    Presidiumi i Konferenc\u00ebs Evropiane t\u00eb Kishave (KEK), i mbledhur nga 8-10 shkurt, n\u00eb manastirin e Sh\u00ebn Vlashit, Durr\u00ebs, i mikpritur nga Z\u00ebvend\u00ebspresidenti i KEK, Fortlumturia e Tij, Kryepiskopi i Tiran\u00ebs dhe i gjith\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb Anastasi, shpreh mir\u00ebnjohjen p\u00ebr mund\u00ebsin\u00eb q\u00eb iu dha p\u00ebr t\u00eb njohur arritjet e Kish\u00ebs n\u00eb k\u00ebta 18 vjet. Presidiumi fal\u00ebnderon me g\u00ebzim Per\u00ebndin\u00eb p\u00ebr ringjalljen e Kish\u00ebs Orthodhokse Autoqefale t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb q\u00eb me rr\u00ebzimin e komunizmit, n\u00eb vitin 1991.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

    Presidiumi konstaton se n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri po zhvillohet nj\u00eb shoq\u00ebri demokratike dhe se liria e besimit tashm\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb e mundur p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb njer\u00ebzit. Ai fal\u00ebnderon p\u00ebr mund\u00ebsin\u00eb q\u00eb iu dha p\u00ebr t\u00eb m\u00ebsuar p\u00ebr lirin\u00eb e adhurimit, zhvillimin e edukimit, sh\u00ebrbimet sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsore dhe ringritjen e kishave dhe manastireve.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

    Presidiumi shprehu k\u00ebnaq\u00ebsin\u00eb p\u00ebr Marr\u00ebveshjen zyrtare t\u00eb Qeveris\u00eb me komunitetet fetare dhe njohjen e rolit publik t\u00eb feve n\u00eb shoq\u00ebri, n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me Kushtetut\u00ebn e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb t\u00eb vitit 1998.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

    Megjithat\u00eb, Presidiumi shpreh shqet\u00ebsimin e tij q\u00eb edhe pas tet\u00ebmb\u00ebdhjet\u00eb vjet\u00ebsh demokraci ende nuk iu jan\u00eb kthyer kishave dhe komuniteteve t\u00eb tjera fetare shum\u00eb nga pronat e konfiskuara gjat\u00eb komunizmit. Kjo duhet t\u00eb nxis\u00eb Qeverin\u00eb Shqiptare t\u2019i kushtoj\u00eb nj\u00eb v\u00ebmendje serioze kthimit t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj pasurie tek pronar\u00ebt e ligjsh\u00ebm.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
