Ngrihet n\u00eb krah t\u00eb Manastirit t\u00eb Gonias (shek.17), n\u00eb af\u00ebrsi t\u00eb qytetit t\u00eb Kanias (Kret\u00eb).<\/p>\n<p>Detyra e saj themelore dialogu, d\u00ebshmia, vepra liturgjike dhe sh\u00ebrbesa e Orthodhoksis\u00eb sot dhe n\u00eb t\u00eb ardhmen. Me organizimin e konferencave dhe nj\u00eb shum\u00ebllojshm\u00ebri veprimtarish t\u00eb ndryshme, Akademia Orthodhokse e Kret\u00ebs nxit solidaritetin dhe kuptimin e nd\u00ebrsjellt\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb nivel ekumenik nd\u00ebrorthodhoks, nd\u00ebrfetar, nd\u00ebrkulturor dhe nd\u00ebrshkencor, p\u00ebr afrimin midis popujve, konsolidimin e paqes dhe progresin njer\u00ebzor.<\/p>\n<p>Disa nga drejtimet e pun\u00ebs s\u00eb saj jan\u00eb: edukim p\u00ebr drejtuesit kishtar\u00eb e administrimin e enoris\u00eb; grat\u00eb n\u00eb jet\u00ebn e Kish\u00ebs dhe n\u00eb shoq\u00ebri; shkenca, besimi, jeta; zhvillimi dhe cil\u00ebsia e jet\u00ebs; lufta dhe paqja; zbutja e konflikteve sociale e politike; orthodhoksia dhe ideologjit\u00eb etj.<\/p>\n<p>Q\u00eb nga hapja e saj, n\u00eb vitin 1968, n\u00eb mjediset e Akademis\u00eb jan\u00eb zhvilluar m\u00eb shum\u00eb se 1400 konferenca, mbi 50 p\u00ebr qind e t\u00eb cilave n\u00eb nivel nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar. N\u00eb vitin 1995 n\u00eb t\u00eb u p\u00ebrurua qendra moderne e konferencave, me nj\u00eb sall\u00eb p\u00ebr 730 persona dhe 7 p\u00ebrkthyes t\u00eb nj\u00ebkohsh\u00ebm. P\u00ebrve\u00e7 saj jan\u00eb edhe 7 dhoma mbledhjesh, zyra p\u00ebr konsultime, sekretariati, p\u00ebr shfaqje filmash e diapozitivash, realizimin e posterave, p\u00ebr shfaqje e aktivitete n\u00eb mjedise t\u00eb hapura. Gjithashtu, Akademia ka 150 shtret\u00ebr, n\u00eb dhoma dyshe, 6 suita dhe 3 dhoma p\u00ebr persona me handikap, menc\u00ebn, paraklisin etj.<\/p>\n<p>Akademia administron edhe qendr\u00ebn Euromesdhetare t\u00eb rinis\u00eb, q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb kamping p\u00ebr rinin\u00eb, nd\u00ebrtuar mbi baz\u00ebn e bashk\u00ebpunimit vullnetar me grupe rinore t\u00eb vendeve t\u00eb ndryshme. Ai ka kapacitet p\u00ebr 350 persona dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb i pajisur me mjedise p\u00ebr grupe pune e veprimtari krijuese.
