XX (vijon n\u00eb faqen 4)<\/p>\n<p>(vijon nga faqja 3) gjendet n\u00eb Janin\u00eb. Pas veprimtaris\u00eb aty, vendoset n\u00eb Vlor\u00eb, ku n\u00eb vitin 1908 angazhohet n\u00eb themelimin e klubit patriotik \u201cLab\u00ebria\u201d. Po at\u00eb vit fillon p\u00ebrpjekjet p\u00ebr m\u00ebsimin e gjuh\u00ebs shqipe te t\u00eb vegjlit. Me arm\u00eb n\u00eb dor\u00eb merr pjes\u00eb n\u00eb kryengritjen e p\u00ebrgjithshme m\u00eb 1911. Si delegat i Vlor\u00ebs merr pjes\u00eb n\u00eb kuvendin q\u00eb shpalli pavar\u00ebsin\u00eb dhe firmoi aktin me sigl\u00ebn \u201cA. Ruci\u201d.
