N\u00eb letr\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr drejtuar atij, ai shkruan: &#8220;Un\u00eb po t\u00eb kujtoj ty t\u00eb ngjall\u00ebsh p\u00ebrs\u00ebri dhurat\u00ebn e Per\u00ebndis\u00eb, e cila \u00ebsht\u00eb tek ti, me an\u00eb t\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebnit t\u00eb duarve t\u00eb mia mbi ty&#8221; (2 Tim 1;6). Duke i bashkuar k\u00ebto dy pjes\u00eb, ne shohim q\u00eb Timotheu ishte dor\u00ebzuar n\u00eb prift\u00ebri nga apostulli Pavli, ose \u00e7far\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb e nj\u00ebjta gj\u00eb, nga nj\u00eb pleq\u00ebsi klerik\u00ebsh, e kryesuar nga apostulli Pavli. Dhe k\u00ebshtu, n\u00ebn k\u00ebt\u00eb akt t\u00eb shenjt\u00eb ishte komunikuar tek Timotheu dhurata e Per\u00ebndis\u00eb dhe kjo dhurat\u00eb mbetej tek ai p\u00ebrgjithmon\u00eb, si nj\u00eb trash\u00ebgim. Kuptohet q\u00eb vazhduesit e apostujve, peshkop\u00ebt, duhet t\u00eb p\u00ebrmbushnin sakt\u00ebsisht \u00e7far\u00eb ishte dekretuar nga apostujt, d.m.th dor\u00ebzimin n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet v\u00ebnies s\u00eb duarve.<\/p>\n<p>Ndon\u00ebse n\u00eb kish\u00ebn e vjet\u00ebr dor\u00ebzimi n\u00eb prift\u00ebri ndodhte pas nj\u00eb zgjedhjeje t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithshme, me p\u00eblqimin e komunitetit kishtar apo t\u00eb kish\u00ebs lokale, ky dor\u00ebzim, n\u00eb vetvehte, ishte nj\u00eb akt i ndar\u00eb dhe i dalluar nga p\u00eblqimi apo zgjedhja dhe kryhej nga persona t\u00eb barabart\u00eb n\u00eb autoritet me apostujt, dhe t\u00eb cil\u00ebt ishin vazhduesit e tyre; peshkop\u00ebt. K\u00ebshtu ka mbetur deri n\u00eb dit\u00ebt tona. Kjo dh\u00ebnie ka vazhduar pa nd\u00ebrprerje, n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet vazhduesve t\u00eb apostujve, peshkop\u00ebve. Krishti dor\u00ebzoi apostujt e par\u00eb. Pastaj ata dor\u00ebzuan t\u00eb tjer\u00eb si peshkop\u00eb, si prift\u00ebrinj, si dhiakon\u00eb. K\u00ebshtu vazhdim\u00ebsia shkon direkt tek apostujt. Kjo vazhdim\u00ebsi quhet Vazhdim\u00ebsia apostolike. Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme, sepse mban nj\u00eb lidhje historike t\u00eb pand\u00ebrprer\u00eb dhe direkte me kish\u00ebn e themeluar nga Krishti dhe Apostujt. Kjo garanton vazhdim\u00ebsin\u00eb e pand\u00ebrprer\u00eb t\u00eb kish\u00ebs n\u00eb origjin\u00eb, si dhe n\u00eb doktrin\u00ebn me apostujt e par\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Protestant\u00ebt nuk e pranojn\u00eb prift\u00ebrin\u00eb si nj\u00eb &#8220;mister&#8221;. Pastor\u00ebt e tyre vet\u00ebm zgjidhen e caktohen nga populli, por nuk marrin asnj\u00eb lloj konsakrimi t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb dhe n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb kuptim ata nuk dallohen nga an\u00ebtar\u00ebt e zakonsh\u00ebm t\u00eb komuniteteve t\u00eb tyre.<\/p>\n<p>Cil\u00ebsit\u00eb p\u00ebr kandidat\u00ebt p\u00ebr prift\u00ebri: Nj\u00eb nga cil\u00ebsit\u00eb kryesore dhe t\u00eb domosdoshme p\u00ebr nj\u00eb kandidat p\u00ebr prift\u00ebri \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00eb ai duhet t\u00eb ket\u00eb nj\u00eb thirrje (vokacion) t\u00eb brendshme p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb detyr\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb. Ai duhet t\u00eb kuptoj\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsin\u00eb e detyr\u00ebs dhe p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsin\u00eb e madhe q\u00eb do t\u00eb ket\u00eb p\u00ebrpara Per\u00ebndis\u00eb dhe Kish\u00ebs. Prift\u00ebria \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb sh\u00ebrbes\u00eb dashurie dhe sakrifice. Ajo k\u00ebrkon nj\u00eb dashuri t\u00eb madhe p\u00ebr Per\u00ebndin\u00eb, kish\u00ebn dhe p\u00ebr gjith\u00eb popullin. T&#8217;i sh\u00ebrbesh Per\u00ebndis\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb detyra m\u00eb e lart\u00eb, por dhe me m\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi nga t\u00eb gjitha. Altari \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb zjarr dhe me k\u00ebt\u00eb zjarr nuk mund t\u00eb luhet. Kush do b\u00ebhet i denj\u00eb t\u00eb vesh\u00eb rrobat e prift\u00ebris\u00eb, do t\u00eb vesh\u00eb rrobat e &#8220;bardha&#8221;. Por rrobat e &#8220;bardha&#8221; duan kujdes, sepse edhe b\u00ebhen shpejt pis. Prandaj, para se dikush t\u00eb vendos\u00eb t\u00eb ndjek\u00eb rrug\u00ebn e prift\u00ebris\u00eb, duhet t\u00eb sigurohet ai vet\u00eb n\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb thirrur nga Per\u00ebndia. K\u00ebrkohet vet\u00ebm q\u00eb kandidat\u00ebt t\u00eb jen\u00eb provuar p\u00ebr nj\u00eb koh\u00eb t\u00eb gjat\u00eb se jan\u00eb orthodhoks\u00eb t\u00eb sinqert\u00eb), me nj\u00eb bes\u00eb t\u00eb paqortueshme dhe me nj\u00eb karakter t\u00eb lart\u00eb moral; 2) Duhet t\u00eb jen\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebsuar n\u00eb Shkrimin e Shenjt\u00eb dhe n\u00eb t\u00eb Drejt\u00ebn Kanonike; 3) Duhet t\u00eb jen\u00eb t\u00eb sh\u00ebndetsh\u00ebm trup\u00ebrisht dhe pa gjymtime fizike, t\u00eb cilat mund t\u00eb pengojn\u00eb kryerjen e sh\u00ebrbesave; 4) Kandidat\u00ebt p\u00ebr dhiakon\u00eb t\u00eb jen\u00eb mbi 25 vje\u00e7, p\u00ebr prift mbi 30 dhe p\u00ebr episkop mbi 35 vje\u00e7 ose sipas nevojave t\u00eb kish\u00ebs. 5) Duhet t\u00eb jen\u00eb t\u00eb martuar ose t\u00eb pamartuar p\u00ebr dhiakonat\u00ebn ose prift\u00ebrin\u00eb dhe t\u00eb pamartuar ose t\u00eb ve p\u00ebr episkopat\u00ebn, meq\u00ebn\u00ebse asnj\u00eb nuk mund t\u00eb martohet pas dor\u00ebzimit dhe peshkopi duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb celibat; 6) Duhet t\u00eb jen\u00eb t\u00eb martuar vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb her\u00eb dhe jo me nj\u00eb grua t\u00eb ve apo t\u00eb divorcuar.<\/p>\n<p>Sh\u00ebrbesa e dor\u00ebzimit: Misteri i dor\u00ebzimit kryhet nga nj\u00eb peshkop, meq\u00ebn\u00ebse vet\u00ebm ai e zot\u00ebron prift\u00ebrin\u00eb n\u00eb plot\u00ebsin\u00eb e saj dhe mund t&#8217;ua jap\u00eb at\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00ebve. Dor\u00ebzimi kryhet gjithmon\u00eb gjat\u00eb liturgjis\u00eb.
