Nga 11-12 Maj 1994, u zhvillua n\u00eb Paris, n\u00ebn kryesin\u00eb e kryepiskopit Serzh, asambleja e p\u00ebrgjithshme e episkop\u00ebve rus\u00eb t\u00eb Evrop\u00ebs Per\u00ebndimore, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt g\u00ebzojn\u00eb pas vitit 1971, nj\u00eb statut t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb n\u00eb kuadrin e Patrikan\u00ebs Ekumenike. Merrnin pjes\u00eb n\u00eb mbledhje 130 delegat\u00eb, prift\u00ebrinj dhe laik\u00eb, t\u00eb ardhur nga enorit\u00eb e emigrant\u00ebve rus\u00eb, dhe ato franceze, gjermane, beige, hollandeze, italine, dhe skandinave.
