N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb manastir, q\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb ishte grash dhe q\u00eb ishte shkretuar n\u00eb vitin 1235 nga pirat\u00ebt sara\u00e7en\u00eb, rronte n\u00eb at\u00eb koh\u00eb vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb murg, q\u00eb m\u00eb pas fjeti. Nd\u00ebrkaq, edhe ky ishull u rob\u00ebrua nga turqit.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb vitin 1463 osman\u00ebt, duke k\u00ebrkuar p\u00ebr iniciator\u00ebt e kryengritjes n\u00eb Thermi, mor\u00ebn n\u00eb pyetje duke b\u00ebr\u00eb tortura t\u00eb tmerrshme Rafaelin (Gjergjin), Nikoll\u00ebn dhe t\u00eb parin e fshatit, Vasilin, me bashk\u00ebshorten Maria, vajz\u00ebn e tyre 11-vje\u00e7are, Irini dhe m\u00ebsuesin Theodhor. Prind\u00ebrit e saj i cop\u00ebtuan me thika, m\u00ebsuesit i pren\u00eb kok\u00ebn dhe Rafaelit i sharruan goj\u00ebn me sharr\u00eb, duke ia ndar\u00eb m\u00eb dysh kok\u00ebn. Nikolla p\u00ebsoi pushim zemre (nat\u00ebn e 8 prillit 1463, t\u00eb Mart\u00ebn e Ndritshme t\u00eb Pashk\u00ebs).<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb vitin 1959 n\u00eb Karies nisi hapja e themeleve t\u00eb nj\u00eb kishe mbi g\u00ebrmadhat e nj\u00eb kishe t\u00eb vjet\u00ebr, q\u00eb Liturgjia e p\u00ebrvitshme e t\u00eb Mart\u00ebs s\u00eb Ndritshme t\u00eb mos b\u00ebhej m\u00eb jasht\u00eb (ajo b\u00ebhej atje n\u00eb at\u00eb dit\u00eb, megjith\u00ebse kishin harruar shkakun p\u00ebrse).
