Me vendim nr. 1086, t\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebs s\u00eb Kasacionit \u00ebsht\u00eb mbyllur edhe nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr maraton\u00eb gjyq\u00ebsore, p\u00ebr nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr c\u00ebnim t\u00eb pron\u00ebs s\u00eb Kish\u00ebs son\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Historia nis n\u00eb vitin 1994. N\u00eb at\u00eb vit Komisioni i Pronave i ktheu territorin, ku ngrihet Kisha e Ungjill\u00ebzimit pasardh\u00ebsve t\u00eb familjes Spahiu, nga t\u00eb cil\u00ebt e bleu Kisha Orthodhokse Autoqefale e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, m\u00eb 26. 12. 1997. Po m\u00eb 1994 iu njoh familjes Gjinali pron\u00ebsia p\u00ebr nj\u00eb godin\u00eb e truall ngjitur me Kish\u00ebn. Ata jo vet\u00ebm e rikonstruktuan godin\u00ebn p\u00ebr interesat e tyre, por p\u00ebr t’i rritur fitimet vetes b\u00ebn\u00eb edhe dy dalje t\u00eb paligjshme n\u00eb territorin e Kish\u00ebs (shtypshkronj\u00eb e fabrik\u00eb birre). N\u00eb dt. 7. 7. 1997, Bashkia e Tiran\u00ebs nxori nj\u00eb urdh\u00ebr administrativ, me t\u00eb cilin urdh\u00ebronte mbylljen e dyerve. Por, familja Gjinali e paditi vendimin n\u00eb Gjykat\u00eb, duke pretenduar kalim n\u00eb pron\u00ebn e Kish\u00ebs, megjith\u00ebse kishte nj\u00eb dalje mjaft t\u00eb gjer\u00eb direkt n\u00eb Rrug\u00ebn e Kavaj\u00ebs!…<\/p>\n
