Mosk\u00eb 16 n\u00ebntori; Presidenti Boris Jelcin premtoi t\u00eb ndihmoj\u00eb Kish\u00ebn Orthodhokse Ruse p\u00ebr t\u00eb rimarr\u00eb pronat e rr\u00ebmbyera ose t\u00eb shkat\u00ebrruara nga shteti sovjetik, n\u00eb nj\u00eb takim q\u00eb pati me udh\u00ebheq\u00ebsin e Kish\u00ebs Orthodhokse Ruse, Patrikun Aleksej II dhe hierark\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00eb, p\u00ebr t\u00eb diskutuar mb\u00ebshtetjen e qeveris\u00eb p\u00ebr kthimin e pasuris\u00eb s\u00eb Kish\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

Pas revolucionit bolshevik t\u00eb 1917, fushata komuniste kund\u00ebr fes\u00eb shkat\u00ebrroi totalisht shum\u00eb kisha, t\u00eb tjera i ktheu n\u00eb muzeume, klube, depo dhe ambiente ndihm\u00ebse sportive. Shum\u00eb godina t\u00eb konfiskuara konsiderohen ende pasuri shtet\u00ebrore dhe disa prej drejtuesve t\u00eb tanish\u00ebm t\u00eb tyre p\u00ebrpiqen t\u00eb fitojn\u00eb t\u00eb drejta mbi to, n\u00eb kuadrin e programit t\u00eb privatizimit n\u00eb Rusi. Sipas z\u00ebdh\u00ebn\u00ebsit t\u00eb tij, Vladimir Aleksandrov, Presidenti Jelcin propozoi nj\u00eb moratorium n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb privatizim.
