Krishterimi ofroi elemente t\u00eb reja jetike, q\u00eb ndihmuan m\u00eb gjer\u00eb n\u00eb zhvillimin e qytet\u00ebrimit evropian. Po zgjedh tri karakteristika:<\/p>\n<p>S\u00eb pari, zbulimi i dinamik\u00ebs s\u00eb liris\u00eb dhe dashuris\u00eb brenda historis\u00eb, q\u00eb i vendosin n\u00eb nj\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb re marr\u00ebdh\u00ebniet njer\u00ebzore dhe lidhjet me Per\u00ebndin\u00eb vetjak.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00eb dyti, besimi n\u00eb di\u00e7ka, q\u00eb n\u00eb pamje t\u00eb par\u00eb duket logjikisht e pamundur. Nj\u00eb besim q\u00eb \u00e7oi drejt nj\u00eb k\u00ebrkimi n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi t\u00eb s\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebs &#8211; edhe t\u00eb asaj shkencore &#8211; p\u00ebrtej fenomeneve dhe nevojave t\u00eb thjeshta.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00eb treti, nj\u00eb tendenc\u00eb e re, luftarake, nj\u00eb ftes\u00eb dhe nj\u00eb sfid\u00eb p\u00ebr tejkalim t\u00eb vazhduesh\u00ebm n\u00eb jet\u00ebn shpirt\u00ebrore, q\u00eb shpalos t\u00eb gjitha fuqit\u00eb njer\u00ebzore n\u00eb ecjen e vazhdueshme transformuese t\u00eb bot\u00ebs. Nj\u00eb burim i dyt\u00eb serioz ka qen\u00eb e Drejta Kanonike e Kish\u00ebs romanokatolike, q\u00eb natyrisht ishte i ndikuar n\u00eb shum\u00eb aspekte nga mendimi romak.<\/p>\n<p>Me r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi p\u00ebrcaktuese p\u00ebr shkenc\u00ebn juridike n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi ka qen\u00eb Kodi Justinian i s\u00eb Drejt\u00ebs Civile (Corpus Juris Civilis), i cili p\u00ebrfundoi n\u00eb vitin 534, kodifikoi dhe p\u00ebrpunoi t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn romake q\u00eb ishte n\u00eb fuqi deri at\u00ebher\u00eb, por sanksionoi dhe dispozita t\u00eb reja. Ky Kod u b\u00eb themeli i institucioneve juridike t\u00eb Perandoris\u00eb Romake Lindore.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb Evrop\u00ebn Per\u00ebndimore rryma e re n\u00eb k\u00ebrkimet juridike erdhi n\u00eb fund t\u00eb shek. t\u00eb 11-t\u00eb dhe n\u00eb fillim t\u00eb shek. t\u00eb 12-t\u00eb, me zbulimin e p\u00ebrmbledhjeve legjislative t\u00eb Justinianit. Nj\u00eb arritje, p\u00ebr t\u00eb cil\u00ebn krenohet sot Evropa dhe q\u00eb e pranon si themel t\u00eb kultur\u00ebs s\u00eb saj dhe si kuad\u00ebr p\u00ebrcaktues t\u00eb legjislacionit dhe t\u00eb organizimit t\u00eb saj, jan\u00eb deklaratat mbi t\u00eb drejtat njer\u00ebzore. Me hyrjen n\u00eb mij\u00ebvje\u00e7arin e 3-t\u00eb, i formuloi ato n\u00eb Kart\u00ebn tashm\u00eb t\u00eb njohur &#8220;t\u00eb t\u00eb drejtave themelore t\u00eb njeriut&#8221; t\u00eb Bashkimit Evropian, q\u00eb u shpall zyrtarisht n\u00eb dhjetor t\u00eb vitit 2000, n\u00eb Nice.<\/p>\n<p>Sigurisht, n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb proces kontribuan nj\u00eb s\u00ebr\u00eb faktor\u00ebsh.
