U g\u00ebzuam kur m\u00ebsuam n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet Radio-Televizionit e shtypit p\u00ebr gjetjen e Epitafit t\u00eb Gllavenic\u00ebs dhe t\u00eb ikonave t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb vjedhura m\u00eb par\u00eb nga Muzeu Komb\u00ebtar. Por, ai u pasua menj\u00ebher\u00eb nga nj\u00eb lajm i keq (si p\u00ebr t\u00eb v\u00ebrtetur th\u00ebnien popullore, q\u00eb pas g\u00ebzimit vjen hidh\u00ebrimi): Manastiri i “Sh\u00ebn Jo(a)n Vladimirit n\u00eb Elbasan po privatizohet me faza, n\u00ebn “kujdesin” e ve\u00e7ant\u00eb t\u00eb drejtoris\u00eb s\u00eb privatizimit t\u00eb Ministris\u00eb s\u00eb Mbrojtjes dhe Komand\u00ebs t\u00eb Rep. Usht. Nr. 1060. Kjo, megjith\u00ebse Manastiri p\u00ebrb\u00ebn objekt t\u00eb rrall\u00eb shpirt\u00ebror e historik, n\u00eb kish\u00ebn e t\u00eb cilit m\u00eb 1015 u varros Shenjti, q\u00eb e kishte nd\u00ebrtuar vet\u00eb. M\u00eb von\u00eb ai u rind\u00ebrtua si manastir nga princi shqiptar Karl Topia, nd\u00ebrsa n\u00eb vitin 1690 u krye rikonstruksioni n\u00eb fbrm\u00ebn q\u00eb ka sot – shih “Monumentet” 3\/1972 t\u00eb shkruar nga Inxh. A. Meksi.<\/p>\n

Faza e par\u00eb e “privatizimit” masiv u krye nga vet\u00eb reparti, q\u00eb konsistoi n\u00eb heqjen e dyer-dritareve, t\u00eb pllakave, prishjen e disa mureve dhe p\u00ebrfundoi me vjeljen origjinale t\u00eb pem\u00ebve frutore, duke i shkulur e thyer.<\/p>\n

Faza e dyt\u00eb po kryhet e kombinuar (drejtori privatizimi-repart), duke sistemuar n\u00eb nd\u00ebrtesat e manastirit familjar\u00eb ushtarak\u00eb t\u00eb pastreh\u00eb, t\u00eb cil\u00ebve iu zgjidhet k\u00ebshtu strehimi, duke privatizuar tok\u00ebn e nd\u00ebrtesat pron\u00eb t\u00eb Kish\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

Kurse, p\u00ebr ish pronarin (q\u00eb dihet nga t\u00eb gjith\u00eb q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb KOASH), ka mendime nga m\u00eb t\u00eb ndryshmet – q\u00eb t\u00eb kompensohet me tok\u00eb n\u00eb vend tjet\u00ebr, duke “iu referuar ligjit”, i cili n\u00eb k\u00ebto raste interpretohet sipas d\u00ebshir\u00ebs dhe q\u00ebllimeve t\u00eb zyrtar\u00ebve q\u00eb merren p\u00ebr zbatimin e tij.<\/p>\n
