Aurel Plasari<\/p>\n<p>(Vazhdon nga numri i kaluar)<\/p>\n<p>Po t\u00eb zgjidhja ndonj\u00eb vler\u00ebsim sa i p\u00ebrket kontributit t\u00eb krishterimit n\u00eb kultur\u00eb, do t\u00eb parap\u00eblqeja at\u00eb t\u00eb pozitivistit fr\u00ebng Hypolite Taine: &#8220;Asnj\u00eb fuqi tjet\u00ebr kulturore nuk mund t\u00eb matet me krishterimin. Sa i p\u00ebrket kontributit n\u00eb shkencat mund t\u00eb ve\u00e7ohet konsiderata e Emil Dubois-Reymondit: &#8220;Sado q\u00eb disave ky pohim mund t&#8217;u duket paradoks, shkencat e reja eksperimentale do t&#8217;ia dijn\u00eb p\u00ebr merit\u00eb fillimet e veta fes\u00eb s\u00eb krishter\u00eb&#8221;. Kurse sa i p\u00ebrket shpirt\u00ebror\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb qenies njer\u00ebzore nuk mund t\u00eb mos kujtohet admirimi i formuluar prej Montesquieu-s\u00eb: &#8220;\u00c7&#8217;gj\u00eb e mrekullueshme! Feja e krishter\u00eb, q\u00eb duket t\u00eb ket\u00eb p\u00ebr objekt vet\u00ebm lumturin\u00eb e jet\u00ebs tjet\u00ebr, na b\u00ebn t\u00eb lumtur edhe n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb jet\u00eb&#8221; (Esprit des lois, III, 6).<\/p>\n<p>***<\/p>\n<p>Mendimtar\u00ebt modern\u00eb shqiptar\u00eb, tipologjin\u00eb e t\u00eb cil\u00ebve do ta p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsonnin Konica dhe Fishta, pat\u00ebn qen\u00eb nj\u00ebher\u00ebsh sa ideolog\u00eb t\u00eb shtetit modern shqiptar, aq edhe europeist\u00eb ante litteram. N\u00eb revist\u00ebn e tij Albania q\u00eb delte n\u00eb Bruksel, n\u00ebn syz\u00ebn &#8220;Rreziku i af\u00ebrm i shqiptar\u00ebve muhamedan\u00eb&#8221; Konica formulonte shkrimin me titull Nj\u00eb lajm\u00ebrim i shkurt\u00ebr muhamedan\u00ebve. Duke i paralajm\u00ebruar ata p\u00ebr krijimin e mundsh\u00ebm t\u00eb nj\u00eb shteti shqiptar, me nj\u00eb frym\u00eb t\u00eb hapur civile ai u b\u00ebnte thirrje bashkatdhetar\u00ebve t\u00eb tij ta llogarisnin krijimin e nj\u00eb shteti modern shqiptar pik\u00ebrisht n\u00eb perspektiv\u00ebn europiane. Me stilin e vet t\u00eb prer\u00eb, i p\u00ebrmblidhte k\u00ebshtu porosit\u00eb e veta: &#8220;1) Osmanllinjt\u00eb n\u00eb pak\u00eb vjet do t\u00eb d\u00ebbohen nga Evropa; 2) Shqip\u00ebria, e pabashkuar dhe e paqytet\u00ebruar, e mbetur nga faji i saj pa miq t\u00eb fort\u00eb p\u00ebrjashta, do t\u00eb ndahet; 3) Shqiptar\u00ebt muhamedan\u00eb do t\u00eb d\u00ebbohen duke humbur mallin dhe kamjen; 4) Osmanllinjt\u00eb nuk do t&#8217;i qasin n&#8217;Anadoll shqiptar\u00ebt e d\u00ebbuar; 5) N\u00eb mos idealismi, t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn buka dhe detyra q\u00eb kini te f\u00ebmija juaj ju shtr\u00ebngon t\u00eb b\u00ebni nga dy gj\u00ebra nj\u00ebr\u00ebn: a t\u00eb ktheheni te feja e st\u00ebrgjysh\u00ebrve t&#8217;uaj, a t\u00eb mbeteni muhamedan\u00eb, por duke u lidhur me aqe v\u00ebrtet\u00ebsi dhe zemr\u00eb me t\u00eb krishter\u00ebt nga gjaku juaj, sa t&#8217;i jepni kombit t&#8217;uaj nj\u00eb karakter gjysm\u00eb t\u00eb krishter\u00eb&#8221; (Albania, nr. XII, 1909). Dhe, si i argumentonte pohimet e veta, p\u00ebrfundonte me k\u00ebshill\u00ebn: &#8220;Mejtohuni p\u00ebr k\u00ebto q\u00eb ju thom, se s&#8217;jan\u00eb p\u00ebrralla&#8221;. Vizioni i qart\u00eb i Faik beut, me em\u00ebr t\u00eb pag\u00ebzimit Domenik, mbi k\u00ebt\u00eb perspektiv\u00eb t\u00eb shtetit shqiptar n\u00eb kontekstin europian spikat edhe n\u00eb nj\u00eb mesazh t\u00eb tijin t\u00eb 4 dhjetorit 1912. Nd\u00ebrsa n\u00eb Vlor\u00eb ish-deputeti i Parlamentit turk Ismail bej Qemali shpallte pavar\u00ebsin\u00eb e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb dhe organizonte nj\u00eb qeveri t\u00eb par\u00eb (t\u00eb p\u00ebrkohshme) t\u00eb shtetit shqiptar, n\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb Federat\u00ebs s\u00eb Shqiptar\u00ebve t\u00eb Amerik\u00ebs Konica, si leader i k\u00ebsaj federate, shkruante: &#8220;Federata Panshqiptare e Amerik\u00ebs &#8220;Vatra&#8221; i d\u00ebrgon urime t\u00eb nxehta ngjarjes q\u00eb do t\u00eb mbetet e kujtueshme. Lutemi, me k\u00ebt\u00eb rast, t\u00eb mos e b\u00ebni Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb nj\u00eb shtet oriental si Khiva, Bukharaja, Afganistani, Tunizia etj. Mbani p\u00ebr ideal nj\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri si Norvegjia, Danimarka, Holanda, Belgjika. Prandaj duam m\u00eb mir\u00eb nj\u00eb princ prej nj\u00eb familjeje mbret\u00ebrore europiane, i cili t\u00eb na lidh\u00eb me traditat oksidentale&#8221; (Nosi: Materiale, 86). Pati qen\u00eb nj\u00eb mesazh mjaft i diskutuar prej t\u00eb par\u00ebve shtetar\u00eb shqiptar\u00eb mbledhur n\u00eb at\u00eb moment historik n\u00eb Kuvendin e Vlor\u00ebs, ndon\u00ebse mandej mesazhi u injorua ose u mbajt n\u00eb heshtje. Do t\u00eb mjaftonte t\u00eb vihej re se, n\u00eb p\u00ebrmbledhjet me dokumente t\u00eb botuara gjat\u00eb periudh\u00ebs s\u00eb diktatur\u00ebs mbi pavar\u00ebsin\u00eb e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb ose veprimtarin\u00eb e Qeveris\u00eb s\u00eb Vlor\u00ebs, ky mesazh \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrjashtuar.<\/p>\n<p>Nga ana e tij, prej Kuvendit franceskan t\u00eb Shkodr\u00ebs, ishte Fishta q\u00eb u d\u00ebftonte shqiptar\u00ebve dallesat mes nj\u00eb qytet\u00ebrimi dhe nj\u00eb tjetri, si dhe mes nj\u00eb kulture dhe nj\u00eb tjetre. Duke u nisur nga fakti q\u00eb kultura \u00ebsht\u00eb produkt i shpirtit njer\u00ebzor, ai d\u00ebftonte se si k\u00ebto dallesa nuk mund t\u00eb burojn\u00eb ve\u00e7se prej ndryshimeve q\u00eb ekzistojn\u00eb n\u00eb mend\u00ebsit\u00eb e popujve t\u00eb ndrysh\u00ebm. Ai sakt\u00ebsonte konkretisht dallesat mes sistemit kulturor &#8220;aziatik&#8221; dhe kultur\u00ebs europiane, duke ngulmuar n\u00eb specifikat e saj, sikurse b\u00ebnte n\u00eb artikullin me titull sugjestionues Kur do t&#8217;bashkohen shqyptar\u00ebt, shkruar tet\u00ebdhjet\u00eb e ca vjet m\u00eb par\u00eb. Me idet\u00eb e tij a thua se Fishta paraprinte ideologjin\u00eb e kancelarit gjerman Adenauer, i cili thoshte: &#8220;E quanim si q\u00ebllim t\u00eb politik\u00ebs son\u00eb t\u00eb jashtme bashkimin e Europ\u00ebs, sepse \u00ebsht\u00eb mund\u00ebsia e vetme p\u00ebr t\u00eb ruajtur qytet\u00ebrimin ton\u00eb, europian dhe kristian, kund\u00ebr t\u00ebrbimit totalitar&#8221;. N\u00eb nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr artikull, t\u00eb vitit 1923, mbasi shpjegonte se si Kisha me idealet e saj pati mbrujtur cementin e themeleve t\u00eb qytet\u00ebrimit europian, Fishta l\u00ebshonte sfid\u00ebn: &#8220;Nxirr, po, prej muzejve ma t\u00eb mdhej e ma t\u00eb permendun t&#8217;Europ\u00ebs shka dalta gdheni e peneli ravizoj mbas atij ideali t\u00eb Kish\u00ebs, e aty s&#8217;ka me mbet\u00eb tjeter ve\u00e7 muret e thata e do statuje t\u00eb cungueme t&#8217;Akropolit a t\u00eb Forit romak&#8221; (Hylli i Drit\u00ebs, 1923, 199).<\/p>\n<p>***<\/p>\n<p>Kur themi q\u00eb Europa paraqitet si prodhim i krishterimit, si pasuri kulturore e p\u00ebrftuar prej identitetit t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt, arsimimit t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt dhe nj\u00eb konceptimi p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebsor, komunitar, q\u00eb Kisha u ofroi t\u00eb gjith\u00eb fiseve e popujve, kjo af\u00ebrmendsh nuk n\u00ebnkupton q\u00eb Europa t\u00eb jet\u00eb lindur si rrjedhoj\u00eb e ndonj\u00eb vendimi. Ky &#8220;prodhim&#8221; zinte fill, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb gati t\u00eb padallueshme, tek ajo bashk\u00ebsi t\u00eb re e fillimeve t\u00eb krishterimit: bashk\u00ebsi e re me nj\u00eb stil t\u00eb ri jetese. Por bashk\u00ebsi e udh\u00ebhequr nga nj\u00eb besim i patundsh\u00ebm. Nga besimi n\u00eb faktin q\u00eb Zoti i tyre ishte i gjall\u00eb n\u00eb qiell dhe q\u00eb, s&#8217;andejmi, u printe n\u00eb \u00e7do hap t\u00eb jet\u00ebs, deri n\u00eb \u00e7astin kur do t\u00eb kthej\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb rivendosur &#8220;regj\u00ebnin\u00eb&#8221; e vet t\u00eb pambarim. Ky besim &#8220;revolucionarizoi&#8221; mbar\u00eb jet\u00ebn e shoq\u00ebris\u00eb s\u00eb at\u00ebhershme. K\u00ebshtu Kisha e krishter\u00eb, nj\u00ebher\u00eb e p\u00ebrsyshur e p\u00ebrfolur e p\u00ebrndjekur, mbijetoi duke u rritur e ngritur pik\u00ebrisht fal\u00eb asaj &#8220;turme t\u00eb vog\u00ebl&#8221; prir\u00eb nga Bariu i Madh q\u00eb u pati premtuar mbret\u00ebrin\u00eb e vet. Dhe t\u00eb krishter\u00ebt jan\u00eb t\u00eb bindur se historia e kaluar, e tanishme, si dhe e ardhme do t\u00eb jet\u00eb prova q\u00eb Ai i mban premtimet.<\/p>\n<p>Pa qen\u00eb rrjedhoj\u00eb e ndonj\u00eb vendimi, Europa \u00ebsht\u00eb rezultati i nj\u00eb ecjeje t\u00eb gjat\u00eb n\u00ebp\u00ebr histori. Q\u00eb ecja nuk qe gjithmon\u00eb e lavd\u00ebrueshme, gjithmon\u00eb e shk\u00eblqyeshme? Kjo shihet. Q\u00eb Europa nuk i ka ofruar bot\u00ebs vet\u00ebm p\u00ebrparimin e dijeve, por edhe p\u00ebrndjekjen e mendimit t\u00eb lir\u00eb; q\u00eb nuk i ka sjell\u00eb vet\u00ebm t\u00eb Drejtat e Njeriut, por edhe Holokaustin; q\u00eb ajo nuk ka frym\u00ebzuar vet\u00ebm realizimin e revolucioneve industrial dhe t\u00eb informatik\u00ebs, por ka imponuar edhe shp\u00ebrfytyrimin e natyr\u00ebs n\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb pasuris\u00eb materiale, prishjen e burimeve, ndotjen e atmosfer\u00ebs \u00e7tj.? Edhe k\u00ebto dihen. Porse fakti q\u00eb nuk mund t\u00eb vihet n\u00eb dyshim, dhe as mund t\u00eb fshihet, \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00eb Europa u lind n\u00eb oborrin e Kish\u00ebs. Tani q\u00eb nga \u00e7do an\u00eb po p\u00ebrpiqen ta bashkojn\u00eb, do t\u00eb ishte me vend t\u00eb mbahet parasysh q\u00eb ajo u pat lindur n\u00eb at\u00eb oborr me objektivin e unitetit t\u00eb saj, ideal q\u00eb e braktisim n\u00ebse ndjekim ideologjit\u00eb politike apo &#8220;interesat ekonomik\u00eb&#8221;. E braktisim n\u00ebse e thjeshtojm\u00eb unitetin n\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje kufijsh, doganash, autostradash. Dhe e braktisim n\u00ebse harrojm\u00eb v\u00ebrejtjen klasike t\u00eb Goethes. E braktisim gjithashtu n\u00ebse, edhe n\u00eb rrafshin politik, shp\u00ebrfillim faktin q\u00eb pat\u00ebn qen\u00eb pik\u00ebrisht partit\u00eb me frym\u00ebzim t\u00eb krishter\u00eb ato q\u00eb promovuan t\u00eb parat nj\u00eb vizion &#8220;europian&#8221; t\u00eb problemeve. Do t\u00eb ishte si t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtonim nj\u00eb &#8220;Europ\u00eb pa europian\u00eb&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Po t\u00eb jet\u00eb se ndokujt n\u00eb dit\u00ebn e sotme ia c\u00ebnojn\u00eb veshin si &#8220;anakronik\u00eb&#8221; termat krishterim apo i krishter\u00eb, Kish\u00eb apo kler etj., le t&#8217;i bart\u00eb ato n\u00eb nj\u00eb hipostaz\u00eb tjet\u00ebr m\u00eb universale: n\u00eb at\u00eb t\u00eb konstruksionit europian si realitet shpirt\u00ebror transcendent, n\u00eb k\u00ebrkim t\u00eb nj\u00eb shpirt\u00ebror\u00ebsie p\u00ebr Europ\u00ebn e kuptuar si frym\u00ebzim ardhur prej s\u00eb larti, sikurse i ka bartur, fjala vjen, nj\u00eb Vaclav Havel a thua p\u00ebr t&#8217;iu p\u00ebrgjigjur thirrjes s\u00eb nj\u00ebrit prej themeluesve t\u00eb saj, Robert Schumanit: &#8220;&#8230; duhet nj\u00eb shpirt&#8221;. N\u00eb p\u00ebrfundim t\u00eb nj\u00ebrit prej fjalimeve t\u00eb tij, n\u00eb t\u00eb cilin b\u00ebnte fjal\u00eb p\u00ebr perspektiv\u00ebn e vendit t\u00eb vet n\u00eb bashk\u00ebsin\u00eb europiane, Haveli kujtonte: &#8220;Europa duhet t\u00eb filloj\u00eb nga vetja e vet. N\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me traditat e saj m\u00eb t\u00eb mira shpirt\u00ebrore; ajo duhet t\u00eb respektoj\u00eb rendin sip\u00ebror kozmik q\u00eb na tejkap\u00ebrcen dhe gjithashtu rendin moral si rrjedhoj\u00eb e tij. Thjesht\u00ebsia, dashamir\u00ebsia, mir\u00ebsjellja, respekti p\u00ebr at\u00eb \u00e7far\u00eb nuk e kuptojm\u00eb, ndjenja e thell\u00eb e solidar\u00ebsis\u00eb me t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt, nderimi ndaj \u00e7do tjet\u00ebrsie, vullneti p\u00ebr t\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb flijime ose veprime t\u00eb mira t\u00eb cilat vet\u00ebm amshimi do t\u00eb na i shp\u00ebrblej\u00eb, ai amshim q\u00eb na v\u00ebzhgon, qet\u00eb-qet\u00eb, n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet nd\u00ebrgjegjes son\u00eb: ja po aq vlera q\u00eb do t\u00eb mundej dhe do t\u00eb duhej t\u00eb ishin programi i konstruksionit europian. Misioni m\u00eb i madh q\u00eb e pret Europ\u00ebn do t\u00eb ishte t\u00eb p\u00ebrpiqet t\u00eb d\u00ebftoj\u00eb, n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet vet\u00eb ekzistimit t\u00eb saj, se \u00ebsht\u00eb e mundur t&#8217;i kund\u00ebrvihemi rrezikut t\u00eb madh q\u00eb b\u00ebn t\u00eb pluskoj\u00eb mbi bot\u00eb qytet\u00ebrimi i saj plot me kund\u00ebrshti.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb p\u00ebrmbushjen e k\u00ebtij misioni, po shtoj un\u00eb, njer\u00ebzit e kultur\u00ebs t\u00eb Europ\u00ebs, njer\u00ebzit e saj shpirt\u00ebror\u00eb, jan\u00eb t\u00eb thirrur t\u00eb marrin mbi shpin\u00eb barr\u00ebn q\u00eb u takon. United i Europ\u00ebs nuk do t\u00eb mund t\u00eb mbahet gjall\u00eb, as nga ana e t\u00eb nj\u00ebzetepes\u00ebve q\u00eb duken sikur jan\u00eb &#8220;brenda&#8221; dhe as nga ana e atyreve q\u00eb duken sikur jan\u00eb &#8220;jasht\u00eb&#8221;, n\u00ebse Europa lihet n\u00eb m\u00ebshir\u00ebn e ideologjive politike. Aq m\u00eb pak do t\u00eb mund t\u00eb mbahet gjall\u00eb ajo n\u00ebse do t\u00eb l\u00ebshohet n\u00eb duart e &#8220;interesave ekonomik\u00eb&#8221;. Duke nisur prej idealeve t\u00eb &#8220;et\u00ebrve&#8221; t\u00eb dikursh\u00ebm t\u00eb saj dhe duke p\u00ebrfunduar te pengesat jo t\u00eb pakta t\u00eb realizuesve t\u00eb saj t\u00eb sot\u00ebm, \u00ebsht\u00eb i qart\u00eb m\u00ebsimi se nj\u00eb Europ\u00eb e bazuar n\u00eb presione dhe n\u00eb koncesione nuk do t\u00eb ekzistoj\u00eb. Ata q\u00eb d\u00ebshirojn\u00eb v\u00ebrtet nj\u00eb Europ\u00eb, do t\u00eb duhet t\u00eb marrin edhe p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsin\u00eb e k\u00ebsaj Europe, t\u00eb mbajn\u00eb p\u00ebrs\u00ebri si ideal unitetin e popujve t\u00eb saj.
