N\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn koh\u00eb nd\u00ebrmor\u00ebm nj\u00eb veprimtari t\u00eb gjer\u00eb sociale, me an\u00eb t\u00eb programeve t\u00eb zbatuara p\u00ebr here t\u00eb par\u00eb n\u00eb vend, n\u00eb fushat e sh\u00eb- ndet\u00ebsis\u00eb, arsimit, p\u00ebrkujdesjes sociale, kultur\u00ebs, mjedisit, gj\u00eb q\u00eb kontribuoi ndjesh\u00ebm n\u00eb progresin e vendit. Gjithashtu, konsideroj arritje faktin q\u00eb jetoj p\u00ebr 14 vjet n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, duke marr\u00eb pjes\u00eb n\u00eb vuajtjet, privimet, problemet e nje- r\u00ebzve, duke sh\u00ebrbyer me vepra dashurie p\u00ebr banor\u00ebt e fshatrave dhe t\u00eb qyteteve, duke kultivuar besimin, kreativitetin, reciprocitetin dhe shpres\u00ebn. N\u00eb k\u00ebto vepra t\u00eb m\u00ebdha nd\u00ebrtuese, iu ofrua pun\u00ebsim mij\u00ebra njer\u00ebzve. N\u00eb fush\u00ebn e sh\u00ebndetit nj\u00eb<\/p>\n<p>arritje e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme \u00ebsht\u00eb Qendra Mjek\u00ebsore Diagnostike n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, q\u00eb p\u00ebrfshin 24 specialitete, me nj\u00eb personel t\u00eb p\u00ebrgatitur mje- k\u00ebsor, me aparatura moderne, q\u00eb u sh\u00ebrben 5-6 mij\u00eb t\u00eb s\u00ebmur\u00ebve n\u00eb muaj. Koh\u00ebt e fundit asaj iu<\/p>\n<p>shtua edhe nj\u00eb prej skanerave m\u00eb modern\u00eb, me 32 preije. Klinika u ngrit\u00ebn edhe n\u00eb Kavaj\u00eb, Kor\u00e7\u00eb, Jergucat. Sot kemi dhe nj\u00eb nj\u00ebsi stomatologjike t\u00eb l\u00ebvizshme. N\u00eb fush\u00ebn e arsimit, p\u00ebrve\u00e7 dy shko- llave fetare, themeluam 14 kopshte n\u00eb qytete t\u00eb ndryshme, nj\u00eb shkoll\u00eb pilot amerikano-shqiptare, si dhe dy institute t\u00eb formimit profesional, me gjasht\u00eb specialitete, t\u00eb cilat jan\u00eb t\u00eb parat e k\u00ebtij lloji q\u00eb funksionojn\u00eb n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri. U p\u00ebrkujdes\u00ebm gjithashtu p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrtimin e uj\u00ebsjell\u00eb- save, rmg\u00ebve rurale, p\u00ebr furnizimin me energji elektrike dhe lidhjen telefonike t\u00eb fshatrave. Kur Shqi- p\u00ebria u p\u00ebrball me val\u00ebt e refugja- t\u00ebve nga Kosova, Kisha Orthodhokse, n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim me or- ganizma t\u00eb ndrysh\u00ebm nd\u00ebrkomb\u00eb- tar\u00eb, nd\u00ebrmori nj\u00eb program t\u00eb gjer\u00eb ndihme, q\u00eb i tejkaloi t\u00eb 12 milion\u00eb dollar\u00ebt. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb u ndih- muan mbi 33.000 refugjat\u00eb. U zhvilluan marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnie harmonike me komunitetet e tjera fetare, duke mb\u00ebshtetur toleranc\u00ebn fetare dhe bashk\u00ebpunimin. Kisha jon\u00eb, duke u b\u00ebr\u00eb an\u00ebtare e K\u00ebshillit Bo- t\u00ebror t\u00eb Kishave, u b\u00eb edhe nj\u00eb ambasadore shpirt\u00ebrore e Shqip\u00eb- ris\u00eb n\u00eb ambientet fetare, t\u00eb cilat nuk kishin asnj\u00eb njohje t\u00eb realitetit ton\u00eb kishtar. Me t\u00eb gjitha k\u00ebto, Kisha Orthodhokse u shfaq nj\u00eb faktor serioz shpirt\u00ebror dhe zhvillimi i Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Identiteti juaj njer\u00ebzor dhe fetar \u00ebsht\u00eb i ndar\u00eb midis dy po- pujve, atij grek dhe atij shqiptar. \u00c7far\u00eb kemfituar dhe \u00e7far\u00eb keni l\u00ebn\u00ebprej k\u00ebtyre p\u00ebrb\u00ebr\u00ebsve?<\/p>\n<p>Nuk mendoj se fjala \u201ci ndar\u00eb\u201d \u00ebsht\u00eb e sakt\u00eb. Nj\u00eb ur\u00eb p\u00ebrmbi nj\u00eb lum\u00eb, nuk do ta quaja t\u00eb ndar\u00eb<\/p>\n<p>Kisha Orthodhokse &#8211; faktor serioz sb<\/p>\n<p>midis dy brigjeve. P\u00ebrkundrazi ajo i bashkon t\u00eb dy brigjet, duke u mb\u00ebshtetur fort si n\u00eb nj\u00ebr\u00ebn an\u00eb, ashtu edhe n\u00eb tjetr\u00ebn. N\u00eb mas\u00ebn e mund\u00ebsive t\u00eb mia, p\u00ebrpiqem t\u00eb funksionoj si ur\u00eb p\u00ebrmbi murin ndar\u00ebs t\u00eb vjet\u00ebr t\u00eb dyshimit dhe n\u00eb koh\u00eb t\u00eb ndryshme t\u00eb antipatis\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Besoj thell\u00ebsisht n\u00eb unitetin e na- tyr\u00ebs njer\u00ebzore, n\u00eb nevoj\u00ebn e ba- shk\u00ebpunimit dhe t\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnieve t\u00eb nd\u00ebrsjella t\u00eb popuj ve t\u00eb Ballka- nit. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb epok\u00eb t\u00eb re ku ne je- tojm\u00eb, duhet t\u00eb tejkalohen sa m\u00eb shpejt q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb e mundur t\u00eb gjitha stereotipet negative t\u00eb vjetra dhe ideologjit\u00eb e s\u00eb kaluar\u00ebs, t\u00eb cilat u kultivuan prej qarqeve t\u00eb ndryshme n\u00eb t\u00eb dy popujt. Nuk m\u00eb p\u00ebl- qejn\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsimet. N\u00eb t\u00eb dy popujt ekzistojn\u00eb njer\u00ebz t\u00eb mrekullu- esh\u00ebm, sikund\u00ebr ekzistojn\u00eb edhe t\u00eb tjer\u00eb, q\u00eb nuk jan\u00eb n\u00eb lart\u00ebsin\u00eb e situatave. T\u00eb dy popujt jetuan dhe bashk\u00ebpunuan n\u00ebn sundimin e tri perandorive t\u00eb ndryshme: n\u00ebn Pe- randorin\u00eb Romake, Bizantine dhe Osmane. Bashk\u00ebjetesa harmonike dhe bashk\u00ebpunimi jan\u00eb gj\u00ebra q\u00eb jemi t\u00eb detyruar t\u2019i zhvillojm\u00eb m\u00eb tej n\u00eb periudh\u00ebn e re t\u00eb Evrop\u00ebs s\u00eb Bashkuar. P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb pajtim dhe besim t\u00eb nd\u00ebrsjell\u00eb punoj n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb nd\u00ebrgjegjshme dhe me durim, me besim dhe shpres\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Ka pasur nj\u00eb dogm\u00eb domina- nte n\u00eb kultur\u00ebn greke se ortodo- ks\u00ebt e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb jan\u00eb grek\u00eb. \u00c7\u2019mendoni rreth saj?<\/p>\n<p>. \u00cbsht\u00eb e qart\u00eb q\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e sakt\u00eb. T\u00ebr\u00ebsia e Orthodhoks\u00ebve<\/p>\n<p>t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, p\u00ebrve\u00e7 shqiptar\u00ebve q\u00eb p\u00ebrb\u00ebjn\u00eb shumic\u00ebn, ka grek\u00eb, sllav\u00eb dhe orthodhoks\u00eb me prejar- dhje t\u00eb ndryshme, q\u00eb jetojn\u00eb n\u00eb vend. P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb arsye dhe Patriar- kana Ekumenike njohu n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb kanonike Autoqefalin\u00eb e Kish\u00ebs Orthodhokse t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb. Gjat\u00eb<\/p>\n<p>gjith\u00eb k\u00ebtyre viteve kultivojm\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb sistematike frym\u00ebn e p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt dhe bashk\u00ebpunimin v\u00ebllaz\u00ebror midis t\u00eb gjith\u00eb ortho- dhoks\u00ebve t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, pavar\u00eb- sisht prejardhjes q\u00eb ata kan\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Ju doni shtet\u00ebsin\u00eb shqiptare edhe n\u00eb respekt t\u00eb grigj\u00ebs q\u00eb ju drejtoni shpirt\u00ebrisht, komuni- tetit ortodoks, pornd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb jeni nj\u00eb figur\u00eb e respektuar dhe e po- pullit grek. E imagjinoj q\u00eb tem\u00eb e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme bisede n\u00eb takimet me bashk\u00ebbiseduesit grek\u00eb jan\u00eb dhe problemet e shqiptar\u00ebve dhe q\u00ebju p\u00ebrpiqeni q\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebniet midis fqinj\u00ebve t\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsohen. Por nuk ka asgj\u00eb publike rreth k\u00ebtyre p\u00ebrpjekjeve; a mund t\u00eb na ndri\u00e7oni rreth tyre ? &#8211; P\u00ebrshe- mbull kur ka largime t\u00eb sfor- cuara njer\u00ebzish, kurka bllokime n\u00eb kufi, raste keqtrajtimesh. Shohim shpesh njer\u00ebz t\u00eb kultit n\u00eb vende t\u00eb tjera q\u00eb th\u00ebrrasin p\u00ebr toleranc\u00eb ndaj t\u00eb huajve. Ju, a b\u00ebni t\u00eb tilla?<\/p>\n<p>Sigurisht. Duke filluar qysh n\u00eb vitet e para t\u00eb dhjet\u00ebvje\u00e7arit t\u00eb 90t\u00eb e kam ngritur z\u00ebrin n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb vazhdueshme dhe kam nd\u00ebrmarr\u00eb hapa t\u00eb ndrysh\u00ebm, apo kam b\u00ebr\u00eb deklarata n\u00eb intervistat e mia n\u00eb<\/p>\n<p>Greqi p\u00ebr nevoj\u00ebn e respektimit t\u00eb emigrant\u00ebve dhe t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetjes s\u00eb tyre. P.sh. kur n\u00eb vitin 1993, pas d\u00ebbimit t\u00eb nj\u00eb bashk\u00ebpun\u00ebtori tim, qeveria greke kishte vendosur t\u00eb nd\u00ebrmerrte masa nd\u00ebshkuese, e lart\u00ebsova z\u00ebrin tim, duke protestu- ar n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb vendosur dhe duke th\u00ebn\u00eb se n\u00ebse hapi i par\u00eb ishte nj\u00eb gabim i kryer nga ana e pal\u00ebs shqiptare, veprimi i dyt\u00eb, p\u00ebr t\u00eb d\u00ebbuar qytetar\u00ebt shqiptar\u00eb q\u00eb pu- nonin n\u00eb Greqi, do t\u00eb ishte nj\u00eb gabim shum\u00eb her\u00eb m\u00eb i madh nga ana e qeveris\u00eb greke. N\u00eb vitin 1996 shkova n\u00eb burgjet e Koridhalos\u00eb (Athin\u00eb) p\u00ebr t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetur t\u00eb d\u00eb- nuarit shqiptar\u00eb. Disa koh\u00eb m\u00eb von\u00eb, kur filloi t\u00eb p\u00ebrdoret n\u00eb me- diat greke termi \u201cfshes\u00eb\u201d p\u00ebr d\u00eb- bimin e qytetar\u00ebve shqiptar\u00eb, b\u00ebra udh\u00ebtime enkas p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb gj\u00eb dhe takime me politikan\u00ebt kompetent\u00eb dhe me drejtues t\u00eb ndrysh\u00ebm t\u00eb mediave t\u00eb m\u00ebdha, duke prote- stuar p\u00ebr termin e p\u00ebrdorur prej tyre. Nuk vonoi shum\u00eb dhe ky po- zicion i imi u pranua. Parlamenti evropian me nj\u00eb vendim t\u00eb tijin m\u00eb 14.7.1993, theksonte faktin se \u201cmb\u00ebshtet fuqimisht vepr\u00ebn e Kryepiskopit orthodhoks t\u00eb Tira- n\u00ebs, Anastasit, i cili po b\u00ebn shum\u00eb<\/p>\n<p>p\u00ebrpjekje p\u00ebr zgjidhjen e kriz\u00ebs midis dy vendeve\u201d. I njoftuar n\u00eb mjaft raste p\u00ebr sjelljen e papranu- eshme t\u00eb n\u00ebpun\u00ebsve grek\u00eb n\u00eb pi- k\u00ebkalimet kufitare, vura n\u00eb dijeni organet e larta kompetente. Jan\u00eb t\u00eb shumta rastet, gjat\u00eb t\u00eb cilave duhet t\u00eb veprosh me takt, pa z\u00ebve-<\/p>\n<p>nd\u00ebsuar sh\u00ebrbimet e ndryshme qeveritare kompetente dhe kua- drin e institucionalizuar nd\u00ebrko- mb\u00ebtar.<\/p>\n<p>Ekziston nga t\u00eb dyja an\u00ebt nj\u00eb shtet i organizuar kompetent dhe Kisha nuk mund t\u00eb nd\u00ebrhyj\u00eb p\u00ebr \u00e7do \u00e7\u00ebshtje t\u00eb ngritur. Un\u00eb besoj dhe respektoj rolet e ndara t\u00eb Ki- sh\u00ebs dhe t\u00eb Shtetit. Megjithat\u00eb n\u00eb intervistat e mia t\u00eb vazhdueshme n\u00eb mediat televizive greke e kam d\u00ebnuar ksenofobin\u00eb dhe kam theksuar detyrimin p\u00ebr t\u00eb pasur drejt\u00ebsi dhe respekt ndaj personalitetit t\u00eb emigrant\u00ebve dhe nevoj\u00ebn e bashk\u00ebpunimit dhe besimit re- ciprok midis popuj ve tan\u00eb. Sa i ta- kon pik\u00ebs s\u00eb par\u00eb t\u00eb pyetjes suaj p\u00ebrn\u00ebnshtet\u00ebsin\u00eb shqiptare, me t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb e quajta detyrimin tim q\u00eb vite m\u00eb par\u00eb, t\u00eb jem i integruar edhe n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb ligjshme n\u00eb vendin q\u00eb i sh\u00ebrbej me dashuri dhe kreativitet p\u00ebr t\u00ebr\u00eb k\u00ebto vite. Por mjerisht disa gj\u00ebra n\u00eb Shtet l\u00ebvizin me ngadal\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Fortlumturi, \u00ebsht\u00eb sh\u00ebnuarn\u00eb publik se ju shoq\u00ebroni rregu- llishtpresident\u00ebt grek\u00eb apo zyr- tar\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb q\u00eb vizitojn\u00eb Shqip\u00eb- rin\u00eb, ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht n\u00eb vizita n\u00eb ^e-<\/p>\n<p>nde simbolike p\u00ebr grek\u00ebt. A nuk ju duket se ka nj\u00eb shp\u00ebrpjes\u00ebtim n\u00eb imazhin tuaj publik n\u00eb lidhje me k\u00ebto shfaqje? Pra, ju q\u00eb shoq\u00ebroni president\u00ebt grek\u00eb p\u00ebr dit\u00eb me radh\u00eb, q\u00eb merrni pjes\u00eb n\u00eb promovime shkollash gre- qisht, etj., a nuk mendoni se<\/p>\n<p>>z shpirt\u00ebror dhe zhvillimi p\u00ebr vendin<\/p>\n<p>sedra e shqiptar\u00ebve mund t\u00eb preket nga ky privilegjim i k\u00eb- tyre Uoj aktiviteteve? A ka ndo- nj\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekje tuaj\u00ebn p\u00ebr she- mbull q\u00eb edhe n\u00eb Greqi t\u00eb ket\u00eb ndonj\u00eb shkoll\u00eb shqipe p\u00ebr f\u00ebmi- j\u00ebt e emigrant\u00ebve ?<\/p>\n<p>Mendoj se e keni fjal\u00ebn p\u00ebr vizit\u00ebn e ish-presidentit z. Stefano- pulos, sepse nuk mbaj mend t\u00eb kem shoq\u00ebmar t\u00eb tjer\u00eb \u201cpresident\u00eb grek\u00eb\u201d. Ju kujtoj se ai ishte i ftuar zyrtarisht nga Qeveria shqiptare, si mik. Si Primat i Kish\u00ebs Ortho- dhokse t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb nuk kisha asnj\u00eb arsye q\u00eb t\u00eb shqet\u00ebsohesha p\u00ebr keqkuptime, kur u desh, vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr nj\u00eb dit\u00eb, ta shoq\u00ebroj bashk\u00eb me p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues t\u00eb tjer\u00eb zyrtar\u00eb t\u00eb shtetit shqiptar. Ve\u00e7 k\u00ebsaj, mez. Ste- fanopulos na lidh nj\u00eb miq\u00ebsi e vje- t\u00ebr personale. Ai \u00ebsht\u00eb orthodhoks i devotsh\u00ebm. Gjithashtu, edhe fshatrat e minoritetit grek b\u00ebjn\u00eb pjes\u00eb n\u00eb juridiksionin kishtar t\u00eb Kish\u00ebs, Primat i s\u00eb cil\u00ebs jam. As q\u00eb e mendova se \u201ck\u00ebshtu mund t\u00eb preket sedra e shqiptar\u00ebve\u201d. Por p\u00ebr vendimet institucionale, e p\u00ebrs\u00ebris, kompetent\u00eb jan\u00eb Sh\u00ebrbi- met e t\u00eb dy vendeve, nd\u00ebrmjet t\u00eb cil\u00ebve ekzistojn\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnie miq\u00ebsore, q\u00eb duhet t\u00eb zhvillohen edhe m\u00eb shum\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Fortlumturi, gjat\u00eb drejtimit t\u00eb Kish\u00ebs prej jush, ka pasur z\u00ebra autoritar\u00eb q\u00eb kan\u00ebfolur p\u00ebr re- duktim dhe minimizim t\u00eb rolit t\u00eb Nolit n\u00eb historin\u00eb dhe dokume- ntet e saj kishtare. Cila \u00ebsht\u00eb e<\/p>\n<p>v\u00ebrteta, si e shihni jufigur\u00ebn e tij dhe kontributin e tij n\u00eb Ki- sh\u00ebn ton\u00eb ? Edhe pamja arki- tekturore e kishave ruan ndikime nga t\u00eb tri periudhat: paleokristiane, bizantine me kupol\u00eb, pasbizantine nj\u00ebnef\u00ebshe ose trinef\u00ebshe. Pamja q\u00eb iu dha gjat\u00eb viteve t\u00eb sundimit otoman u p\u00ebrgjigjej urdhrave t\u00eb administrat\u00ebs otomane q\u00eb t\u00eb jen\u00eb nd\u00ebrtesa t\u00eb thjeshta dhe pa kupol\u00eb. Q\u00eb at\u00ebher\u00eb kur Shqip\u00ebria u b\u00eb shtet i pavarur, m\u00eb 1912, deri n\u00eb fillimin e p\u00ebrndjekjes, m\u00eb 1967, nuk mendoj q\u00eb u krijua ndonj\u00eb stil i ve\u00e7ant\u00eb arkitekturor shqiptar kishash. Periudha e re q\u00eb fillon me vendosjen e demokracis\u00eb n\u00eb Shqi- p\u00ebri (1991), nuk m\u00eb duket se duhet t\u00eb kopjonte kisha t\u00eb periudh\u00ebs s\u00eb vjet\u00ebr t\u00eb rob\u00ebris\u00eb shekullore. Nj\u00eb kish\u00eb e gjall\u00eb paralelisht me re- spektin ndaj tradit\u00ebs, guxon edhe krijimtari t\u00eb re.<\/p>\n<p>Jemi duke asistuar n\u00eb nj\u00eb konflikt midis kishave serbe dhe maqedonase. Dhe n\u00eb debatin mbi vendosjen tuaj n\u00eb krye t\u00eb Kish\u00ebs Shqiptare mund t\u00eb shtro- het nj\u00eb pyetje: A \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb d\u00ebsh- mi e munges\u00ebs s\u00eb paragjykime-<\/p>\n<p>ve t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve ky fakt? P\u00ebr shembull nuk mund t\u00eb mendo- nim se n\u00eb krye t\u00eb Kish\u00ebs greke t\u00eb vendosej nj\u00eb serb, pale nj\u00eb shqiptar&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>\u00cbsht\u00eb e \u00e7uditshme q\u00eb harroni di\u00e7ka themelore. Rasti i Kish\u00ebs Orthodhokse n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri \u00ebsht\u00eb unik n\u00eb historin\u00eb e Krishterimit. Kjo Kish\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb e vetmja q\u00eb iu n\u00ebnshtrua nj\u00eb shkat\u00ebrrimi t\u00eb plot\u00eb nga shteti i vet\u00ebm ateist n\u00eb bot\u00eb dhe mbeti e shp\u00ebrb\u00ebr\u00eb p\u00ebr 23 vjet. U shp\u00ebrb\u00ebn\u00eb gjith\u00eb strukturat drejtuese. T\u00eb gjith\u00eb klerik\u00ebt pa p\u00ebrjashtim u zhvesh\u00ebn nga funk- sionet e tyre klerikale me dhun\u00eb dhe t\u00ebr\u00eb prona kishtare, toka, en\u00eb t\u00eb shenjta, arkiva, u shtet\u00ebzuan. U shemb\u00ebn pothuajse t\u00eb gjitha kishat, p\u00ebrve\u00e7 disa t\u00eb paktave. Di\u00e7-<\/p>\n<p>ka e till\u00eb nuk i ka ndodhur sigurisht as Kish\u00ebs s\u00eb Serbis\u00eb, as Kish\u00ebs s\u00eb Greqis\u00eb. Kur m\u2019u k\u00ebrkua t\u00eb vij n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, nuk ishte ftes\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u2019 u ulur n\u00eb nj\u00eb fron t\u00eb gatsh\u00ebm t\u00eb ndonj\u00eb nd\u00ebrtese madh\u00ebshtore ose qoft\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb drejtuar di\u00e7ka ekzi- stuese, por ishte nxitje p\u00ebr nj\u00eb pun\u00eb misionare p\u00ebr ringritjen nga rr\u00ebnojat, pa asnj\u00eb ndihm\u00eb ose mb\u00ebshtetje shtet\u00ebrore, t\u00eb nj\u00eb Ki- she Orthodhokse Autoqefale. N\u00eb vizit\u00ebn e par\u00eb, k\u00ebrkova me k\u00ebmb\u00eb- ngulje ndonj\u00eb shtetas shqiptar q\u00eb do t\u00eb mund t\u00eb merrte p\u00ebrsip\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb detyr\u00eb dhe p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi t\u00eb nd\u00ebrli- kuar. Isha gati t\u00eb kthehesha n\u00eb detyrat e mia, sepse, si\u00e7 dihet, isha mitropolit, pedagog i rregullt n\u00eb Universitetin e Athin\u00ebs dhe kandi-<\/p>\n<p>dat p\u00ebr Akademin\u00eb e Athin\u00ebs dhe me poste t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme nd\u00ebrko- mb\u00ebtare. At\u00ebher\u00eb orthodhoks\u00ebt, pavar\u00ebsisht nga prejardhja, m\u2019u lut\u00ebn t\u00eb rri dhe t\u00eb marr p\u00ebrsip\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb pun\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00eb dhe t\u00eb papar\u00eb kishtare t\u00eb ringritjes nga themeli t\u00eb Kish\u00ebs Orthodhokse Autoqefale t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb. E dija se nuk ishte fare e thjesht\u00eb, se do t\u00eb p\u00ebrballoja dyshime t\u00eb vazhdueshme dhe ar- miq\u00ebsi nga qarqe t\u00eb ndryshme dhe se nuk ishte i sigurt p\u00ebrfundimi me sukses i k\u00ebsaj p\u00ebrpjekjeje. Megji- that\u00eb e pranova p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsin\u00eb dhe rreziqet me besim, dashuri dhe du- rim, si sh\u00ebrbes\u00eb misionare. P\u00ebrgatitja e epi- skop\u00ebve t\u00eb p\u00ebrshtatsh\u00ebm \u00ebsht\u00eb di- \u00e7ka shum\u00eb k\u00ebrkuese, sepse duhet t\u00eb jen\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb nd\u00ebrgjegj- shme t\u00eb pamartuar dhe me edukim t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm teologjik, kishtar dhe social. N\u00eb  k\u00ebto vepra t\u00eb m\u00ebdha<br \/>\nnd\u00ebrtuese, iu ofrua pun\u00ebsim mij\u00ebra<br \/>\nnjer\u00ebzve. Kur Shqi-<br \/>\np\u00ebria u p\u00ebrball me  val\u00ebt e refugja-<br \/>\nt\u00ebve nga Kosova, Kisha Ortho\u00ad<br \/>\ndhokse, n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim me  or-<br \/>\nganizma t\u00eb ndrysh\u00ebm nd\u00ebrkomb\u00eb-<br \/>\ntar\u00eb, nd\u00ebrmori nj\u00eb program t\u00eb gjer\u00eb<br \/>\nndihme, q\u00eb i tejkaloi t\u00eb 12  milion\u00eb<br \/>\ndollar\u00ebt. N\u00eb  k\u00ebt\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb u ndih-<br \/>\nmuan  mbi 33.000 refugjat\u00eb. U<br \/>\nzhvilluan marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnie harmonike<br \/>\nme  komunitetet e tjera fetare, du\u00ad<br \/>\nke mb\u00ebshtetur toleranc\u00ebn fetare<br \/>\ndhe bashk\u00ebpunimin. Kisha jon\u00eb,<br \/>\nduke u b\u00ebr\u00eb an\u00ebtare e K\u00ebshillit Bo-<br \/>\nt\u00ebror t\u00eb Kishave, u b\u00eb edhe nj\u00eb<br \/>\nambasadore shpirt\u00ebrore e Shqip\u00eb-<br \/>\nris\u00eb n\u00eb ambientet fetare, t\u00eb cilat<br \/>\nnuk kishin asnj\u00eb njohje t\u00eb realitetit<br \/>\nton\u00eb kishtar. Me  t\u00eb gjitha k\u00ebto,<br \/>\nKisha Orthodhokse u shfaq nj\u00eb<br \/>\nfaktor serioz shpirt\u00ebror dhe zhvilli\u00ad<br \/>\nmi i Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb.<br \/>\n2. Identiteti juaj njer\u00ebzor dhe<br \/>\nfetar \u00ebsht\u00eb i ndar\u00eb midis dy po-<br \/>\npujve, atij grek dhe atij shqiptar.<br \/>\n\u00c7far\u00eb kemfituar dhe \u00e7far\u00eb keni<br \/>\nl\u00ebn\u00ebprej k\u00ebtyre p\u00ebrb\u00ebr\u00ebsve?<br \/>\nNuk  mendoj se fjala \u201ci ndar\u00eb\u201d<br \/>\n\u00ebsht\u00eb e sakt\u00eb. Nuk  m\u00eb  p\u00ebl-<br \/>\nqejn\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsimet. N\u00eb  t\u00eb dy po\u00ad<br \/>\npujt ekzistojn\u00eb njer\u00ebz t\u00eb mrekullu-<br \/>\nesh\u00ebm, sikund\u00ebr ekzistojn\u00eb edhe<br \/>\nt\u00eb tjer\u00eb, q\u00eb nuk jan\u00eb n\u00eb lart\u00ebsin\u00eb e<br \/>\nsituatave. T\u00eb dy popujt jetuan dhe<br \/>\nbashk\u00ebpunuan n\u00ebn sundimin e tri<br \/>\nperandorive t\u00eb ndryshme: n\u00ebn Pe-<br \/>\nrandorin\u00eb Romake,  Bizantine dhe<br \/>\nOsmane.  Bashk\u00ebjetesa harmonike<br \/>\ndhe bashk\u00ebpunimi jan\u00eb gj\u00ebra q\u00eb<br \/>\njemi t\u00eb detyruar t\u2019i zhvillojm\u00eb m\u00eb<br \/>\ntej n\u00eb periudh\u00ebn e re t\u00eb Evrop\u00ebs<br \/>\ns\u00eb Bashkuar. P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb pajtim dhe<br \/>\nbesim t\u00eb nd\u00ebrsjell\u00eb punoj n\u00eb<br \/>\nm\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb nd\u00ebrgjegjshme dhe me<br \/>\ndurim, me  besim dhe shpres\u00eb.<br \/>\n3. Ka pasur nj\u00eb dogm\u00eb domina-<br \/>\nnte n\u00eb kultur\u00ebn greke se ortodo-<br \/>\nks\u00ebt e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb jan\u00eb grek\u00eb.<br \/>\n\u00c7\u2019mendoni rreth saj?<br \/>\n. \u00cbsht\u00eb e qart\u00eb q\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e<br \/>\nsakt\u00eb. T\u00ebr\u00ebsia e Orthodhoks\u00ebve<br \/>\nt\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, p\u00ebrve\u00e7 shqiptar\u00ebve<br \/>\nq\u00eb p\u00ebrb\u00ebjn\u00eb shumic\u00ebn, ka grek\u00eb,<br \/>\nsllav\u00eb dhe orthodhoks\u00eb me  prejar-<br \/>\ndhje t\u00eb ndryshme, q\u00eb jetojn\u00eb n\u00eb<br \/>\nvend. P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb arsye dhe Patriar-<br \/>\nkana Ekumenike njohu n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb<br \/>\nkanonike Autoqefalin\u00eb e Kish\u00ebs<br \/>\nOrthodhokse t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb. Gjat\u00eb<br \/>\ngjith\u00eb k\u00ebtyre viteve kultivojm\u00eb n\u00eb<br \/>\nm\u00ebnyr\u00eb sistematike frym\u00ebn e<br \/>\np\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt dhe bashk\u00ebpunimin<br \/>\nv\u00ebllaz\u00ebror midis t\u00eb gjith\u00eb ortho-<br \/>\ndhoks\u00ebve t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, pavar\u00eb-<br \/>\nsisht prejardhjes q\u00eb ata kan\u00eb.<br \/>\n4. Ju doni shtet\u00ebsin\u00eb shqiptare<br \/>\nedhe n\u00eb respekt t\u00eb grigj\u00ebs q\u00eb ju<br \/>\ndrejtoni shpirt\u00ebrisht, komuni-<br \/>\ntetit ortodoks, pornd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb jeni<br \/>\nnj\u00eb figur\u00eb e respektuar dhe e po-<br \/>\npullit grek. E  imagjinoj q\u00eb tem\u00eb<br \/>\ne r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme bisede n\u00eb takimet<br \/>\nme bashk\u00ebbiseduesit grek\u00eb jan\u00eb<br \/>\ndhe problemet e shqiptar\u00ebve dhe<br \/>\nq\u00ebju p\u00ebrpiqeni q\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebniet<br \/>\nmidis fqinj\u00ebve t\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsohen.<br \/>\nPor nuk ka asgj\u00eb publike rreth<br \/>\nk\u00ebtyre p\u00ebrpjekjeve; a mund t\u00eb<br \/>\nna ndri\u00e7oni rreth tyre ? &#8211; P\u00ebrshe-<br \/>\nmbull kur ka largime t\u00eb sfor-<br \/>\ncuara njer\u00ebzish, kurka bllokime<br \/>\nn\u00eb kufi, raste keqtrajtimesh.<br \/>\nShohim shpesh njer\u00ebz t\u00eb kultit<br \/>\nn\u00eb vende t\u00eb tjera q\u00eb th\u00ebrrasin<br \/>\np\u00ebr toleranc\u00eb ndaj t\u00eb huajve. Ju,<br \/>\na b\u00ebni t\u00eb tilla?<br \/>\nSigurisht. Duke filluar qysh n\u00eb<br \/>\nvitet e para t\u00eb dhjet\u00ebvje\u00e7arit t\u00eb 90 t\u00eb<br \/>\ne kam  ngritur z\u00ebrin n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb<br \/>\nvazhdueshme dhe kam  nd\u00ebrmarr\u00eb<br \/>\nhapa t\u00eb ndrysh\u00ebm, apo kam  b\u00ebr\u00eb<br \/>\ndeklarata n\u00eb intervistat e mia n\u00eb<br \/>\nGreqi p\u00ebr nevoj\u00ebn e respektimit t\u00eb<br \/>\nemigrant\u00ebve dhe t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetjes s\u00eb<br \/>\ntyre. P.sh. kur n\u00eb vitin 1993,  pas<br \/>\nd\u00ebbimit t\u00eb nj\u00eb bashk\u00ebpun\u00ebtori tim,<br \/>\nqeveria greke kishte vendosur t\u00eb<br \/>\nnd\u00ebrmerrte masa  nd\u00ebshkuese, e<br \/>\nlart\u00ebsova z\u00ebrin tim, duke protestu-<br \/>\nar n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb vendosur dhe du\u00ad<br \/>\nke th\u00ebn\u00eb se n\u00ebse hapi i par\u00eb ishte<br \/>\nnj\u00eb gabim i kryer nga ana e pal\u00ebs<br \/>\nshqiptare, veprimi i dyt\u00eb, p\u00ebr t\u00eb<br \/>\nd\u00ebbuar qytetar\u00ebt shqiptar\u00eb q\u00eb pu-<br \/>\nnonin n\u00eb Greqi, do t\u00eb ishte nj\u00eb ga\u00ad<br \/>\nbim shum\u00eb  her\u00eb m\u00eb  i madh  nga ana<br \/>\ne qeveris\u00eb greke. N\u00eb  vitin 1996<br \/>\nshkova n\u00eb burgjet e Koridhalos\u00eb<br \/>\n(Athin\u00eb) p\u00ebr t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetur t\u00eb d\u00eb-<br \/>\nnuarit shqiptar\u00eb. Disa koh\u00eb m\u00eb<br \/>\nvon\u00eb, kur filloi t\u00eb p\u00ebrdoret n\u00eb me-<br \/>\ndiat greke termi \u201cfshes\u00eb\u201d p\u00ebr d\u00eb-<br \/>\nbimin e qytetar\u00ebve shqiptar\u00eb, b\u00ebra<br \/>\nudh\u00ebtime enkas p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb gj\u00eb dhe<br \/>\ntakime me  politikan\u00ebt kompetent\u00eb<br \/>\ndhe me  drejtues t\u00eb ndrysh\u00ebm t\u00eb<br \/>\nmediave t\u00eb m\u00ebdha, duke prote-<br \/>\nstuar p\u00ebr termin e p\u00ebrdorur prej<br \/>\ntyre. Nuk  vonoi shum\u00eb dhe ky po-<br \/>\nzicion i imi u pranua. Parlamenti<br \/>\nevropian me  nj\u00eb vendim t\u00eb tijin m\u00eb<br \/>\n14.7.1993, theksonte faktin se<br \/>\n\u201cmb\u00ebshtet fuqimisht vepr\u00ebn e<br \/>\nKryepiskopit orthodhoks t\u00eb Tira-<br \/>\nn\u00ebs, Anastasit, i cili po b\u00ebn shum\u00eb<br \/>\n\u2014<br \/>\n&#8230;n\u00eb intervistat e mia t\u00eb vazhdueshme n\u00eb mediat<br \/>\ntelevizive greke e kam d\u00ebnuar ksenofobin\u00eb dhe<br \/>\nkam theksuar detyrimin p\u00ebr t\u00eb pasur drejt\u00ebsi dhe<br \/>\nrespekt ndaj personalitetit t\u00eb emigrant\u00ebve dhe<br \/>\nnevoj\u00ebn e bashk\u00ebpunimit dhe besimit reciprok<br \/>\nmidis popujve tan\u00eb.<br \/>\np\u00ebrpjekje p\u00ebr zgjidhjen e kriz\u00ebs<br \/>\nmidis dy vendeve\u201d. I njoftuar n\u00eb<br \/>\nmjaft raste p\u00ebr sjelljen e papranu-<br \/>\neshme t\u00eb n\u00ebpun\u00ebsve grek\u00eb n\u00eb pi-<br \/>\nk\u00ebkalimet kufitare, vura n\u00eb dijeni<br \/>\norganet e larta kompetente. Jan\u00eb<br \/>\nt\u00eb shumta rastet, gjat\u00eb t\u00eb cilave<br \/>\nduhet t\u00eb veprosh me  takt, pa z\u00ebve-<br \/>\nnd\u00ebsuar sh\u00ebrbimet e ndryshme<br \/>\nqeveritare kompetente dhe kua-<br \/>\ndrin e institucionalizuar nd\u00ebrko-<br \/>\nmb\u00ebtar.<br \/>\nEkziston nga t\u00eb dyja an\u00ebt nj\u00eb<br \/>\nshtet i organizuar kompetent dhe<br \/>\nKisha nuk mund  t\u00eb nd\u00ebrhyj\u00eb p\u00ebr<br \/>\n\u00e7do \u00e7\u00ebshtje t\u00eb ngritur. Un\u00eb besoj<br \/>\ndhe respektoj rolet e ndara t\u00eb Ki-<br \/>\nsh\u00ebs dhe t\u00eb Shtetit. Megjithat\u00eb n\u00eb<br \/>\nintervistat e mia t\u00eb vazhdueshme<br \/>\nn\u00eb mediat televizive greke e kam<br \/>\nd\u00ebnuar ksenofobin\u00eb dhe kam<br \/>\ntheksuar detyrimin p\u00ebr t\u00eb pasur<br \/>\ndrejt\u00ebsi dhe respekt ndaj persona\u00ad<br \/>\nlitetit t\u00eb emigrant\u00ebve dhe nevoj\u00ebn<br \/>\ne bashk\u00ebpunimit dhe besimit re-<br \/>\nciprok midis popuj ve tan\u00eb. Sa i ta-<br \/>\nkon pik\u00ebs s\u00eb par\u00eb t\u00eb pyetjes suaj<br \/>\np\u00ebrn\u00ebnshtet\u00ebsin\u00eb shqiptare, me  t\u00eb<br \/>\nv\u00ebrtet\u00eb e quajta detyrimin tim q\u00eb<br \/>\nvite m\u00eb  par\u00eb, t\u00eb jem i integruar<br \/>\nedhe n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb ligjshme n\u00eb<br \/>\nvendin q\u00eb i sh\u00ebrbej me  dashuri dhe<br \/>\nkreativitet p\u00ebr t\u00ebr\u00eb k\u00ebto vite. Por<br \/>\nmjerisht disa gj\u00ebra n\u00eb Shtet l\u00ebvizin<br \/>\nme  ngadal\u00eb.<br \/>\n5. Fortlumturi, \u00ebsht\u00eb sh\u00ebnuarn\u00eb<br \/>\npublik se ju shoq\u00ebroni rregu-<br \/>\nllishtpresident\u00ebt grek\u00eb apo zyr-<br \/>\ntar\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb q\u00eb vizitojn\u00eb Shqip\u00eb-<br \/>\nrin\u00eb, ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht n\u00eb vizita n\u00eb ^e-<br \/>\nnde simbolike p\u00ebr grek\u00ebt. A  nuk<br \/>\nju duket se ka nj\u00eb shp\u00ebrpjes\u00ebtim<br \/>\nn\u00eb imazhin tuaj publik n\u00eb lidhje<br \/>\nme k\u00ebto shfaqje? As<br \/>\nq\u00eb e mendova  se \u201ck\u00ebshtu mund  t\u00eb<br \/>\npreket sedra e shqiptar\u00ebve\u201d. P\u00ebr<br \/>\nsa i p\u00ebrket pjes\u00ebmanjes n\u00eb p\u00ebruri-<br \/>\nme  shkollash greke, imagjinoj, se<br \/>\ni referoheni shkoll\u00ebs greko-shqip-<br \/>\ntare \u201cHomeri\u201d, q\u00eb u hap n\u00eb Kor\u00e7\u00eb<br \/>\nn\u00eb prani edhe t\u00eb Ministrit t\u00eb Arsimit<br \/>\nt\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb. Nuk  kuptoj pse n\u00eb<br \/>\np\u00ebrurimin e k\u00ebsaj shkolle, q\u00eb n\u00eb<br \/>\nshumic\u00eb ka f\u00ebmij\u00eb orthodhoks\u00eb,<br \/>\nndalohet pjes\u00ebmarrja e Kryepi-<br \/>\nskopit orthodhoks, dhe gjoja k\u00eb-<br \/>\nshtu \u201cmund  t\u00eb preket sedra e di-<br \/>\nkujt\u201d.
