Ai ka reshtur s\u00eb zhvilluari veprimtari kulturore q\u00eb prej m\u00eb shum\u00eb se nj\u00eb dekade. K\u00ebshtu ka ndodhur n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha qytetet e fshatrat e Shqip\u00eb- ris\u00eb. Pallatet dhe sht\u00ebpit\u00eb e kultu- r\u00ebs, qendrat e m\u00ebnyr\u00ebs komunisto- ateiste t\u00eb t\u00eb konceptuarit dhe t\u00eb b\u00ebrjes s\u00eb kultur\u00ebs, n\u00eb vitet e demo- kracis\u00eb kan\u00eb dal\u00eb prej kohe jasht\u00eb funksionit, sh\u00ebrbejn\u00eb vet\u00ebm si salla, jan\u00eb tjet\u00ebrsuar apo jan\u00eb mbyllur fare.<\/p>\n<p>Vet\u00ebm P\u00ebrmeti qenka ndryshe! N\u00eb qytetin q\u00eb e nxjerr kryetarin e bashkis\u00eb vet\u00ebm me 2 mij\u00eb vota (sa nj\u00eb komun\u00eb), ku jan\u00eb larguar shu- mica e banor\u00ebve autokton\u00eb, paska ende nevoj\u00eb t\u00eb madhe p\u00ebr nj\u00eb pallat t\u00eb madh kulture si n\u00eb koh\u00ebn e mo- nizmit (sikur Kisha nd\u00ebr shekuj t\u00eb mos ket\u00eb qen\u00eb qend\u00ebr e fuqishme kulture, kujto p.sh. kodik\u00ebt).<\/p>\n<p>T\u00eb lind dyshimi se aty nuk ka ndodhur asnj\u00eb ndryshim n\u00eb k\u00ebta 20 vjet apo se kisha shihet me t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtin sy si para dy dekadash.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb, P\u00ebrmeti ka ambi- ente t\u00eb bollshme, madje t\u00eb restauru- ara, p\u00ebr veprimtarit\u00eb kulturore q\u00eb nuk ekzistojn\u00eb (kujtojm\u00eb ish-sht\u00ebpin\u00eb e oficer\u00ebve). Por problemi \u00ebsht\u00eb se zo- t\u00ebrinjt\u00eb q\u00eb po qahen n\u00ebp\u00ebr gazeta e kishin dh\u00ebn\u00eb pallatin e kultur\u00ebs me qira p\u00ebr p\u00ebrfitime personale dhe do t\u00eb donin t\u00eb vazhdonin n\u00eb rrug\u00ebn e fitimeve t\u00eb paligjshme, mund\u00ebsi q\u00eb ua preu ngritja e kish\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Ndaj k\u00ebtu nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrplasja midis nj\u00eb \u201cpallati kulture\u201d dhe nj\u00eb kishe, por midis ngritjes s\u00eb nj\u00eb qe- ndre shum\u00ebfunksionale kishtare (me tempull, kopsht, klinik\u00eb mjek\u00ebsore, qend\u00ebr rinore etj.) dhe nj\u00eb godine t\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb me qira p\u00ebr t\u00eb plot\u00ebsuar orek- set e individ\u00ebve, me kafene, bilardo, zyra dhe veprimtari private etj.<\/p>\n<p>Th.
