N\u00eb k\u00eb-<br \/>\nt\u00eb artikull do t\u00eb shohim ngjarjet hi-<br \/>\nstorike si dhe r\u00ebnd\u00ebsin\u00eb e k\u00ebtyre ve-<br \/>\nndimeve p\u00ebr Kish\u00ebn dhe jet\u00ebn e saj.<br \/>\na) Konteksti historik i p\u00ebr-<br \/>\nndjekjeve<br \/>\nPas ngjalljes s\u00eb Tij, Krishti ur-<br \/>\ndh\u00ebroi nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit e Tij: \u201cShkonipra<br \/>\nm\u00ebsoni gjith\u00eb kombet, pag\u00ebzo-<br \/>\njini ata&#8230; m\u00ebsojuni atyre q\u00eb t\u00eb<br \/>\nruajn\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha sa ju kam poro-<br \/>\nsitur..\u201d(Mt. 28:19-20).Megjith\u00eb-<br \/>\nse nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit e Zotit p\u00ebr t\u00eb zbatuar<br \/>\nporosin\u00eb e M\u00ebsuesit t\u00eb tyre t\u00eb dashur<br \/>\nme zell t\u00eb madh &#8211; pas dit\u00ebs s\u00eb Pen-<br \/>\ntikostis\u00eb &#8211; u shp\u00ebrndan\u00eb n\u00ebp\u00ebr kom-<br \/>\nbe p\u00ebr t\u2019u transmetuar lajmin gaz-<br \/>\nmor t\u00eb Ngjalljes, Ungjilli n\u00eb rrug\u00ebn<br \/>\ne tij hasi n\u00eb shum\u00eb probleme, pe-<br \/>\nngesa, k\u00ebrc\u00ebnime dhe v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsi.<br \/>\nPengesat e para erdh\u00ebn nga ju-<br \/>\ndenjt\u00eb. M\u00eb pas, nga funksionar\u00ebt e<br \/>\nlart\u00eb dhe nga ithtar\u00ebt e thjesht\u00eb fa-<br \/>\nnatik\u00eb t\u00eb paganizmit. Por k\u00ebrc\u00ebnimi<br \/>\nm\u00eb i madh dhe reagimi m\u00eb i ashp\u00ebr<br \/>\ne m\u00eb i dhunsh\u00ebm erdhi kryesisht nga<br \/>\npushteti romak n\u00eb fuqi. Perandor\u00ebt<br \/>\ne ndrysh\u00ebm romak\u00eb q\u00eb nga mezi i<br \/>\nshek. I e deri n\u00eb fillim t\u00eb shek. IV<br \/>\nnuk pranuan realitetin e ri, Krishte-<br \/>\nrimin, dhe me m\u00ebnyra t\u00eb ndryshme,<br \/>\nurdhra dhe ligje u p\u00ebrpoq\u00ebn jo ve-<br \/>\nt\u00ebm q\u00eb t\u00eb pengohej p\u00ebrhapja e Un-<br \/>\ngjillit n\u00eb Perandorin\u00eb e tyre t\u00eb st\u00ebr-<br \/>\nmadhe, por m\u00eb tep\u00ebr q\u00eb ai t\u00eb zhdu-<br \/>\nkej. P\u00ebr tre shekuj me radh\u00eb pu-<br \/>\nshteti romak refuzoi t\u00eb njihte Kri-<br \/>\nshterimin si fe t\u00eb ligjshme dhe me<br \/>\nk\u00ebt\u00eb pretekst p\u00ebrndoqi t\u00eb krishter\u00ebt,<br \/>\nduke p\u00ebrdorur kund\u00ebr tyre \u00e7do lloj<br \/>\ntorture t\u00eb eg\u00ebr dhe \u00e7njer\u00ebzore q\u00eb<br \/>\nekzistonte, ose q\u00eb mund t\u00eb shpikte<br \/>\nmendja e shthurur dhe e s\u00ebmur\u00eb e<br \/>\nnjeriut. Burgosjet, internimet, konfi-<br \/>\nskimet e pasurive, torturat dhe vra-<br \/>\nsjet ishin di\u00e7ka e zakonshme p\u00ebr<br \/>\npushtetar\u00ebt dhe pagan\u00ebt. P\u00ebr t\u00eb<br \/>\ngjitha k\u00ebto masa t\u00eb krishter\u00ebt kishin<br \/>\ndijeni t\u00eb plot\u00eb dhe megjithat\u00eb shumi-<br \/>\nca e tyre vazhduan t\u00eb besonin te<br \/>\nJisu Krishti dhe i duruan me guxim<br \/>\ne vendosm\u00ebri gjith\u00eb padrejt\u00ebsit\u00eb<br \/>\ndhe rreziqet, madje edhe vdekjen.<br \/>\nSi\u00e7 dihet, perandori i par\u00eb romak<br \/>\nq\u00eb p\u00ebrndoqi t\u00eb krishter\u00ebt ishte Ne-<br \/>\nroni (viti 64 pas Krishtit). Por nga<br \/>\nmesi i shek. III &#8211; fillimi i shek. IV,<br \/>\nmasat do t\u00eb ashp\u00ebrsoheshin shum\u00eb.<br \/>\nTre perandor\u00eb brenda 55 vjet\u00ebve<br \/>\ndo t\u00eb nxirrnin 7 dekrete (Deki 1,<br \/>\nValeriani 2, Dioklitiani 4) posa\u00e7\u00eb-<br \/>\nrisht kund\u00ebr t\u00eb krishter\u00ebve t\u00eb gjith\u00eb<br \/>\nperandoris\u00eb. Mjaftonte q\u00eb dikush<br \/>\nt\u00eb pohonte se ishte i krishter\u00eb dhe<br \/>\nmenj\u00ebher\u00eb arrestohej e torturohej<br \/>\ndhe n.q.s. k\u00ebmb\u00ebngulte, vritej. Kjo<br \/>\nsituat\u00eb u b\u00eb akoma dhe m\u00eb e v\u00ebshti-<br \/>\nr\u00eb n\u00eb dekad\u00ebn e par\u00eb t\u00eb shek. IV,<br \/>\nkur bashk\u00ebsunduesit e Lindjes Ga\u00ad<br \/>\nleri dhe nipi i tij, Maksimini, shtr\u00eb-<br \/>\nnguan masat, duke u p\u00ebrpjekur q\u00eb<br \/>\nt\u00eb zbatoheshin me p\u00ebrpik\u00ebri ligjet<br \/>\nn\u00eb fuqi kund\u00ebr Krishterimit. Vet\u00ebm<br \/>\nn\u00eb dit\u00ebt e fundit t\u00eb jet\u00ebs s\u00eb tij Galeri<br \/>\nkuptoi se ishte e pamundur t\u00eb zhdu-<br \/>\nkej Krishterimi dhe m\u00eb 30 prill 311<br \/>\nnxori dekretin, me t\u00eb cilin u lejonte<br \/>\nt\u00eb krishter\u00ebve t\u00eb ushtronin lirsh\u00ebm<br \/>\nbesimin dhe adhurimin e tyre, pa<br \/>\nshkaktuar trazira n\u00eb shtet dhe pa<br \/>\nprishur rendin publik. Ky dekret u<br \/>\nzbatua nga Konstandini dhe Likini<br \/>\nn\u00eb krahinat e tyre ku ata sundonin.<br \/>\nNj\u00eb vit m\u00eb von\u00eb, vegimi i dyfisht\u00eb<br \/>\nq\u00eb iu shfaq Konstandinit para be-<br \/>\ntej\u00ebs me Maksendin (28 tetor 312),<br \/>\nsi dhe fitorja kund\u00ebr tij, u b\u00ebn\u00eb shka-<br \/>\nqet kryesore q\u00eb t\u00eb ndryshonte pozi-<br \/>\ncioni shtet\u00ebror ndaj Krishterimit.<br \/>\nK\u00ebshtu, disa muaj m\u00eb von\u00eb &#8211;<br \/>\nfund i janarit ose fillim i shkurtit 313<br \/>\n&#8211; dy bashk\u00ebsundimtar\u00ebt e vet\u00ebm,<br \/>\nKonstandini dhe Likini, u takuan n\u00eb<br \/>\nqytetin e Mediolan\u00ebs (Milano e sot-<br \/>\nme). Konstandini e bindi Likinin q\u00eb<br \/>\njo vet\u00ebm t\u00eb liheshin t\u00eb krishter\u00ebt t\u00eb<br \/>\nlir\u00eb t\u00eb adhuronin Per\u00ebndin\u00eb e tyre<br \/>\n(dekreti i vitit 311), por edhe Kri-<br \/>\nshterimi t\u00eb njihej si fe e ligjshme<br \/>\nnga shteti romak.<br \/>\nb) R\u00ebnd\u00ebsia e vendimeve t\u00eb<br \/>\nMediolan\u00ebs p\u00ebr Kish\u00ebn<br \/>\nMegjith\u00ebse n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn dhe n\u00eb<br \/>\nrrethet e ndryshme kishtare ka de-<br \/>\np\u00ebrtuar dhe p\u00ebrdoret nga shum\u00eb<br \/>\npersona shprehja \u201cEdikti i Medio-<br \/>\nlan\u00ebs\u201d, shum\u00eb historian\u00eb dhe stu-<br \/>\ndiues t\u00eb historis\u00eb s\u00eb Kish\u00ebs t\u00eb dy<br \/>\nshekujve t\u00eb fundit pohojn\u00eb se nuk<br \/>\n\u00ebsht\u00eb gjetur ndonj\u00eb dekret (Edic\u00ad<br \/>\ntum) i till\u00eb. Prandaj dhe ata pranojn\u00eb<br \/>\nse n\u00eb Mediolan\u00eb u mor\u00ebn vendime<br \/>\nme goj\u00eb dhe nuk u shpall ndonj\u00eb<br \/>\ndekret. T\u00eb dh\u00ebnat e vetme q\u00eb na<br \/>\nkan\u00eb arritur deri n\u00eb dit\u00ebt e sotme<br \/>\njan\u00eb d\u00ebshmit\u00eb e Laktantit (Lactan-<br \/>\ntius, jetoi deri m\u00eb 320) dhe t\u00eb Ef-<br \/>\nsevit t\u00eb Qesaris\u00eb (\u00b1 265-340) n\u00eb<br \/>\nlatinisht dhe greqisht respektivisht,<br \/>\nku edhe ata ndoshta bazohen. I pari,<br \/>\nedukatori i Krispit, birit t\u00eb Konsta-<br \/>\nndinit, n\u00eb vepr\u00ebn e tij \u201cVdekja e<br \/>\npersekutor\u00ebve\u201d (De mortibus per\u00ad<br \/>\nsecutorum, 48), e shkruar midis<br \/>\nviteve 318-320, p\u00ebrmend faktin se<br \/>\nLikini n\u00eb muajin qershor 313 u d\u00ebr-<br \/>\ngoi nj\u00eb let\u00ebr (rescripta) komandant\u00eb-<br \/>\nve t\u00eb krahinave t\u00eb Lindjes, me t\u00eb<br \/>\ncil\u00ebn ata njoftoheshin p\u00ebr vendimet<br \/>\ne Mediolan\u00ebs (p\u00ebr p\u00ebrmbajtjen e<br \/>\nk\u00ebsaj letre shih: Migne, PL 7,<br \/>\n267-270). T\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn gj\u00eb p\u00ebrmend<br \/>\ndhe Efsevi n\u00eb Historin\u00eb e tij t\u00eb Ki-<br \/>\nsh\u00ebs (shih: Migne, PG20, 880-885).<br \/>\nSidoqoft\u00eb, vendimet e Mediola-<br \/>\nn\u00ebs, padyshim ishin mjaft t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00eb-<br \/>\nsishme p\u00ebr Kish\u00ebn, sepse me ato:<br \/>\n1) U  njoh Krishterimi si fe e ligj-<br \/>\nshme nga shteti (njohja e par\u00eb juri-<br \/>\ndike e Kish\u00ebs nga shteti).<br \/>\n2) Iu njoh e drejta e pron\u00ebsis\u00eb e<br \/>\niu kthyen pronat (varrezat, kishat<br \/>\netj.), konfiskuar nga shteti romak<br \/>\ngjat\u00eb p\u00ebrndjekjeve.<br \/>\n3) T\u00eb gjith\u00eb banor\u00ebt e perandori-<br \/>\ns\u00eb ishin t\u00eb lir\u00eb t\u00eb zgjidhnin fen\u00eb q\u00eb<br \/>\nd\u00ebshironin t\u00eb ndiqnin (n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast<br \/>\nedhe Krishterimin).<br \/>\n4) Automatikisht u jepeshin fund<br \/>\np\u00ebrndjekjeve ndaj t\u00eb krishter\u00ebve<br \/>\n(megjith\u00ebse vala e p\u00ebrndjekjeve do<br \/>\nt\u00eb vazhdonte nga Likini pak m\u00eb<br \/>\nvon\u00eb e deri n\u00eb vitin 324 dhe m\u00eb pas<br \/>\nnga Julian Apostati n\u00eb vitet 360-63).<br \/>\nK\u00ebto vendime ndikuan pozitivisht<br \/>\nn\u00eb jet\u00ebn e Kish\u00ebs, sepse pati nj\u00eb<br \/>\nzhvillim t\u00eb madh: s\u00ebpari, adhurimi<br \/>\nhyjnor, i cili mundej t\u00eb kryhej i lir\u00eb,<br \/>\ns\u00eb dyti, u shtua numri i qytetar\u00ebve<br \/>\nq\u00eb zgjidhnin Krishterimin si fe t\u00eb<br \/>\ntyre, s\u00eb treti, organizimi admini-<br \/>\nstrativ i kishave pati nj\u00eb hov t\u00eb<br \/>\nmadh dhe s\u00eb fundmi, arkitektura<br \/>\nkishtare, se u nd\u00ebrtuan kisha t\u00eb<br \/>\nm\u00ebdha, t\u00eb bukura e madh\u00ebshtore.<br \/>\nArkimandrit Kozma Sovjani<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Material nga Mars 2013.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"inline_featured_image":false,"nentitulli":"","numri":"3 (243)","viti":"2013","muaji":"Mars","muaji_numer":"3","dita":"","faqet":"[7]","fjale_kyce":"[\"rastin\", \"1700\", \"vjetorit\", \"shpalljes\", \"liris\u00eb\"]","permbledhje":"Material nga Mars 2013.","autori":"","kategoria":"Artikull","kryeredaktor":"Thoma Dhima"},"ngjallja_kategoria":[9653],"ngjallja_autori":[],"ngjallja_viti":[11331],"ngjallja_kryeredaktor":[9473],"class_list":["post-89636","ngjallja_article","type-ngjallja_article","status-publish","hentry","ngjallja_kategoria-artikull","ngjallja_viti-11331","ngjallja_kryeredaktor-thoma-dhima"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.2 -
