K\u00ebto lloj pagjum\u00ebsie jan\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb shpeshta dhe m\u00eb serioze tek persona t\u00eb stresuar. Meq\u00eb jan\u00eb t\u00eb izoluara nuk kan\u00eb nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr mjekim dhe p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimi b\u00ebhet n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb spontane me largimin ose dob\u00ebsimm e shkakut. Mungesa e gjumit n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb me pasoja p\u00ebr sh\u00ebndetin. Shum\u00eb studime tregojn\u00eb fillimin e \u00e7rregullimeve t\u00eb gjumit, si pasoj\u00eb e ngjarjeve stresuese dhe traumatike ose e grumbullimit t\u00eb disa ngjarjeve fare banale, t\u00eb cilat personi, pothuajse i ka harruar. I pagjumi \u00ebsht\u00eb: 1. i pak\u00ebnaqur me gjumin e tij t\u00eb nat\u00ebs; 2. i pak\u00ebnaqur me gjendjen e zgjmit gjat\u00eb dit\u00ebs; 3. \u00ebsht\u00eb i bindur se do t\u00eb ndihej dhe do t\u00eb punonte m\u00eb mir\u00eb, n\u00eb qoft\u00eb se do t\u00eb flinte m\u00eb mir\u00eb. P\u00ebr t\u00eb gjumi b\u00ebhet i keq, si gjat\u00eb net\u00ebve t\u00eb jav\u00ebs, ashtu edhe n\u00eb fund-jav\u00eb, bile edhe gjat\u00eb pushimeve. Ky deficit n\u00eb gjum\u00eb ka disa pasoja ditore, si: momente p\u00ebrgjumje, v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsi p\u00ebrq\u00ebndrimi n\u00eb pun\u00eb, hares\u00eb, nervoziz\u00ebm, lodhje, dob\u00ebsi e p\u00ebrgjithshme dhe ndonj\u00ebher\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb fikti. Kjo gjendje e pengon t\u00eb s\u00ebmurin q\u00eb t\u00eb jet\u00eb aktiv. Ai nuk adaptohet dot me jet\u00ebn e p\u00ebrditshme, fillon e humbet shprehit\u00eb e p\u00ebrditshme, b\u00ebhet me ankth dhe i d\u00ebrmuar fizikisht dhe psiqikisht.<\/p>\n<p>II. Insomnit\u00eb sekondare. N\u00eb to pagjum\u00ebsia nd\u00ebrthuret me ankesat e s\u00ebmundjes baz\u00eb. 10-15% e pagjum\u00ebsive kronike jan\u00eb nga p\u00ebrdorimi i alkolit ose i medikamenteve gjum\u00ebdh\u00ebn\u00ebse. Efekti sedativ q\u00eb ka alkoli nxit n\u00eb fillim p\u00ebrgjumjen, por m\u00eb pas nxit zgjime t\u00eb shumta dhe pak\u00ebson zgjatjen e gjumit.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebrdorimi i zgjatur i ila\u00e7eve p\u00ebr gjum\u00eb \u00e7on shpesh n\u00eb humbjen e efektit t\u00eb tyre, n\u00eb rritjen e doz\u00ebs dhe p\u00ebr pasoj\u00eb n\u00eb efekte an\u00ebsore. Ndalimi i menj\u00ebhersh\u00ebm i k\u00ebtyre barnave shoq\u00ebrohet me pagjum\u00ebsi shum\u00eb serioze, q\u00eb korigjohet me v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsi.<\/p>\n<p>Pagjum\u00ebsi mund t\u00eb shkaktojn\u00eb disa medikamente t\u00eb p\u00ebrdorimit t\u00eb p\u00ebrditsh\u00ebm, si: hormonet e tiroid\u00ebs, kortikoidet, antiparkinsoniket, beta-bllokuesit, disa antispastik urinar, disa antidepresor, disa nxit\u00ebs t\u00eb oreksit, preparatet q\u00eb kan\u00eb kafein\u00eb etj.<\/p>\n<p>Turbullimet psiqiatrike, si depresioni ose gjendja e ankthit, n\u00eb m\u00eb tep\u00ebr se gjysm\u00ebn e rasteve paraqiten me pagjum\u00ebsi kronike. Turbullimet e gjumit mund t\u00eb jen\u00eb simptoma paralajm\u00ebruese t\u00eb nj\u00eb depresioni. Gjendjet e stresit pas traumave t\u00eb ndryshme shkaktojn\u00eb, gjithashtu nj\u00eb pagjum\u00ebsi kronike.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00eb shumt\u00eb jan\u00eb pacient\u00ebt me pagjum\u00ebsi q\u00eb paraqiten tek mjeku, t\u00eb bindur se kan\u00eb nj\u00eb s\u00ebmundje t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00eb. Kan\u00eb eksitim emocional t\u00eb lidhur me personalitetin e tyre. 3. Kan\u00eb gjendje ankthi t\u00eb lidhur me v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsit\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb fjetur. Sa m\u00eb tep\u00ebr q\u00eb mundohen p\u00ebr t\u00eb fjetur aq m\u00eb tep\u00ebr b\u00ebhen me ankth e t\u00eb tensionuar dhe k\u00ebshtu nuk mund t\u00eb fjen\u00eb dot. 4. N\u00eb krevat kan\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsi t\u00eb kontrollojn\u00eb mendimet e tyre q\u00eb u vijn\u00eb me shumic\u00eb n\u00eb kok\u00eb e i len\u00eb pa gjum\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Kur pagjum\u00ebsia ka si shkak nj\u00eb s\u00ebmundje trupore (q\u00eb shkakton dhimbje ose prek disa funksione jet\u00ebsore, si frym\u00ebmarrjen) trajtohet fillimisht s\u00ebmundja baz\u00eb dhe pastaj p\u00ebrdoren dhe barnat per gjum\u00eb, duke zgjedhur ato q\u00eb nuk r\u00ebndojn\u00eb s\u00ebmundjen.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb pagjum\u00ebsit\u00eb me origjin\u00eb lodhjen nervore, psikoterapia merr nj\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Pagjum\u00ebsit\u00eb kalimtare, q\u00eb nuk jan\u00eb shum\u00eb t\u00eb vjetra k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb nj\u00eb higjen\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb t\u00eb gjumit dhe nj\u00eb ila\u00e7 p\u00ebr gjum\u00eb q\u00eb eleminohet shpejt nga organizmi. Kur ato jan\u00eb t\u00eb lidhura me turbullime psiqiatrike, n\u00eb ve\u00e7anti t\u00eb shoq\u00ebruara me depresion, p\u00ebrdoren antidepresoret triciklike.<\/p>\n<p>Duhet theksuar se t\u00eb gjitha barnat q\u00eb jepen p\u00ebr gjum\u00eb duhet t\u00eb p\u00ebrshkruhen nga mjeku specialist.<\/p>\n<p>Disa k\u00ebshilla p\u00ebr higjen\u00ebn e gjumit: 1.
