N\u00eb mbr\u00ebmjen e dat\u00ebs 8 janar,
\nnd\u00ebrroi jet\u00eb teologu dhe juristi
\nTeodor Papapavli, shum\u00eb i da-
\nshur e i nderuar nga t\u00eb gjith\u00eb.
\nAi lindi n\u00eb qytetin e Beratit
\nn\u00eb vitin 1925.1 ati ishte psalt n\u00eb
\nKish\u00ebn e Sh\u00ebn Maris\u00eb t\u00eb Lagjes
\nMangalem t\u00eb qytetit, nd\u00ebrsa i
\ngjyshi prift.
\nN\u00eb vitin 1938, vajti p\u00ebr stu-
\ndime n\u00eb Rumani, me burs\u00eb t\u00eb
\nshtetit rumun. M\u00eb pas vazhdoi
\nFakultetin e Teologjis\u00eb. Krahas
\nk\u00ebtyre studimeve u regjistrua e
\nfrekuentoi nj\u00ebkoh\u00ebsisht dhe fa-
\nkultetet e Drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe t\u00eb Filo-
\nlogjis\u00eb n\u00eb Universitetin e Buku-
\nreshtit.
\nMbasi mbaroi studimet uni-
\nversitare, n\u00eb vitin 1953, ai u kthye
\nn\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri dhe filloi pun\u00eb n\u00eb se-
\nktorin administrativ t\u00eb Proku-
\nroris\u00eb s\u00eb P\u00ebrgjithshme, nd\u00ebrsa n\u00eb
\nvitin 1968 n\u00eb Presidiumin e Ku-
\nvendit Popullor, ku punoi si inspe-
\nktor. P\u00ebr disa koh\u00eb punoi edhe n\u00eb
\nRadio – Tirana, si p\u00ebrkthyes dhe<\/p>\n

fol\u00ebs i gjuh\u00ebs rumune.
\nGjat\u00eb koh\u00ebs q\u00eb ai punoi n\u00eb
\nadministrat\u00ebn shtet\u00ebrore, nj\u00eb-
\nkoh\u00ebsisht ishte pedagog i ja-
\nsht\u00ebm n\u00eb Universitetin e Tira-
\nn\u00ebs, ku zhvilloi l\u00ebnd\u00ebn e s\u00eb Dn j-
\nt\u00ebs Kushtetuese pran\u00eb Faka-
\nItetit t\u00eb Drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe l\u00ebnd\u00ebn e
\ngjuh\u00ebs rumune n\u00eb Fakultetin e
\nFilologjis\u00eb.
\nMbas rilejimit t\u00eb besimit, ai
\nmundi t\u00eb vinte n\u00eb sh\u00ebrbim t\u00eb
\nKomunitetit Orthodhoks njo-
