Elefter (Lef) Nosi u lind n\u00eb qytetin e Elbasanit m\u00eb 9 prill t\u00eb vitit 1877, n\u00ebnshkrues i Deklarat\u00ebs s\u00eb Pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, patriot, arkivist, folklorist, etnograf, numizmat, arkeolog e politikan. Njihet si babai i filatelis\u00eb shqiptare.<\/p>\n

Lef Nosi u arsimua fillimisht n\u00eb vendlindje e m\u00eb pas n\u00eb Athin\u00eb. Megjith\u00ebse nuk i p\u00ebrfundoi studimet e larta p\u00ebr farmaci (kreu vet\u00ebm 2 vjet), pas kthimit n\u00eb qytetin e tij, iu kushtua me zell t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb pun\u00ebs p\u00ebr njohjen e gj\u00ebr\u00eb dhe t\u00eb thelluar t\u00eb historis\u00eb dhe t\u00eb kultur\u00ebs shqiptare. Formimi i sh\u00ebndosh\u00eb intelektual dhe atdheu i tij, qen\u00eb shtysat e forta q\u00eb Nosi t\u00eb fitonte rolin e merituar t\u00eb nj\u00eb protagonisti n\u00eb ngjarjet e stuhishme, q\u00eb pararend\u00ebn ngritjen e flamurit komb\u00ebtar n\u00eb Vlor\u00eb. M\u00eb 1902 shp\u00ebtoi pa u d\u00ebnuar, sepse nuk iu provua faj\u00ebsia. Ideja e Lef Nosit p\u00ebr Shtetin e Ri Shqiptar mori form\u00eb n\u00eb programin politik q\u00eb s\u00eb bashku me Faik Konic\u00ebn shtyp\u00ebn n\u00eb Lond\u00ebr m\u00eb 1907.<\/p>\n

M\u00eb 1909, ai u zgjodh kryetar i klubit \u201cVllaznia\u201d n\u00eb Elbasan. Merr pjes\u00eb n\u00eb Kongresin e Manastirit. Nj\u00eb vit m\u00eb von\u00eb, botoi gazet\u00ebn \u201cTomorri\u201d ku ka p\u00ebrkrah Aleksand\u00ebr Xhuvanin, Luigj Gurakuqin, Simon Shuteriqin, Kristo Dakon (25 III 1910). Ai ishte nj\u00eb nga figurat qendrore q\u00eb kontribuuan n\u00eb organizimin dhe zhvillimin e Kongresit Arsimor Komb\u00ebtar t\u00eb Elbasanit (tetor 1909), si edhe t\u00eb \u00e7eljes t\u00eb s\u00eb par\u00ebs shkoll\u00eb normale n\u00eb vend (1 dhjetor 1909).<\/p>\n

Dy artikuj t\u00eb p\u00ebrkthyer nga shtypi evropian b\u00ebhen shkak q\u00eb turqit e rinj ta arrestonin dhe t\u2019i jepnin d\u00ebnimin kapital. Drejtori i Shkoll\u00ebs Normale u kap paraditen e 7 gushtit 1910 n\u00eb Elbasan. Kat\u00ebr dit\u00eb m\u00eb von\u00eb d\u00ebnohet nga nj\u00eb gjykat\u00eb ushtarake dhe internohet n\u00eb Burs\u00eb t\u00eb Turqis\u00eb. Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb qeveria e re e xhonturqve kishte nisur nj\u00eb fushat\u00eb kund\u00ebr \u00e7do gj\u00ebje q\u00eb shprehte l\u00ebvizje p\u00ebr pavar\u00ebsi, sidomos ndaj atyre q\u00eb shpreheshin n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe. P\u00ebrball\u00eb k\u00ebtyre sulmeve u gjend dhe Normalja e Elbasanit t\u00eb cil\u00ebn qeveria osmane e mbylli n\u00eb tetor t\u00eb vitit 1910. P\u00ebrball\u00eb k\u00ebsaj situate Fan Noli nga Bostoni i shkruante Lef Nosit n\u00eb Elbasan q\u00eb do t\u00eb ishte mir\u00eb dhe nj\u00ebkoh\u00ebsisht nj\u00eb goditje p\u00ebr qeverin\u00eb osmane q\u00eb Normalja t\u00eb transferohej jasht\u00eb tokave shqiptare n\u00eb ndonj\u00eb shtet t\u00eb Evrop\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

Shkolla nuk u transferua jasht\u00eb, por q\u00ebndroi mbyllur afro 18 muaj p\u00ebr t\u2019u hapur nga marsi i vitit 1912. P\u00ebr rikthimin e tij nga internimi do t\u00eb angazhoheshin pothuajse t\u00eb gjith\u00eb miqt\u00eb e tij. Do t\u00eb lirohej nga internimi 9 muaj m\u00eb von\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u2019u gjendur p\u00ebrs\u00ebri n\u00eb Elbasanin e tij, n\u00eb mesdit\u00ebn e 9 prillit 1911. Ishte n\u00ebnshkrues i Deklarat\u00ebs s\u00eb Pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb dhe an\u00ebtar i kabinetit t\u00eb Ismail Qemalit, si Minist\u00ebr i Post-Telegrafit. Si- pas arkivave t\u00eb mbajtuna nga Qeveria e P\u00ebrkohshme e Vlon\u00ebs, ishte nj\u00eb nga nism\u00ebtar\u00ebt themeltar\u00eb p\u00ebr vendosjen e nj\u00eb sh\u00ebrbimi informativ.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
