N\u00eb Strasburg u zhvillua para disa koh\u00ebsh nj\u00eb bised\u00eb rreth at Aleksand\u00ebr Men, prift moskovit bashk\u00ebkohor n\u00eb nj\u00eb spiritualitet t\u00eb madh, d\u00ebshmitari i nj\u00eb orthodhoksie t\u00eb hapur dhe rrezatuese. Pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsit evokuan aspektet e ndryshme t\u00eb jet\u00ebs dhe t\u00eb pun\u00ebs t\u00eb k\u00ebtij prifti t\u00eb vrar\u00eb m\u00eb 1990 n\u00eb rrethana t\u00eb pandri\u00e7uara.<\/p>\n

I lindur m\u00eb 1935, n\u00eb nj\u00eb familje \u00e7ifute t\u00eb inteligjencies moskovite, Aleksand\u00ebr Men, i edukuar nga e \u00ebma, u kthye n\u00eb orthodhoksi, tek dashuria e Krishtit dhe e Kish\u00ebs s\u00eb Tij. Biolog si studime, vendosi t\u00eb studionte teologjin\u00eb dhe u b\u00eb prift n\u00eb vitin 1958, n\u00eb periudha t\u00eb v\u00ebshtira p\u00ebr Kish\u00ebn. P\u00ebr rreth 30 vjet at Aleksand\u00ebr Men u m\u00ebnjanua n\u00eb rrethinat e Mosk\u00ebs dhe iu n\u00ebnshtrua nj\u00eb presioni t\u00eb vazhduesh\u00ebm nga KGB-ja p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb vepr\u00ebs e tij baritore dhe veprave t\u00eb tij t\u00eb edukimit t\u00eb krishter\u00eb, q\u00eb shp\u00ebrndaheshin fshehtas dhe m\u00eb pas t\u00eb publikuara edhe n\u00eb Per\u00ebndim.
