\nKoplikut, n\u00eb Mal\u00ebsin\u00eb e Madhe, At Velisha m\u00eb
\n29.4.1891 dheAtLlazari m\u00eb 13.3.1908. Shkoll\u00ebn
\nfillore e kryen n\u00eb fshatin e lindjes. Pavar\u00ebsisht se
\ndol\u00ebn n\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn rrug\u00eb, t\u00eb sh\u00ebrbimit n\u00eb Kish\u00eb,
\nsecili kishte ve\u00e7orit\u00eb e tij. At Velisha, shkoll\u00ebn
\nfetare e kreu n\u00eb Cetinj\u00eb, pran\u00eb Mitropolis\u00eb s\u00eb
\nMalit t\u00eb Zi. U hirotonis dhjak m\u00eb 14.1.1915 dhe
\nprift m\u00eb 19.1.1915, po n\u00eb Cetinj\u00eb nga Mitropoliti
\nMitrofan. Ka sh\u00ebrbyer si famulltar n\u00eb fshatin
\nVrak\u00eb q\u00eb nga viti 1915 e deri m\u00eb 1967, kur regjimi
\nkomunist i mbylli kishat. Gjithashtu, i ka sh\u00ebrbyer
\northodhoks\u00ebve t\u00eb fshatrave p\u00ebrreth, si: Kamic\u00eb,
\nOmaraj etj. Ka qen\u00eb nj\u00eb njeri i qet\u00eb e i dashur me
\nbanor\u00ebt e asaj zone, familjeve t\u00eb t\u00eb cilave u sh\u00ebr-
\nbeu si nj\u00eb k\u00ebshilltar i mir\u00eb, si at shpirt\u00ebror. Nuk
\n\u00ebsht\u00eb pajtuar me regjimin komunist, madje dhe
\nkur regjimi ateist deshi ta demaskoj\u00eb dhe e nxori
\npara fshatar\u00ebve, ai nuk u tut, por mbajti nj\u00eb
\nq\u00ebndrim burr\u00ebror dhe pa frik\u00eb deklaroi besimin e
\ntij n\u00eb Krishtin dhe sh\u00ebrbimet e tij baritore. N\u00eb
\nmes t\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00eb njer\u00ebzve kund\u00ebrshtoi, mbylljen e ki-
\nshave dhe sidomos kthimin e kish\u00ebs s\u00eb Vrak\u00ebs n\u00eb
\nsht\u00ebpi kulture. Vdes n\u00eb vitin 1975 n\u00eb mosh\u00ebn 84
\nvje\u00e7are, i bindur se feja do gjall\u00ebrohej dikur n\u00eb
\nvendin e tij, madje dhe m\u00eb e fort\u00eb.
\nAt Llazari e kreu shkoll\u00ebn e mesme n\u00eb
\nPodgoric\u00eb. Vazhdoi studimet teologjike n\u00eb Bitola
\nn\u00eb vitet 1932 – 38 dhe mbas mbarimit t\u00eb saj u
\nkthye n\u00eb Vrak\u00eb, pran\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebllait, At Velish\u00ebs. Pu\u00ad
\nnoi si m\u00ebsues feje n\u00eb shkollat e qytetit t\u00eb Shkodr\u00ebs
\nderi n\u00eb vitin 1946. N\u00eb vitin 1942 duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb
\nhirotonisur prift p\u00ebr qytetin e Shkodr\u00ebs, nga
\nKryepiskop Kristofori. Ka sh\u00ebrbyer n\u00eb kish\u00ebn
\nSh\u00ebn Aleksand\u00ebr Nevski t\u00eb qytetit deri n\u00eb vitin
\n1962, vit kur kjo kish\u00eb, e vetme br\u00ebnda n\u00eb qytet,
\nu prish, sepse regjimi ateist donte t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtonte n\u00eb
\nvend t\u00eb saj sht\u00ebpin\u00eb e oficerave. Pas shkat\u00ebrrimit
\nt\u00eb k\u00ebsaj kishe me vlera historike dhe artistike (ka
\npasur ikona me vlera t\u00eb m\u00ebdha, t\u00eb pikturuara nga
\nShkod\u00ebr, n\u00ebntor 1942.
\nNgu emajtu: n\u00ebradh\u00ebn e par\u00eb At Jefto Shtirkiq, Episkop Irineu,
\nAt Lla^ar Popoviq dhe Protodhjakon Petro Do\u00e7i
\npiktor\u00eb shum\u00eb t\u00eb d\u00eb-

\nkoh\u00ebn e pushtimit fashist, meq\u00eb nuk u pajtua me
\nta, .\u00ebsht\u00eb arrestuar prej tyre. Po k\u00ebshtu ka
\nkund\u00ebrshtuar me t\u00eb gjitha energjit\u00eb persekutiinin
\nq\u00eb iu b\u00eb fes\u00eb, si dhe prishjes s\u00eb t\u00eb vetmes kish\u00eb
\northodhokse brenda n\u00eb qytet. K\u00ebto b\u00ebn\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb hyj\u00eb
\nn\u00eb konflikt me autoritetet shtet\u00ebrore, derisa e
\narrestuan n\u00eb qershor 1966, me akuz\u00ebn fam\u00ebkeqe
\nt\u00eb agjitacion – propagand\u00ebs. U d\u00ebnua 7 vjet. Shu-
\nmic\u00ebn e koh\u00ebs s\u00eb burgut e kaloi i s\u00ebmur\u00eb n\u00eb Sena-
\ntoriumin e Tiran\u00ebs. Vdes m\u00eb 11.12.1972 n\u00eb burg,
\n6 muaj para se t\u00eb p\u00ebrfundonte d\u00ebnimin.
\nP\u00ebr merita t\u00eb*sh\u00ebrbimit n\u00eb Kish\u00eb, ka marr\u00eb
\ngrad\u00ebn e Stavroforit. Sot, duke i p\u00ebrkujtuar k\u00ebta
\nprift\u00ebrinj, kujtojm\u00eb edhe sesa e madh\u00ebrishme
\n\u00ebsht\u00eb doktrina, p\u00ebr t\u00eb cil\u00ebn punuan ata; kujtojm\u00eb
\nme dhimbje prishjen e kishave, si Vrak\u00ebs,
\nShkodr\u00ebs e t\u00eb tjerave. Por, nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb krenohemi
\nse k\u00ebto v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsi \u00e7uan n\u00eb forcimin shpirt\u00ebror t\u00eb
\nbesimtar\u00ebve, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt sot jan\u00eb edhe m\u00eb t\u00eb shumt\u00eb
\ndhe g\u00ebzohen p\u00ebr pun\u00ebn q\u00eb po b\u00ebn Kryepiskopi
\nAnastas, p\u00ebr ringritjen dhe gjall\u00ebrimin e Ortho-
\ndhoksis\u00eb dhe Kishave t\u00eb saj. Si\u00e7 e shohim, m\u00eb e
\nbukur po nd\u00ebrtohet kisha e Vrak\u00ebs dhe m\u00eb
\nmadh\u00ebshtore do t\u00eb jet\u00eb Katedralja Orthodhokse
\ne qytetit t\u00eb Shkodr\u00ebs.
