Nj\u00eb imam, i cili vepronte n\u00eb ku- nd\u00ebrshtim me urdhrat e drejtuesve t\u00eb komunitetit t\u00eb tij fetar, ishte ndaluar nga gjykata dhe policia t\u00eb hynte n\u00eb vendin e shenjt\u00eb. Para ca koh\u00ebsh di\u00e7ka e ngjashme ndodhi edhe n\u00eb komunitetin katolik t\u00eb Shkodr\u00ebs, me nj\u00eb prift fsha- ti q\u00eb nuk respektonte vendimet e organizmave drejtues t\u00eb komunitetit t\u00eb tij.<\/p>\n<p>Deri k\u00ebtu nuk ka asnj\u00eb gj\u00eb t\u00eb \u00e7uditshme dhe t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb, por \u00ebsht\u00eb pik\u00ebrisht ky normalitet q\u00eb ngre shum\u00eb pik\u00ebpyetje. Komunitetet fetare kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb marr\u00ebveshje dhe njihen nga shteti, bashk\u00eb me statutet, rregullat dhe organet drejtuese. Ato jan\u00eb t\u00eb depozituara edhe n\u00eb gjykata, t\u00eb cilat iu referohen si baz\u00eb ligjore n\u00eb raste problemesh me individ\u00eb t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Porkjo nukndodhme Komunitetin Orthodhoks! Nga viti 1995 nj\u00ebin-<\/p>\n<p>divid ka okupuar dhe mban me dhun\u00eb nj\u00eb vend t\u00eb shenjt\u00eb orthodhoks, hiqet si klerik kund\u00ebr t\u00eb gjitha rregullave t\u00eb besimit orthodhoks, p\u00ebrvet\u00ebson t\u00eb ardhurat q\u00eb hidhen m\u00eb s\u00eb shumti nga vizitor\u00eb e turist\u00eb dhe shteti p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb rast nuk ekziston. N\u00eb krah t\u00eb Komunitetit Orthodhoks nuk del as shteti q\u00eb ka n\u00ebnshkruar marr\u00ebveshjen, as Kuvendi q\u00eb e ka ratifikuar, as gjykata q\u00eb e ka shpallur e sigurisht, as organet e rendit.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebrsh\u00ebndetim vendimmarrjen korrekte t\u00eb gjykatave dhe shtetit n\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetje t\u00eb komuniteteve t\u00eb tjera fetare. Hidh\u00ebrohemi nga an\u00ebsia dhe tendencioziteti ndaj komunitetit ton\u00eb dhe shqet\u00ebsohemi p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb frym\u00eb m\u00ebnjanimi, n\u00ebnvler\u00ebsimi dhe an\u00ebsie, e cila sidoqoft\u00eb cenon harmonin\u00eb fetare kaq t\u00eb val\u00ebvitur dhe st\u00ebrp\u00ebrmendur.<\/p>\n<p>T.
