N\u00eb disa vende evropiane (Shqip\u00ebri, Serbi-Mali i Zi, Turqi, etj), \u00e7\u00ebshtja e kthimit t\u00eb pronave t\u00eb konfiskuara t\u00eb kishave dhe rihapja e vendeve t\u00eb adhurimit dhe edukimit fetar vazhdon t\u00eb mbetet nj\u00eb shqet\u00ebsim i madh.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb lidhje me k\u00ebt\u00eb KKE ndjek me k\u00ebnaq\u00ebsi dhe interes t\u00eb madh raportet rreth rigjall\u00ebrimit t\u00eb jet\u00ebs fetare n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri q\u00eb nga viti 1990 dhe vler\u00ebson p\u00ebrpjekjet e autoriteteve shqiptare p\u00ebr t\u00eb korrigjuar padrejt\u00ebsin\u00eb historike si dhe rikthi- min e liris\u00eb fetare dhe t\u00eb drejtat themelore p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjitha komunitetet fetare.<\/p>\n<p>Megjithat\u00eb, me shqet\u00ebsim t\u00eb madh Pre- sidiumi i Konferenc\u00ebs s\u00eb Kishave Evropiane, i mbledhur n\u00eb Gjenev\u00eb, m\u00eb 14-17 dhjetor 2005, ka m\u00ebsuar rreth disa incidenteve t\u00eb ve\u00e7anta<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7ast nga pritja e nderit n\u00eb Bashkin\u00eb e London Derry, ku Kryepiskopi Anastas p\u00ebrsh\u00ebndeti t\u00eb pranishmit n\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb Konferenc\u00ebs s\u00eb Kishave Evropiane.<\/p>\n<p>vendore n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, si p\u00ebr shembull, n\u00eb P\u00ebrmet, Lukov\u00eb, Libohov\u00eb, Kod\u00ebr etj, ku kthi- mi i vendeve t\u00eb adhurimit \u00ebsht\u00eb penguar ose anulluar nga autoritetet vendore.<\/p>\n<p>Konferenca e Kishave Evropiane k\u00ebrkon q\u00eb udh\u00ebheqjet e k\u00ebtyre vendeve, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb dhe autoritetet shqiptare, t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtesin n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb rigoroze t\u00eb drejtat njer\u00ebzore e fetare dhe t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha p\u00ebrpjekjet p\u00ebr t\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb t\u00eb mundur kthimin e vendeve t\u00eb adhurimit, t\u00eb konsideruara si t\u00eb shenjta nga besimtar\u00ebt e komuniteteve, q\u00eb u konfiskuan gjat\u00eb periudh\u00ebs s\u00eb komunizmit.<\/p>\n<p>Respekti ndaj liris\u00eb fetare dhe t\u00eb drejtave t\u00eb njeriut p\u00ebrb\u00ebn nj\u00eb etap\u00eb t\u00eb demokracis\u00eb evropiane, ligjit nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar e stabilitetit ra- jonal.
