\nnien e Perandoris\u00eb Bizantine

\nsjen e Patrikut Latin t\u00eb Kon-
\nstandinopoj\u00ebs dhe me push-
\ntimin venedikas t\u00eb qytetit).
\nSidoqoft\u00eb, Kisha Orthodho\u00ad
\nkse e Durr\u00ebsit mbeti e ba\u00ad
\nshkuar me Kish\u00ebn e Konstandi-
\nnopoj\u00ebs deri n\u00eb fund t\u00eb shek.
\nXIII dhe n\u00eb fillim t\u00eb shek. XIV,
\nkur kaloi n\u00ebn administrimin e
\nKryepiskopat\u00ebs s\u00eb Ohrit, p\u00ebr t\u2019i
\nkaluar s\u00ebrish Konstandino-
\npoj\u00ebs, rreth shek. XVIII.
\nN\u00eb dhjetor t\u00eb 1692 shfaqet
\nmitropeliti i par\u00eb unit n\u00eb Du-
\nrr\u00ebs (me rite dhe me veshje or\u00ad
\nthodhokse, por me vart\u00ebsi nga
\nPapa i Rom\u00ebs), i cili pasohet
\nnga disa mitropolit\u00eb deri rreth
\nvitit 1816. Unitizimi doli nga
\nkisha e Rom\u00ebs si nj\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekje
\np\u00ebr asimilimin e besimtar\u00ebve
\northodhoks\u00eb, por q\u00eb d\u00ebshtoi dhe
\nu d\u00ebnua nga Kisha Orthodhokse.
\nMe njohjen e shtetit shqip-
\ntar dhe me shpalljen e Autoqe-
\nfalis\u00eb s\u00eb Kish\u00ebs Shqiptare n\u00eb
\n1922, e cila u njoh nga Patri-
\nkana Ekumenike m\u00eb 1937,
\nqendra e Kryepiskopat\u00ebs kaloi
\nn\u00eb Kor\u00e7\u00eb nga viti 1922 deri m\u00eb
\n1929 dhe duke filluar nga viti
\n1930 n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, duke u quajtur
\nnd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb Mitropolia e Tiran\u00ebs,
\ndhe Durr\u00ebsit, sepse Tirana u b\u00eb
\nkryeqyteti i Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb dhe
\nMitropoliti i k\u00ebsaj mitropolie
\nmban edhe titullin e Kryepi-
\nskopit t\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb.<\/p>\n

M\u00eb 4 dhjetor 1923 mitropoht
\ni Durr\u00ebsit u b\u00eb Theofan Noli,
\nme titull \u201cMitropolit i Durr\u00ebsit,
\nGor\u00ebs dhe Shpatit, primat dhe
\neksark i t\u00ebr\u00eb Iliris\u00eb, Detit t\u00eb Pe-
\nr\u00ebndimit dhe t\u00ebr\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb\u201d,
\npor p\u00ebr arsye t\u00eb rrethanave po-
\nhtike dhe historike, q\u00eb dihen,
\nnuk e ushtroi k\u00ebt\u00eb detyr\u00eb. K\u00eb-
\nshtu mbyllet hsta e mitropolit\u00eb-
\nve t\u00eb Durr\u00ebsit, si qend\u00ebr Mitro\u00ad
\npolie dhe historia e saj vazhdon
\nme transferimin n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb.
\nMitropoha e Durr\u00ebsit ka pa-
