N\u00eb vitin<br \/>\n1939 Shqip\u00ebria u pu-<br \/>\nshtua nga Italia fashiste<br \/>\ndhe italian\u00ebt nis\u00ebn edhe<br \/>\nata t\u00eb interesoheshin<br \/>\np\u00ebr ato dy libra.<br \/>\nPas \u00e7lirimit t\u00eb vendit<br \/>\nn\u00eb vitin 1956 Nasi u tran-<\/p>\n<p>Pamje nj\u00ebrit prej Kodik\u00ebve<br \/>\nsferua familjarisht n\u00eb<br \/>\nTiran\u00eb dhe u krijuan ku-<br \/>\nshte p\u00ebr ta ndjekur pro\u00ad<br \/>\nblemin. Megjithat\u00eb nuk<\/p>\n<p>e pati t\u00eb leht\u00eb sepse p\u00ebr-<br \/>\nmbajtja e librave ishte<br \/>\nfetare dhe regjimi ishte<br \/>\nateist. M\u00eb n\u00eb fund, troki-<br \/>\nti n\u00eb Institucionin e Shke-<br \/>\nncave ku k\u00ebrkoi takim<br \/>\nme Prof. Dr. Aleks Bu-<br \/>\nd\u00ebn, kryetari i k\u00ebtij In-<br \/>\nstituti. Ai e priti, e d\u00ebgjoi<br \/>\nme v\u00ebmendje dhe i pre-<br \/>\nmtoi se do t\u00eb interesohej<br \/>\ndhe do ta njoftonte. N\u00eb<br \/>\ntakimin tjet\u00ebr Prof. Dr.<br \/>\nAleks Buda, i tha se \u00e7\u00eb-<br \/>\nshtjen ia kishte referuar<br \/>\nDeg\u00ebs s\u00eb Brendshme t\u00eb<br \/>\nBeratit, kishte shkuar<br \/>\nedhe vet\u00eb n\u00eb Berat, por<br \/>\np\u00ebrgjigje nuk kishte ma-<br \/>\nrr\u00eb. Si\u00e7 duket epitrop\u00ebt<br \/>\ne Kalas\u00eb nuk kishin be-<br \/>\nsim&#8230; tek autoritetet ko-<br \/>\nmuniste. Pes\u00ebmb\u00ebdhjet<br \/>\nvjet me radh\u00eb Nasi, n\u00eb \u00e7do<br \/>\ndyjav\u00eb, shkonte n\u00eb Insti-<br \/>\ntutin e Shkencave p\u00ebr t\u00eb<br \/>\nmarr\u00eb ndonj\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigje.<br \/>\nM\u00eb n\u00eb fund v\u00ebllimet<br \/>\nu gjend\u00ebn dhe vet\u00ebm<br \/>\nat\u00ebher\u00eb Nasi m\u00ebsoi se dy<br \/>\nlibrat aq t\u00eb k\u00ebrkuar nga<br \/>\nt\u00eb huajt, ishin Kodik\u00ebt e<br \/>\nshekujve t\u00eb hersh\u00ebm me<br \/>\nvler\u00eb t\u00eb rall\u00eb historike.<br \/>\nPor, kodik\u00ebt ishin d\u00ebm-<br \/>\ntuar keq nga lag\u00ebshtira<br \/>\ndhe kishin nevoj\u00eb t\u00eb re-<br \/>\nstauroheshin. Prandaj u<br \/>\nd\u00ebrguan n\u00eb Kin\u00eb. Identik<br \/>\n\u00ebsht\u00eb edhe kodiku tjet\u00ebr i<br \/>\nshekullit IX-t\u00eb, 1 njohur me<br \/>\nem\u00ebrin kodiku 1 art\u00eb, 1 quajtur<br \/>\nk\u00ebshtu sepse ishte shkruar me<br \/>\nshkronja t\u00eb derdhura n\u00eb flori.<br \/>\nKjo tradit\u00eb e transkriptimit me<br \/>\ndor\u00eb n\u00eb pergamene t\u00eb librave<br \/>\nka vazhduar deri von\u00eb n\u00eb<br \/>\nshekullin e XVI, kur Guten-<br \/>\nbergu shpiku shtypshkronj\u00ebn,<br \/>\ne cila sh\u00ebnoi nj\u00eb kthes\u00eb re-<br \/>\nvolucionare n\u00eb p\u00ebrhapjen e<br \/>\nkultur\u00ebs. N\u00eb shekullin XV-t\u00eb,<br \/>\ndhe konkretisht n\u00eb vitin 1411,<br \/>\n\u00ebsht\u00eb shkruar nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr kodik,<br \/>\nn\u00eb t\u00eb cilin gjendet ky sh\u00ebnim:<br \/>\n\u201cPsaltiri u p\u00ebrfundua s\u00eb shkru-<br \/>\nari me ndihm\u00ebn dhe shpen-<br \/>\nzimet e t\u00eb nderuarit jeromonak<br \/>\ndhe arkimandrit Maksim dhe<br \/>\niu dor\u00ebzua Manastirit t\u00eb she-<br \/>\nnjt\u00eb t\u00eb Virgj\u00ebresh\u00ebs Mari n\u00eb<br \/>\nBerzhd\u00eb, p\u00ebr p\u00ebrdorim t\u00eb<br \/>\nbrendsh\u00ebm n\u00eb at\u00eb kish\u00eb t\u00eb<br \/>\nPer\u00ebndis\u00eb dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb m\u00ebsuar<br \/>\nf\u00ebmij\u00ebt. Kushdo q\u00eb nxjerr\u00eb<br \/>\njasht\u00eb kish\u00ebs k\u00ebt\u00eb Psaltir past<br \/>\nkund\u00ebrshtare t\u00eb p\u00ebrjetshmen<br \/>\nN\u00ebn\u00ebn e Krishtit. U  shkrua nga<br \/>\ndora e t\u00eb p\u00ebrvuajturit Teodor, q\u00eb<br \/>\nishte sekretar i Beratit pran\u00eb<br \/>\nZotit Theodhor Muzaka dhe<br \/>\ntani q\u00ebndron i burgosur n\u00eb<br \/>\nKalan\u00eb e Skraparit. Kushdo q\u00eb<br \/>\nta lexoj\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00eb kuptoj\u00eb dhe t\u00eb<br \/>\nlutet p\u00ebr mua t\u00eb mjerin, sepse<br \/>\ne shkruajta me vuajtje t\u00eb<br \/>\nm\u00ebdha. Viti 1411.\u201d<br \/>\nKodik\u00ebt e Beratit jan\u00eb<br \/>\nshkruar n\u00eb greqishten e vjet\u00ebr,<br \/>\ne cila pas ndarjes s\u00eb Pera-<br \/>\nndoris\u00eb romake, n\u00eb fund t\u00eb<br \/>\nshek. V-t\u00eb (395) n\u00eb dy pjes\u00eb: t\u00eb<br \/>\n. Lindjes dhe t\u00eb Per\u00ebndimit, u b\u00eb<br \/>\ngradualisht gjuha zyrtare,<br \/>\nduke z\u00ebvend\u00ebsuar latinishten.<br \/>\nPrefekturat e Iliris\u00eb p\u00ebrfshi-<br \/>\nheshin n\u00eb Perandorin\u00eb Bi-<br \/>\nzantine t\u00eb Lindjes dhe pas<br \/>\nshek. VIII (t\u00eb 732) edhe kishat<br \/>\ne Iliris\u00eb q\u00eb deri at\u00ebher\u00eb va-<br \/>\nzhdonin t\u00eb vareshin nga Roma,<br \/>\nu vun\u00eb n\u00ebn var\u00ebsin\u00eb e Pa-<br \/>\ntrikan\u00ebs Ekumenike t\u00eb Kon-<br \/>\nstandinopoj\u00ebs.<br \/>\nEsht\u00eb e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme t\u00eb<br \/>\nvihet n\u00eb dukje, se n\u00eb at\u00eb pe-<br \/>\nriudh\u00eb t\u00eb Mesjet\u00ebs s\u00eb hershme<br \/>\nn\u00eb prefektur\u00ebn e Iliris\u00eb ek-<br \/>\nzistonin punishte p\u00ebr tra-<br \/>\nnskriptimin e librave me dor\u00eb<br \/>\nn\u00eb pergamen\u00eb nga zejtar\u00ebt<br \/>\nkaligraf\u00eb vendas, gj\u00eb q\u00eb d\u00eb-<br \/>\nshmon p\u00ebr zhvillimin kulturor,<br \/>\nn\u00ebn drejtimin dhe kujdesin e<br \/>\nmitropolit\u00ebve, peshkop\u00ebve dhe<br \/>\n3 arkimandrit\u00ebve t\u00eb kishave t\u00eb<br \/>\nIliris\u00eb. Esht\u00eb detyr\u00eb e lart\u00eb fe\u00ad<br \/>\ntare t\u00eb hulumtojm\u00eb, zbulojn\u00eb<br \/>\ndhe ndri\u00e7ojm\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb periudh\u00eb t\u00eb<br \/>\nhershme t\u00eb kultur\u00ebs s\u00eb popullit<br \/>\nshqiptar.
