Nga dt. 5-8 tetor u mbajt nj\u00eb seminar n\u00eb Durr\u00ebs me tem\u00eb: “Besimi fetar p\u00ebr zhvillimin e bashk\u00ebsis\u00eb”, organizuar nga CAFOD Albania. Kjo organizat\u00eb ka filluar veprimtarin\u00eb e saj n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri q\u00eb n\u00eb vitin 1993 me projekte q\u00eb p\u00ebrfshijn\u00eb gama t\u00eb infrastruktur\u00ebs si: rrug\u00eb, kanalizime, uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs, qendra sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsore, shkolla etj., si dhe me kurse trajnimi, q\u00eb kan\u00eb p\u00ebr q\u00ebllim rritjen e aft\u00ebsis\u00eb drejtuese t\u00eb pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsve duke p\u00ebrdorur metoda q\u00eb mb\u00ebshteten n\u00eb p\u00ebrfshirjen e komunitetit. Merrnin pjes\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues nga t\u00eb gjitha besimet (mysliman, katolik, orthodhoks dhe bektashinj). Kisha jon\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsohej nga nj\u00eb klerik dhe kat\u00ebr punonj\u00ebs. N\u00eb seminar doli si \u00e7\u00ebshtje me r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb lidhja e ngusht\u00eb e organeve drejtuese me njer\u00ebzit e thjesht\u00eb dhe marrja n\u00eb konsiderat\u00eb e mendimit t\u00eb tyre. Kjo m\u00ebnyr\u00eb pune, u theksua n\u00eb t\u00eb, \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb aparat mat\u00ebs mjaft i mir\u00eb, p\u00ebr t\u00eb njohur nevojat reale t\u00eb komunitetit n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb merren masat e duhura, p\u00ebr t\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb ndryshime pozitive sociale e shpirt\u00ebrore. Punimet e seminarit u p\u00ebrshkuan n\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00ebsi nga nj\u00eb frym\u00eb e ngroht\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunimi midis an\u00ebtar\u00ebve t\u00eb besimeve t\u00eb ndryshme. Mesazhi ishte nevoja e forcimit t\u00eb lidhjeve t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebta p\u00ebr t\u00eb zbuluar gjuh\u00ebn e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb t\u00eb dashuris\u00eb. Vet\u00ebm n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb ne mund t\u00eb d\u00ebshmojm\u00eb me vepra besimin ton\u00eb tek Per\u00ebndia dhe t\u00eb b\u00ebhemi forc\u00eb l\u00ebviz\u00ebse e shoq\u00ebris\u00eb drejt zhvillimit e progresit.<\/p>\n
