Per te marre pjese ne ceremoniine e perurimit te kesaj kishe kishin ardhur qindra e qindra besimtare orthodhokse nga qyteti i Vlores dhe fshatrat perreth, si dhe nga qytete te tjera te vendit. Merrnin pjese ehe sekretari i Keshillit te Pergjithshem te Kishes Orthodhokse Autoqefale te Shqiperise Aleko Dhima, sekretari per fene orthodhokse prane Ministrise se Kultures, Rinise dhe Sporteve, Leke Tase, myftiu i qytetit te Vlores, autoritete te Bashkise se qytetit, perfaqesues nga diaspora nga SHBA dhe arbereshe te Italise etj. Merrte pjese gjithashtu edhe mitropoliti i Kallabakes Serafim nga Greqia dhe mjaft besimtare nga kjo mitropoli.<\/p>\n<p>Kisha e Shen Todrit ne Vlore, e cila sapo u perurua, pas rreth nje vit e gjysem restaurimesh e rikonstruksioni te plote, ka kapacitet per 1200 vete. Per ndertimin e saj ndihmoi mitropolia e Kallabakes me iniciativen e manastirit te madh te Meteores, sidomos at Athanas Anastasia dhe Sotir Xima. Projekti u zbatua nga inxhinier Mihallaq Hanxhari, i cili drejtoi edhe punimet e objektit. Te gjitha materialet ndertimore, si dhe pajisjet e brendshme te kishes, si ikonat, ikonostasi, polielet, ventilatoret etj. U sollen nga jashte nga mitropolia e Kallabakes. Shtojme ketu se pervec ndihmave te mesiperme per ndertimin edhe pajisjen e kishes, kjo mitropoli ka dhene edhe mjaft ndihma ne ushqime, veshmbathje, xhama, mjete shkollore, medikamente etj. per shkollat, spitalet dhe banoret e Vlores.<\/p>\n<p>Shpenzimet qe u bene per ndertimin e kesaj kishe, pa perfshire, sheshin e jashtem, rrethimin dhe kambanaren, qe nuk kane perfunduar ende, kapin shifren prej 100 mije dollare amerikane. Ne kete shume kane kontribuar edhe Kryepiskopi Anastas, i cili dhuroi 5 mije dollare dhe besimtari vlonjat Perikli Shteto, i cili dhuroi 150 mije leke te reja.<\/p>\n<p>Ne ceremonine e perurimit te kishes, ne emer te besimtareve orthodhokse shqiptare te kishes se Shen Trinise ne Boston, te cilin po e botojme te plote me poshte.<\/p>\n<p>Korresp. i &#8216;Ngjalljes&#8217;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Lajm mbi perurimin e kishes se Shen Todrit ne Vlore me 27 qershor 1993 nga Kryepiskopi Anastas.
