N\u00eb mosh\u00ebn pes\u00ebvje\u00e7are mbeti jetim nga n\u00ebna. N\u00eb vitin e kat\u00ebrt t\u00eb Akademis\u00eb Kishtare t\u00eb Petropolit, u votua nga Sinodi i Shenjt\u00eb, p\u00ebr t&#8217;u b\u00ebr\u00eb prift i p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb Hakodatit, n\u00eb veri t\u00eb Japonis\u00eb. Shkoi atje n\u00eb vitin 1861, sapo u dor\u00ebzua hieromonak, me emrin Nikolla. Filloi t\u00eb predikoj\u00eb vet\u00ebm pas shtat\u00eb vjet\u00ebsh t\u00eb m\u00ebsimit t\u00eb gjuh\u00ebs dhe kishte edhe v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsi t\u00eb jashtme.<\/p>\n<p>Fillimisht i vet\u00ebm n\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekjen e mundimshme, b\u00ebri m\u00eb 1865 dy bashk\u00ebpun\u00ebtor\u00eb t\u00eb \u00e7muar vendas.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00eb 1871, nd\u00ebrsa ishin 15 besimtar\u00eb, pas nj\u00eb udh\u00ebtimi n\u00eb Rusi, organizoi me miratim sinodi misionarizmin dhe transferoi selin\u00eb n\u00eb Tokio.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00eb 1874, misioni p\u00ebrmblidhte n\u00ebnt\u00ebqind besimtar\u00eb, pasi ishte shpallur ligj\u00ebrisht dekreti i vitit 1873, i cili u lejonte japonez\u00ebve Krishterimin, i cili pas k\u00ebsaj doli n\u00eb legalitet. M\u00eb 1878 u organizua Kisha Orthodhokse, ku ishin 6 prift\u00ebrinj, 27 katekist\u00eb dhe 51 ndihm\u00ebsa t\u00eb tyre vendas. M\u00eb 1885 Nikolla u b\u00eb kryebari i Kish\u00ebs s\u00eb Japonis\u00eb, e cila pak m\u00eb par\u00eb ishte ngritur n\u00eb rang episkopate. Pas nj\u00eb pes\u00ebvje\u00e7ari, u p\u00ebrurua n\u00eb Tokio nj\u00eb kish\u00eb e stilit bizantin, e cila t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn deri m\u00eb 1961, ishte nd\u00ebrtimi m\u00eb i shk\u00eblqyer i krishter\u00eb i vendit.<\/p>\n<p>Kryeprifti asket u kujdes, me gjith\u00eb munges\u00ebn e t\u00eb ardhurave, t\u00eb organizoj\u00eb arsimin. Krijoi shkolla, kryesisht katekiste, midis t\u00eb cilave nj\u00eb p\u00ebr gra dhe nj\u00eb p\u00ebr psalt\u00eb, nd\u00ebrsa m\u00eb 1878 hapi seminarin teologjik gjasht\u00ebvje\u00e7ar. Botoi dhe tre periodik\u00eb. Nj\u00eb pun\u00eb vigane kan\u00eb qen\u00eb p\u00ebrkthimet e Shkrimit t\u00eb Shenjt\u00eb, librave liturgjik\u00eb, t\u00eb Et\u00ebrve, Kanoneve, Sinaksar\u00ebve etj. Qysh nga viti 1900, edhe vendasit autokton\u00eb shkruanin tashm\u00eb libra teologjik\u00eb.
