Tashm\u00eb Shqip\u00ebria ishte e<br \/>\npavarur nga Turqia, k\u00ebshtu q\u00eb k\u00ebrkesa<br \/>\np\u00ebr autoqefali ishte e natyrshme. E nj\u00ebjta<br \/>\ngj\u00eb kishte ndodhur edhe me vendet e<br \/>\ntjera t\u00eb Ballkanit. K\u00ebshtu pati ndodhur<br \/>\nme Kish\u00ebn Orthodhokse t\u00eb Greqis\u00eb n\u00eb<br \/>\nvitin 1883, at\u00eb t\u00eb Serbis\u00eb m\u00eb 1880, t\u00eb<br \/>\nRumanis\u00eb m\u00eb 1856 etj.<br \/>\nDuke u nisur nga parimi: \u201cKish\u00eb e<br \/>\npavarur n\u00eb shtet t\u00eb pavarur\u201d, pas krijimit<br \/>\nt\u00eb shtetit shqiptar edhe n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri po<br \/>\nnisnin p\u00ebrpjekjet p\u00ebr krijimin e Kish\u00ebs<br \/>\nOrthodhokse Autoqefale. Pika kulmore<br \/>\ne tyre, q\u00eb u b\u00eb edhe hapi i par\u00eb i madh<br \/>\ndrejt autoqefalis\u00eb, ishte Kongresi i<br \/>\nBeratit, m\u00eb 10 shtator 1922.<br \/>\nKongresi u mblodh n\u00eb sall\u00ebn e shko-<br \/>\nll\u00ebs s\u00eb Mangalemit dit\u00ebn e h\u00ebn\u00eb m\u00eb 11<br \/>\nshtator 1922. Punimet u kryesuan nga<br \/>\nIkonomi JosifQirici nga Kor\u00e7a. N\u00eb dit\u00ebn<br \/>\ne par\u00eb t\u00eb kongresit fol\u00ebn: Kryetari i Ba-<br \/>\nshkis\u00eb s\u00eb Beratit, si vendi organizator, i<br \/>\ncili u uroi t\u00eb pranishm\u00ebve mir\u00ebsear-<br \/>\ndhjen. Kisha Or\u00ad<br \/>\nthodhokse e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb do t\u00eb mbante<br \/>\nlidhje shpirt\u00ebrore, dogmatike e aposto-<br \/>\nlike me Patriarkan\u00ebn Ekumenike dhe<br \/>\nme kishat e tjera orthodhokse t\u00eb bot\u00ebs.<br \/>\nKongresi i Beratit k\u00ebrkoi edhe ndi-<br \/>\nhm\u00ebn e qeveris\u00eb q\u00eb t\u2018i b\u00ebhej k\u00ebrkes\u00eb<br \/>\nPatriarkan\u00ebs Ekumenike p\u00ebr njohjen e<br \/>\nautoqefalis\u00eb s\u00eb Kish\u00ebs Orthodhokse t\u00eb<br \/>\nShqip\u00ebris\u00eb.<br \/>\nP\u00ebrkoh\u00ebsisht, autoriteti m\u00eb i lart\u00eb i<br \/>\n80-vj etori i Kongresit t\u00eb Beratit<br \/>\nKish\u00ebs Orthodhokse t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, i dal\u00eb<br \/>\nnga Kongresi, do t\u00eb ishte K\u00ebshilli i Lart\u00eb.<br \/>\nKy k\u00ebshill do t\u00eb merrej me \u00e7\u00ebshtjet e<br \/>\ndrejtimit t\u00eb kish\u00ebs deri n\u00eb krijimin e Si-<br \/>\nnodit Episkopal. Kryetar i K\u00ebshillit t\u00eb<br \/>\nLart\u00eb u zgjodh delegati i Pogradecit At<br \/>\nVasil Marku, i cili ishte dor\u00ebzuar prift n\u00eb<br \/>\nShtetet e Bashkuara t\u00eb Amerik\u00ebs dhe<br \/>\nkishte ardhur n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri n\u00eb vitin 1921<br \/>\ns\u00eb bashku me arkimandritin Agathangjel<br \/>\n\u00c7am\u00e7e.<br \/>\nN\u00eb Kongresin e Beratit u diskutua<br \/>\nedhe p\u00ebr rregulloren provizore t\u00eb Kish\u00ebs<br \/>\nOrthodhokse t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, ku u b\u00ebn\u00eb<br \/>\npropozime t\u00eb ndryshme, q\u00eb kishin t\u00eb<br \/>\nb\u00ebnin me t\u00eb ardhurat e kishave dhe t\u00eb<br \/>\nmanastireve, duke zgjedhur nj\u00eb komision<br \/>\np\u00ebr kontrollin e tyre. N\u00eb artikullin Nr. 10<br \/>\nt\u00eb statutit thuhej se gjuha zyrtare e kish\u00ebs<br \/>\n\u00ebsht\u00eb shqipja, por derisa t\u00eb p\u00ebrktheheshin<br \/>\ndhe botoheshin librat liturgjik\u00eb do t\u00eb<br \/>\np\u00ebrdorej edhe greqishtja.<br \/>\nPasi aprovoi statutin dhe rregulloren,<br \/>\nKongresi u mor me \u00e7\u00ebshtjen se ku do t\u00eb<br \/>\nvendosej selia e K\u00ebshillit t\u00eb Lart\u00eb Kish\u00ad<br \/>\ntar. Pal Xhu-<br \/>\nmari, q\u00eb si qend\u00ebr e Kish\u00ebs Orthodhokse<br \/>\nt\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb t\u00eb ishte qyteti i Kor\u00e7\u00ebs.<br \/>\nLiturgjia zyrtare me pjes\u00ebmarrjen e<br \/>\ndelegat\u00ebve t\u00eb kongresit u zhvillua m\u00eb 14<br \/>\nshtator n\u00eb kish\u00ebn katedrale t\u00eb Beratit.<br \/>\nKongresi i mbylli punimet m\u00eb 19 shtator<br \/>\n1922.<br \/>\nKryesia e Kongresit u d\u00ebrgoi tele-<br \/>\ngramet p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse qeveris\u00eb, parlamentit<br \/>\nsi dhe komuniteteve orthodhokse n\u00eb mba-<br \/>\nr\u00eb Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb.
