d t\u00eb asnj\u00eb prifti nga policia&#8230; Ato jan\u00eb shpifje monstruoze t\u00eb pakonceptueshme, kur dalin nga pena e nj\u00eb prelati, i cili kudo ku shkon prezantohet me titullin \u201cDoktor, Profesor dhe An\u00ebtar Nderi i Akademis\u00eb s\u00eb Athin\u00ebs\u201d. Videoja \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb dispozicion t\u00eb cilitdo q\u00eb d\u00ebshiron ta shikoj\u00eb (http:\/ \/www.orthodoxalbania.org\/al\/index.php\/shq\/ lajme\/1425-proteste-e-klerikeve-te-mitropolise- se-shenjte-te-gjirokastres) dhe po sjellim disa<\/p>\n<p>prej k\u00ebtyre pamjeve me foto. Kjo video u transmetua n\u00eb mbar\u00eb bot\u00ebn dhe shkaktoi nj\u00eb protest\u00eb nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare. Nd\u00ebrsa z. Frash\u00ebri po- hon se \u201cnuk shihet asnj\u00eb goditje \u201ce pam\u00ebshir- shme\u201d nga policia\u201d. Dhun\u00ebn kund\u00ebr prift\u00ebrinj- ve shqiptar\u00eb e kan\u00eb par\u00eb shum\u00eb d\u00ebshmitar\u00eb okular\u00eb. Si nj\u00eb prej shembujve t\u00eb shumt\u00eb, po sjell denoncimin e klerikut shqiptar Ilia Tyto (52 vje\u00e7), i cili denoncoi n\u00eb prokurori, m\u00eb 16 gusht 2013, se an\u00ebtar\u00ebt e policis\u00eb private \u201cfilluan t\u00eb m\u00eb godasin me grushte dhe shkelma dhe nga k\u00ebto goditje kam ngelur i d\u00ebmtuar n\u00eb buz\u00eb, kam d\u00ebmtime t\u00eb qaf\u00ebs, si dhe n\u00eb pjes\u00ebn e kryqes s\u00eb majt\u00eb, si dhe n\u00eb ky\u00e7in e k\u00ebmb\u00ebs s\u00eb djatht\u00eb dhe me forc\u00eb m\u00eb kan\u00eb t\u00ebrhequr zvarr\u00eb nga kisha p\u00ebr n\u00eb trotuar&#8230; Q\u00ebndrova disa minuta i rrethuar nga ata derisa erdhi Papa Thanas Qerimi, i cili m\u00eb ka marr\u00eb menj\u00ebher\u00eb me vete dhe jemi drejtuar p\u00ebr n\u00eb polici p\u00ebr t\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb kall\u00ebzim penal\u201d (Republika e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, Prokuroria e Rrethit Gjyq\u00ebsor P\u00ebrmet. Proces-verbali p\u00ebr kall\u00ebzimin e vepr\u00ebs penale, 16\/8\/2013) (shih dokumenti 1 dhe 2). M\u00eb 19\/8\/2013, at\u00eb e vizitoi mjeku ligjor, Frederik Kekezi, i cili konstatoi \u201ckontuzion i trupit (ekimoz\u00eb, \u00ebnjtje), d\u00ebmtimet e m\u00ebsip\u00ebrme jan\u00eb shkaktuar nga nj\u00eb mjet mbret\u00ebs\u201d (Akt-ekspertimi mjeko-ligjor nr. 310, Sh\u00ebrbimi i Mjek\u00ebsis\u00eb Ligjore, Gjirokast\u00ebr).<\/p>\n<p>Z. Frash\u00ebri ngul k\u00ebmb\u00eb se k\u00ebto dhe flakja e Ungjillit\u201cjan\u00ebshpifjemonstruoze&#8230;\u201d, \u201c&#8230;kup- tohet se n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb mes Zyra e P\u00ebrmbarimit nuk kreu ndonj\u00eb sakrilegj\u201d. Gjithashtu, ka d\u00ebshmi t\u00eb pakund\u00ebrshtueshme dhe foto, q\u00eb tregojn\u00eb qart\u00eb se ungjijt\u00eb, ikonat dhe en\u00ebt e shenjta u flak\u00ebn n\u00eb makin\u00ebn e plehrave t\u00eb Bashkis\u00eb (shih dok. 3). K\u00ebshtup\u00ebrkufizimi \u201cshpifje monstruo-<\/p>\n<p>ze\u201d n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast kthehet kund\u00ebr vet\u00eb k\u00ebtij personi, i cili vet\u00ebquhet mbrojt\u00ebsi i sakrilegjit.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr sa i takon titujve t\u00eb mi shkencor\u00eb (t\u00eb nj\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsie nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare), sipas taktik\u00ebs s\u00eb apostull Pavlit, i cili u kujtonte p\u00ebrndjek\u00ebsve t\u00eb tij se \u201cjam qytetar romak\u201d, edhe un\u00eb i p\u00ebrdor kryesisht kur na duhet t\u2019u p\u00ebrgjigjemi disa arti- kullshkruesve, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt, p\u00ebr t\u2019i dh\u00ebn\u00eb autoritet pamfleteve t\u00eb tyre antishkencore, n\u00eb krye t\u00eb tyre vendosin sigl\u00ebn \u201cProf. dr. historian, akademik\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>b) P\u00ebr sa i takon dat\u00ebs s\u00eb sakt\u00eb t\u00eb ngritjes s\u00eb nd\u00ebrtes\u00ebs s\u00eb par\u00eb t\u00eb kish\u00ebs jan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb studime t\u00eb ndryshme. Nj\u00eb t\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme, se sa e vjet\u00ebr \u00ebsht\u00eb kisha e s\u00eb T\u00ebr\u00ebshenjt\u00ebs n\u00eb P\u00ebrmet, na e jep studiuesi p\u00ebrmetar Stilian Adhami, n\u00eb vepr\u00ebn e tij \u201cP\u00ebrmeti dhe p\u00ebrmetar\u00ebt n\u00eb udh\u00ebn e historis\u00eb (Nga lasht\u00ebsia deri n\u00eb vitin 1939) \u201d, (Botimet Ada, Tiran\u00eb 2001, fq. 168), kur thot\u00eb se \u201cduhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb kisha m\u00eb e vjet\u00ebr e qytetit\u201d. Dy kishat e tjera t\u00eb qytetit ajo e Sh\u00ebn Nikoll\u00ebs dhe Sh\u00ebn e Premtes, u nd\u00ebrtuan n\u00eb vitin 1747 dhe n\u00eb vitin 1776. Pik\u00ebpamjen se kjo kish\u00eb ka ekzistuar q\u00eb n\u00eb shekullin e 17-t\u00eb e ka formuluar edhe dr. K. Jakumis me baz\u00eb traditat lokale. Si\u00e7 vihet re, n\u00eb shum\u00eb raste ka disa rind\u00ebrtime n\u00eb ambientet fillestare t\u00eb nj\u00eb kishe. N\u00eb nj\u00eb studim t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb, p\u00ebr mbishkrimet e kishave t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj zone, thuhet se \u201cn\u00eb kish\u00ebn e Hyrjes n\u00eb Tempull t\u00eb Hyjlind\u00ebses, \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb pllak\u00eb guri mbi t\u00eb cil\u00ebn shkruhet p\u00ebrsip\u00ebr: \u201cLutje e sh\u00ebrb\u00ebtorit t\u00eb Per\u00ebndis\u00eb Janaq Prevezani 1814&#8230; n\u00eb t\u00eb gji- tha ikonatp\u00ebrmendet kronologjia 1815-1816\u201d. (Pan. I. Pulica. \u201cMbishkrime dhe kujtime&#8230;\u201d P\u00ebrvjetori i Shoq\u00ebris\u00eb s\u00eb Studimeve Bizantine, Athin\u00eb 1928, fq. 89). Kodiku i Mitropolis\u00eb s\u00eb Kor\u00e7\u00ebs na siguron se \u201ckisha e s\u00eb T\u00ebr\u00ebshenjt\u00ebs n\u00eb Pazar u nd\u00ebrtua n\u00eb mes t\u00eb rr\u00ebmujave t\u00eb ndryshme nga epitropi Zosi Loli, i cili e mbaroi nd\u00ebrtes\u00ebn brenda nat\u00ebs dhe u zgjerua n\u00eb koh\u00ebn e t\u00eb gjithmon\u00ebkujtueshmit episkop t\u00eb Kor\u00e7\u00ebs, Meletit\u201d (Meleti i Kor\u00e7\u00ebs ishte episkop nga viti 1816 deri n\u00eb vitin 1827). (Kodiku i Kor\u00e7\u00ebs dhe i Selasforit, Petraq Pepo, \u201cMateriale Doku- mentare p\u00ebr Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb Juglindore \u201d. Tiran\u00eb 1981). N\u00ebse nuk tregojn\u00eb gj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr, k\u00ebto fakte d\u00ebshmojn\u00eb se kisha nuk u nd\u00ebrtua n\u00eb vitin 1930, si\u00e7 d\u00ebshiron historiani Frash\u00ebri. Por edhe d\u00ebshmia e S. Adhamit \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb e qart\u00eb, kur thot\u00eb se kisha duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb para vitit 1747, \u201cpasi \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb e vjetra\u201d, akoma edhe m\u00eb e vjet\u00ebr se ajo e Sh\u00ebn Nikoll\u00ebs, e nd\u00ebrtuar n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb dat\u00eb. E v\u00ebrteta \u00ebsht\u00eb se me gjith\u00eb d\u00ebmtimet serioze n\u00eb koh\u00eb t\u00eb ndryshme, kisha rind\u00ebrtohej dhe ishte n\u00eb funksionim.<\/p>\n<p>Por ajo q\u00eb ka r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi n\u00eb rastin n\u00eb fjal\u00eb dhe d\u00ebshmohet prej shum\u00eb provash \u00ebsht\u00eb fakti (shih fotografin\u00eb e Pirro Na\u00e7e, t\u00eb vitit 1956, botuar n\u00eb shkrimin e m\u00ebparsh\u00ebm), se n\u00eb vendin n\u00eb fjal\u00eb, ka ekzistuar nj\u00eb kish\u00eb q\u00eb u shkat\u00ebrrua gjat\u00eb per- sekutimit ateist. Sipas z. Frash\u00ebri \u201cgjurm\u00ebt e kish\u00ebs jan\u00eb zhdukur\u201d. E v\u00ebrteta \u00ebsht\u00eb se nuk u<\/p>\n<p>shkat\u00ebrrua krejt\u00ebsisht, si\u00e7 e d\u00ebshmon nga nj\u00ebra an\u00eb ekspozeja e arkitektes, znj. Vasilika Cicko (t\u00eb cil\u00ebs n\u00eb vitin 1960-61 i ishte dh\u00ebn\u00eb detyra e projektimit p\u00ebr transformimin e kish\u00ebs s\u00eb Sh\u00ebn Maris\u00eb s\u00eb Pazarit n\u00eb sht\u00ebpi kulture), n\u00eb nj\u00eb relacion t\u00eb saj (24.2.2004), t\u00eb cilin e p\u00ebrmend\u00ebm n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigjen ton\u00eb t\u00eb fundit, ku thuhet: \u201cRruajtjen n\u00eb maksimumin e mundsh\u00ebm t\u00eb konstruksionit t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtes\u00ebs ekzistuese, p\u00ebr t\u00eb ulur koston e nd\u00ebrtimit\u201d. Nga ana tjet\u00ebr, k\u00ebt\u00eb e v\u00ebrtetojn\u00eb dhe muret e trash\u00eb, q\u00eb vazhdojn\u00eb t\u00eb ekzistojn\u00eb ende n\u00eb nd\u00ebrtes\u00ebn n\u00eb fjal\u00eb, bashk\u00eb me dritaret e mbuluara me nj\u00eb s\u00ebr\u00eb tullash.<\/p>\n<p>Z. Frash\u00ebri ngul k\u00ebmb\u00eb se nuk d\u00ebshirojm\u00eb ekzistenc\u00ebn e qendr\u00ebs kulturore n\u00eb P\u00ebrmet, se gjoja kemi synim greqizimin e qytetit! K\u00ebto jan\u00eb dyshime fare t\u00eb pabaza! E p\u00ebrs\u00ebrisim: (1) Gjat\u00eb<\/p>\n<p>gjith\u00eb k\u00ebtyre viteve n\u00eb kish\u00ebn e s\u00eb T\u00ebr\u00ebshenjt\u00ebs s\u00eb P\u00ebrmetit meshohet n\u00eb shqip, nga prift\u00ebrinj shqiptar\u00eb. (2) Ne e kemi theksuar, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrs\u00ebritur, nevoj\u00ebn si t\u00eb funksionimit t\u00eb kish\u00ebs ashtu edhe t\u00eb Qendr\u00ebs Kulturore. (3) Mbi t\u00eb gji- tha, duam t\u00eb n\u00ebnvizojm\u00eb faktin p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilin z. Fra- sh\u00ebri hesht: N\u00eb P\u00ebrmet, prej vitit 2010 ekziston nj\u00eb Qend\u00ebr e re Kulturore Multifunksionale mo- derne (shih dok. 4), pik\u00ebrisht p\u00ebrball\u00eb kish\u00ebs, rreth 30 m larg. Ka kaq shum\u00eb nevoj\u00eb bashkia e vog\u00ebl e P\u00ebrmetit p\u00ebr nj\u00eb Qend\u00ebr Kulturore t\u00eb dyt\u00eb&#8230; aq sa t\u00eb kryente veprimet e sakrilegjit q\u00eb e njollos\u00ebn vendin ton\u00eb nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtarisht? Cila bashki tjet\u00ebr n\u00eb vend ka dy qendra kulturore?! Q\u00ebllimet n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast jan\u00eb krejt\u00ebsisht t\u00eb nj\u00eb na- tyre tjet\u00ebr dhe nuk b\u00ebhet fjal\u00eb aspak p\u00ebr kultu- r\u00ebn. Edhe k\u00ebtu g\u00ebnjen. N\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigjen time t\u00eb fundit (9.9.2013), shkruaja: \u201ce siguroj se i m\u00ebsova ngjarjet m\u00eb pas (e sigurisht q\u00eb me k\u00ebt\u00eb, n\u00ebnkup- toja ngjarjen e sakrilegjit). Klerik\u00ebt dhe besim- tar\u00ebt orthodhoks\u00eb nuk kan\u00eb nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr urdhra p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbrojtur t\u00eb shenjtat dhe t\u00eb hirshmet\u201d. Kushdo q\u00eb ka ndjekur k\u00ebshill\u00ebn e tij, ka par\u00eb se m\u00eb 3\/12\/2010 nuk ka ekzistuar asnj\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigje e imja te Gazeta Shqiptare. P\u00ebrgjigjja e tret\u00eb u botua m\u00eb 5\/12\/2010, por prap\u00ebseprap\u00eb edhe n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast, nuk ekziston asnj\u00eb referim p\u00ebr<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebrmetin. Sigurisht q\u00eb kam pasur njohuri prej vitesh n\u00eb lidhje me \u00e7\u00ebshtjen e mbetur pezull q\u00eb ekzistonte n\u00eb P\u00ebrmet n\u00eb lidhje me kish\u00ebn e s\u00eb T\u00ebr\u00ebshenjt\u00ebs Mari.<\/p>\n<p>Duke pasur t\u00eb gjith\u00eb respektin e duhur p\u00ebr drejt\u00ebsin\u00eb, \u00ebsht\u00eb e njohur se vendimet e gjykatave nuk p\u00ebrb\u00ebjn\u00eb kritere t\u00eb s\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebs n\u00eb lidhje me \u00e7\u00ebshtjet arkeologjike dhe historike. Shum\u00eb her\u00eb, t\u00eb dh\u00ebna t\u00eb fabrikuara dhe d\u00ebshmi- tar\u00eb t\u00eb rrem\u00eb sjellin vendime t\u00eb gabuara e t\u00eb pabazuara n\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebn. N\u00eb lidhje me peripe- cit\u00eb gjyq\u00ebsore p\u00ebr \u00e7\u00ebshtjen e kish\u00ebs n\u00eb P\u00ebrmet, njoftojm\u00eb opinionin publik se nga viti 1994 deri n\u00eb vitin 2003, pati nj\u00eb seri gjyqesh, ku Kish\u00ebs iu njoh e drejta e saj. Sa i takon vendimit m\u00eb t\u00eb fundit, n\u00eb p\u00ebrs\u00ebritjen e gjyqeve, q\u00eb solli n\u00eb vendi- min e njohur, n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast pala ankimuese nuk ishte Bashkia e P\u00ebrmetit, q\u00eb e kishte me ligj k\u00ebt\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00eb si person juridik, por drejtoria e Qendr\u00ebs Kulturore (q\u00eb ishte nj\u00eb sektor i Bashki- s\u00eb pa pasur qenie juridike). Gjithashtu, ekspert\u00ebt nuk u caktuan prej gjykat\u00ebs, por u imponuan. Relatori i \u00e7\u00ebshtjes nuk u caktua me short midis gjyqtar\u00ebve, por u em\u00ebrua nominalisht, si dhe u b\u00ebn\u00eb shkelje t\u00eb tjera.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cGrupi Shqiptar i t\u00eb Drejtave t\u00eb Njeriut\u201d n\u00eb nj\u00eb deklarat\u00eb t\u00eb tij\u00ebn thekson se \u201c\u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb dijeni t\u00eb plot\u00eb t\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb situat\u00ebs, q\u00eb ka p\u00ebrfunduar me nj\u00eb vendim gjyq\u00ebsor t\u00eb diskutuesh\u00ebm n\u00eb favor t\u00eb pal\u00ebs s\u00eb Bashkis\u00eb&#8230; Ky akt nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb ekzekutim rutin\u00eb i nj\u00eb vendimi gjyq\u00eb- sor, por d\u00ebshmon haptazi nj\u00eb procedur\u00eb tipike n\u00ebn frym\u00ebn e urrejtjes fetare p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb komuni- tet\u201d (Tiran\u00eb, 18.8.2013, Deklarat\u00eb p\u00ebr shtyp: \u201cDhunimi i institucionit t\u00eb kish\u00ebs s\u00eb Sh\u00ebn Maris\u00eb n\u00eb P\u00ebrmet \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb precedent i rreziksh\u00ebm i urrejtjes fetare\u201d). Gjithashtu, \u00ebsht\u00eb e njohur se Gjykata Evropiane e t\u00eb Drejtave t\u00eb Njeriut (shih Gazeta Shqiptare, 14\/9\/2013 dhe gazeta t\u00eb tjera), ka pranuar p\u00ebr gjykim 561 apelime t\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve shqiptar\u00eb, 80% e t\u00eb cilave kan\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb me kthimin e pronave, q\u00eb shteti u kishte konfiskuar. Dhe ambasadori amerikan n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb z. A. Arvizu komenton se \u201cproblemi n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri \u00ebsht\u00eb serioz. Sipas Transparency International, nj\u00eb organizat\u00eb shum\u00eb serioze,&#8230; mbi 80% e shqiptar\u00ebve e shikon sistemin e tyre gjyq\u00ebsor si t\u00eb korruptuar ose tej mase t\u00eb korruptuar\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr prov\u00eb e ngurrimit t\u00eb organeve t\u00eb tjera shtet\u00ebrore n\u00eb lidhje me drejt\u00ebsin\u00eb e vendi- mit, \u00ebsht\u00eb fakti se p\u00ebr n\u00ebnt\u00eb vjet rresht, ky ve- ndim nuk u zbatua. N\u00eb diskutime me zyrtar\u00eb kompetent\u00eb na ishte dh\u00ebn\u00eb premtimi, se kjo \u00e7\u00ebshtje do t\u00eb zgjidhej n\u00eb rrug\u00eb politike. Dhe ne, dua t\u00eb p\u00ebrs\u00ebris k\u00ebt\u00eb fakt, (1) shpreh\u00ebm gati- shm\u00ebrin\u00eb ton\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb kontribuuar n\u00eb nd\u00ebrtimin e nj\u00eb qendre moderne kulturore. N\u00eb nj\u00eb dekla- rat\u00eb t\u00eb K\u00ebshillit Bashkiak t\u00eb qytetit t\u00eb P\u00ebrmetit, m\u00eb 23.12.2005, theksohet se \u201c\u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u2019u p\u00ebrsh\u00ebndetur iniciativa dhe gatishm\u00ebria e Kish\u00ebs Orthodhokse Autoqefale t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb dhe e<\/p>\n<p>Kryepiskopit Anastas p\u00ebr t\u00eb kontribuuar n\u00eb zgjidhjen e k\u00ebtij problemi, duke p\u00ebrshtatur n\u00eb qend\u00ebr kulturore nj\u00eb objekt q\u00eb do t\u00eb plot\u00ebsoj\u00eb kriteret e caktuara\u201d. Ky k\u00ebshill autorizoi krye- tarin e Bashkis\u00eb s\u00eb P\u00ebrmetit, z. Petrit Bregasi, p\u00ebr t\u00eb nisur sa m\u00eb shpejt bisedimet dhe t\u00eb marr\u00eb p\u00ebrsip\u00ebr kryerjen e akteve t\u00eb nevojshme p\u00ebr hartimin e nj\u00eb marr\u00ebveshjeje me terma t\u00eb qart\u00eb p\u00ebr zgjidhjen e problemit. (2) N\u00eb Marr\u00ebveshjen midis Kish\u00ebs Orthodhokse Autoqefale t\u00eb Shqi- p\u00ebris\u00eb dhe K\u00ebshillit t\u00eb Ministrave, q\u00eb u b\u00eb ligj i shtetit (nr. 10059\/, 22.1.2009), parashikohet rregullimi politik i k\u00ebsaj \u00e7\u00ebshtjeje. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb vendim b\u00ebhet fjal\u00eb qart\u00ebsisht se trualli i kish\u00ebs s\u00eb P\u00ebrmetit me sip\u00ebrfaqe totale 6186 m2, iu kthye asaj si truall, por me sip\u00ebrfaqe 4572 m2, duke i hequr pjes\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr, p\u00ebr shkak se n\u00eb t\u00eb ishte nd\u00ebrtuar trotuar dhe lulishte publike.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cbsht\u00eb e habitshme se si z. Frash\u00ebri p\u00ebrpiqet t\u00eb mbroj\u00eb ata q\u00eb kryen sakrilegjin. Por megjith\u00eb- k\u00ebt\u00eb ngjarjet e sakrilegjit kan\u00eb habitur Organiz- mat Evropian\u00eb fetar\u00eb dhe politik\u00eb. Me nj\u00eb forc\u00eb t\u00eb madhe Asambleja Politike e Partive Popullore Evropiane, n\u00eb nj\u00eb rezolut\u00eb t\u00eb saj\u00ebn nga Brukseli<\/p>\n<p>(5.9.2013) thekson: \u201cD\u00ebnojm\u00eb fort aktet ekstre- miste kund\u00ebr Kish\u00ebs Orthodhokse n\u00eb P\u00ebrmet, Shqip\u00ebri, ndaj prift\u00ebrinjve dhe pron\u00ebs s\u00eb saj, si nj\u00eb akt ekstremizmi kund\u00ebr Krishterimit n\u00eb Truallin Evropian\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Z. N\u00eb Kish\u00ebn Orthodhokse, por edhe jasht\u00eb saj ekzistojn\u00eb theolog\u00eb t\u00eb shquar specialist\u00eb n\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje kishtare, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt jan\u00eb laik\u00eb.
