N\u00eb vitin 1998, u formua Sinodi i Shenjt\u00eb i Kish\u00ebs, i cili sot p\u00ebrb\u00ebhet nga Kryepiskopi Anastas, Mitropoliti i Beratit Ignati; Mitropoliti i Kor\u00e7\u00ebs Joani; Mitropoliti i Gjirokastr\u00ebs Dhimitri; Episkopi i Apollonis\u00eb Nikolla dhe Episkopi i Kruj\u00ebs Andoni, me Kryesekretar Protopresviter Jani Trebicka.<\/p>\n

Jan\u00eb p\u00ebrgatitur rreth 140 klerik\u00eb t\u00eb rinj, t\u00eb diplomuar n\u00eb Akademin\u00eb Teologjike Orthodhokse \u201cNgjallja e Krishtit\u201d (hapur si Seminar m\u00eb 1992).<\/p>\n

Jan\u00eb nd\u00ebrtuar mbi 140 kisha dhe kish\u00ebza t\u00eb reja, jan\u00eb restauruar rreth 90 manastire e kisha-monument kulture dhe jan\u00eb riparuar 141 kisha. Jan\u00eb ngritur dhjet\u00ebra nd\u00ebrtesa t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb reja dhe jan\u00eb bler\u00eb e rikonstruktuar mjaft godina p\u00ebr q\u00ebllime t\u00eb ndryshme.<\/p>\n

Kisha Orthodhokse ka shtypshkronj\u00ebn e saj dhe boton gazet\u00ebn e p\u00ebrmuajshme \u201cNgjallja\u201d, revist\u00ebn p\u00ebr f\u00ebmij\u00eb \u201cG\u00ebzohu!\u201d, revist\u00ebn rinore \u201cKambanat\u201d, libra t\u00eb ndry- sh\u00ebm liturgjik\u00eb, shpirt\u00ebror\u00eb, shkencor\u00eb etj. \u2022 N\u00eb Qendr\u00ebn Diagnostike \u201cUngjill\u00ebzimi\u201d, n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, vizitohen \u00e7do muaj m\u00eb shum\u00eb se 6 mij\u00eb pacient\u00eb, pa dallim besimi. Nj\u00eb deg\u00eb e Qendr\u00ebs u p\u00ebrurua n\u00eb Lushnje.<\/p>\n

Poliklinika mjek\u00ebsore funksionojn\u00eb n\u00eb Kavaj\u00eb, Kor\u00e7\u00eb dhe Jergucat, nd\u00ebrsa nj\u00eb nj\u00ebsi ambulante dentare ofron sh\u00ebrbimin e saj n\u00eb qytete dhe fshatra.<\/p>\n

Jan\u00eb ngritur 14 p\u00ebrkujdesje ditore, q\u00eb frekuentohen nga rreth 800 f\u00ebmij\u00eb.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb shtator t\u00eb vitit 1998 u hap n\u00eb Gjiro- kast\u00ebr Shkolla e Mesme Kishtare \u201cKryqi i Nderuar\u201d, me konvikt.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb Tiran\u00eb funksionon prej vitit 2000 Instituti i Formimit Profesional \u201cFrym\u00eb Dashurie\u201d. Nj\u00eb deg\u00eb e institutit \u00ebsht\u00eb hapur n\u00eb Gjirokast\u00ebr.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb Tiran\u00eb funksionon shkolla n\u00ebnt\u00ebvje- \u00e7are shqiptaro-amerikane \u201cProtagoni- st\u00ebt\u201d, nd\u00ebrsa n\u00eb Durr\u00ebs shkolla n\u00ebnt\u00ebvje- \u00e7are \u201cFrym\u00eb dashurie\u201d.<\/p>\n

Gjat\u00eb krizave t\u00eb ndryshme q\u00eb ka kaluar vendi yn\u00eb (1992, \u201894, \u201897), Kisha ka zhvi- lluar nj\u00eb veprimtari t\u00eb gjer\u00eb sociale e hu- manitare, duke siguruar e shp\u00ebrndar\u00eb mi- j\u00ebra ton\u00eb ushqime, veshmbathje, ila\u00e7e etj.<\/p>\n

Kisha jon\u00eb ka p\u00ebrkrahur shum\u00eb programe sociale, ku p\u00ebrfshihen projekte zhvillimi p\u00ebr zonat malore, p\u00ebr zhvillimin e bujq\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe blegtoris\u00eb, nd\u00ebrtime rrug\u00ebsh e uj\u00ebsje- ll\u00ebsash, programi p\u00ebr edukimin sh\u00ebnde- t\u00ebsor t\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00ebve dhe ngritja e qendrave sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsore n\u00eb fshatra, kontributi p\u00ebr shkolla, jetimore, spitale, ndihmap\u00ebr institu- tet p\u00ebr persona me aft\u00ebsi t\u00eb kufizuara, azilet, p\u00ebr t\u00eb burgosurit, dreka p\u00ebr t\u00eb varfrit etj.<\/p>\n

Gjat\u00eb vitit 1999, kur vendi yn\u00eb priti val\u00ebl e refugjat\u00ebve kosovar\u00eb, Kisha n\u00eb bashk\u00eb- punim me donator\u00eb dhe organizma fetar\u00eb nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar\u00eb, organizoi nj\u00eb program t\u00eb gjer\u00eb ndihme, prej m\u00eb shum\u00eb se 12 milion\u00eb dollar\u00ebsh.<\/p>\n

Esht\u00eb formuar nj\u00eb B\u00ebrtham\u00eb e Trash\u00ebgi- mis\u00eb Kulturore, e cila merret me objektet orthodhokse t\u00eb kultit q\u00eb jan\u00eb edhe monu- mente t\u00eb kultur\u00ebs komb\u00ebtare etj.<\/p>\n

Jan\u00eb sponsorizuar botime t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi- shme shkencore, realizimi i filmave do- kumentar\u00eb, organizimi i simpoziumeve shkencore, ekspozitave t\u00eb ndryshme etj.<\/p>\n
