Petro Poga lindi n\u00eb Erind t\u00eb Gjirokastr\u00ebs ku edhe ndoqi m\u00ebsimet e para. M\u00eb pas shkollohet n\u00eb Gjimnazin e Janin\u00ebs dhe pastaj p\u00ebr drejt\u00ebsi n\u00eb Universitetin e Stambollit ku fitoi nj\u00eb kultur\u00eb t\u00eb gjer\u00eb. Njihte mir\u00eb disa<\/p>\n

gjuh\u00eb t\u00eb huaja si fr\u00ebngjisht, gjermanisht, greqisht dhe turqisht. N\u00eb Stamboll bashk\u00ebpunoi me v\u00ebllez\u00ebrit Naim Frash\u00ebri, Sami Frash\u00ebri, Abdyl Frash\u00ebri, si dhe me Jani Vreton, Koto Hoxhin, Shahin Kolonj\u00ebn, Hasan Tahsinin dhe Ismail Qemalin. N\u00eb vitin 1884 themeloi dhe botoi gazet\u00ebn \u201cDrita\u201d t\u00eb Stambollit, q\u00eb m\u00eb pas e vijoi botimin patrioti rilindas Pandeli Sotiri. Ne kujtimet e tij, Petro shkruan: \u201cFletorja \u2018Drita\u2019 e zgjoi idealin e shenjt\u00eb komb\u00ebtar dhe ndikoi p\u00ebr \u00e7rr\u00ebnjosjen nga zemrat e shqiptar\u00ebve t\u00eb mendimit q\u00eb fet\u00eb nuk e ndryshojn\u00eb kombin, duke mos mundur t\u00eb ndryshojn\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn dhe zakonet q\u00eb formojn\u00eb kombin.\u201d N\u00eb vitet 1906-1908, Petro Poga gjendet n\u00eb Gjirokast\u00ebr ku dha ndihmes\u00ebn n\u00eb p\u00ebrhapjen e gjuh\u00ebs shqipe dhe ndjenjave komb\u00ebtare. Roli i tij m\u00eb i duksh\u00ebm u shfaq n\u00eb themelimin e klubit patriotik \u201cDrita\u201d t\u00eb Gjirokastr\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb vitin 1912 Petro Poga mb\u00ebshteti fuqimisht kryengritjen antiosmane t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb s\u00eb Jugut. N\u00eb n\u00ebntor t\u00eb vitit 1912, par\u00ebsia e Gjirokastr\u00ebs e zgjedh delegat n\u00eb Kuvendin Komb\u00ebtar t\u00eb Vlor\u00ebs. Petro Poga b\u00ebhet k\u00ebshtu nj\u00eb nga n\u00ebnshkruesit e Shpalljes s\u00eb Pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb m\u00eb 28 N\u00ebntor 1912. N\u00eb mbledhjen e Kuvendit Komb\u00ebtar t\u00eb Vlor\u00ebs, Petro Poga caktohet Minist\u00ebr i Drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb, si pjes\u00eb e qeveris\u00eb s\u00eb par\u00eb shqiptare, post t\u00eb cilin e mban deri n\u00eb vitet \u201920. Krahas k\u00ebsaj detyre, Ismail Qemali dhe Qeveria e Vlor\u00ebs e ngarkuan edhe me detyr\u00ebn e Kryetarit t\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebs s\u00eb Lart\u00eb 1913-1915. S\u00eb bashku me avokat\u00ebt e shquar Kristaq Tutulani dhe Feim Mezhgorani harton Statusin q\u00eb shk\u00ebputi Gjykat\u00ebn Shqiptare nga juridiksioni i Perandoris\u00eb Osmane.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
