Qyteti i Shenjte i Jerusalemit. E enjte, 3 nentor 1994<\/p>\n

Ne Patriarket dhe kreret e Komuniteteve te krishtera ne Jerusalem, duke qene te informuar per tekstin e Kushtetutes se re te Republikes se Shqiperise, e cila do te votohet te Dielen me 6 nentor 1994, deshirojme te shprehim rezervimin tone te forte lidhur me Nenin 7, paragrafi 4, i cili deklaron qe: “Kryetaret e Komuniteteve te medha fetare (ne Shqiperi), duhet te jene qytetare shqiptare, te lindur ne Shqiperi, me qendrim te perhershem ne Shqiperi gjate 20-vjeteve te fundit.”<\/p>\n

Ne do te donim te theksonim se:<\/p>\n

1) Artikulli 7, Paragrafi 4, i Kushtetutes qe do te votohet, shkon kunder lirise fetare dhe padyshim pengon ne vecanti zhvillimin dhe funksionimin te komuniteteve te Krishtera ne Shqiperi.<\/p>\n

2) Klauzola e siperpermendur demton poziten e Kishes Orthodhokse Shqiptare, e cila eshte Kishe e Krishtere lokale dhe historike ne Shqiperi. Qellimi per debimin e Primatit te saj legjitim, Kryepiskopit Anastas, te Tiranes dhe gjithe Shqiperise, nenkupton nenshtrimin e Kishes Orthodhokse ndaj regjimit.<\/p>\n

3) Nje nga parimet baze te Lirise se komuniteteve fetare eshte te kene te drejten per te zgjedhur udheheqesit e tyre fetare.<\/p>\n

4) Liria e minoriteteve dhe komuniteteve nenkupton pavaresi te plote ne ceshtjet e saj te brendshme, liri prej cdo lloj nderhyrjeje dhe presioni te aplikuar nga anetaret e komuniteteve te tjera fetare.<\/p>\n

5) Ne besojme qe principet e demokracise dhe lirise, qe po nxiten sot ne Shqiperi ashtu si ne te gjithe boten, duhet te sigurojne lirine fetare, komponent baze i se ciles eshte e drejta dhe liria per te zgjedhur udheheqesit fetare te komuniteteve te krishtera ne Shqiperi.<\/p>\n

6) Duke u nisur nga rezervat e siperpermendura, ne protestojme fuqishem ndaj aktit antidemokratik te Kushtetutes qe evidentohet ne Nenin 7, paragrafi 4, i cili shkel mbi lirine fetare te komuniteteve te krishtera.<\/p>\n

7) Ne ia adresojme kete proteste Presidentit te Republikes se Shqiperise, Shkelqesise se tij zotit Sali Berisha dhe kerkojme nderhyrjen e tij direkte per ndreqjen e kesaj ceshtjeje, e cila diskriminon Komunitetet e Krishtera, shkel principet demokratike te lirise fetare dhe e vendos Kishen nen inspektimin dhe mbikqyrjen e Qeverise.<\/p>\n

8) Ne i drejtohemi Komunitetit Nderkombetar dhe i kerkojme te aplikoje te gjithe presionin, me qellim qe te ndryshoje Neni i siperpermendur, ne menyre qe principet e lirise dhe demokracise te jene te ruajtura ne Shtetin Shqiptar dhe ne menyre qe Komunitetet e Krishtera dhe udheheqesit e tyre legjitime te mund te ushtrojne pa u fshehur detyrat e tyre fetare dhe punen e tyre baritore.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
