Ky njeri mikroskopik ishte plot\u00ebsisht i formuar me gisht\u00ebrinj t\u00eb gjat\u00eb n\u00eb form\u00eb koni. L\u00ebkura e tij pothuaj e tejdukshme dhe n\u00eb majat e gisht\u00ebrinjve dalloheshin qart\u00eb arteriet dhe venat e brishta.
