Kjo tregon se n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, shteti dhe ne jemi t\u00eb aft\u00eb, jo vet\u00ebm t\u00eb ndjekim shembujt e mir\u00eb evropian\u00eb t\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunimit midis Shtetit dhe Feve, por gjithashtu, mund t\u00eb jemi origjinal\u00eb dhe t\u00eb ofrojm\u00eb ide t\u00eb reja n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje kaq t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme p\u00ebr Ballkanin. P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb event, p\u00ebrg\u00ebzojm\u00eb sinqerisht Komitetin Shtet\u00ebror t\u00eb Kulteve, q\u00eb ka punuar me kompetenc\u00eb dhe n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim t\u00eb ngusht\u00eb me drejtuesit e komuniteteve fetare.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"style2\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"> <span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Iniciativa e re p\u00ebr mb\u00ebshtetjen financiare t\u00eb Komuniteteve Tradicionale Fetare ec\u00ebn n\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn linj\u00eb pozitive. Dhe me k\u00ebt\u00eb rast, un\u00eb do t\u00eb doja t\u00eb b\u00ebja v\u00ebrejtjet e m\u00ebposhtme.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"style2\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"> <span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <strong>1.<\/strong> Komunitetet fetare t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb kan\u00eb qen\u00eb ndihmuar deri tani nga asistenca bujare e miqve nga vende t\u00eb huaja. Nd\u00ebrsa sot, meqen\u00ebse Shqip\u00ebria ka nj\u00eb demokraci t\u00eb zhvilluar dhe ec\u00ebn drejt Institucioneve Evropiane, \u00ebsht\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje <strong><em>dinjiteti dhe sigurie<\/em><\/strong> t\u00eb ndihmoj\u00eb komunitetet fetare t\u00eb mb\u00ebshteten nga burime lokale. Me vlerat shpirt\u00ebrore q\u00eb ato p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsojn\u00eb dhe kultivojn\u00eb (ndershm\u00ebri, solidaritet, dashuri, p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi, falje, kreativitet dhe me nj\u00eb num\u00ebr t\u00eb madh veprimtarish sociale) komunitetet fetare kontribuojn\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb thelb\u00ebsore p\u00ebr stabilitetin dhe progresin e t\u00ebr\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb shqiptare dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb e natyrshme t\u00eb mb\u00ebshteten nga Shteti p\u00ebr vazhdim\u00ebsin\u00eb e k\u00ebtij kontributi shoq\u00ebror.&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"style2\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div class=\"style2\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <strong>2.<\/strong> Por kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb gjithashtu nj\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje <strong><em>drejt\u00ebsie<\/em><\/strong>. Ne nuk duhet t\u00eb harrojm\u00eb se shteti shqiptar gjat\u00eb periudh\u00ebs komuniste konfiskoi gjith\u00eb pasurit\u00eb e komuniteteve fetare dhe p\u00ebr kaq shum\u00eb vite i ka p\u00ebrdorur ato p\u00ebr p\u00ebrfitimin e tij. Por gjithashtu pas vendosjes s\u00eb demokracis\u00eb, ka vazhduar p\u00ebr 18 vjet t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn gj\u00eb, duke p\u00ebrfituar prej tyre. Duke par\u00eb tet\u00ebmb\u00ebdhjet\u00eb vitet e kaluara, komunitetet fetare tradicionale, mb\u00ebshtetur n\u00eb prestigjin e tyre moral dhe fal\u00eb shum\u00eb miqve nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar\u00eb, kan\u00eb kontribuar n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb qen\u00ebsishme p\u00ebr investime t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, duke sjell\u00eb nj\u00eb sasi t\u00eb madhe monedhe t\u00eb huaj n\u00eb vend. Duke u nisur nga eksperienca ime e Kish\u00ebs Orthodhokse Autoqefale t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, do t\u00eb p\u00ebrmend si shembull nd\u00ebrtimin e m\u00eb shum\u00eb se 400 objekteve (kisha, manastire, klinika, shkolla, qendra rinore, streha bamir\u00ebsie etj); ne u kemi ofruar pun\u00eb disa mij\u00ebra vetave dhe kemi kontribuar me dhjet\u00ebra milion\u00eb euro n\u00eb ekonomin\u00eb e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb. Gjithashtu kemi shpenzuar shuma t\u00eb m\u00ebdha edhe p\u00ebr restaurimin e monumenteve t\u00eb kultur\u00ebs. Kan\u00eb qen\u00eb gjithashtu shum\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme p\u00ebr ekonomin\u00eb e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb iniciativat sociale: ndihma e menj\u00ebhershme p\u00ebr mij\u00ebra njer\u00ebz n\u00eb nevoj\u00eb n\u00eb vitet e trazirave (1994, 1997, 1999, kur mij\u00ebra refugjat\u00eb nga Kosova erdh\u00ebn n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri); iniciativa krijuese dhe veprimtari t\u00eb ndryshme n\u00eb fushat e sh\u00ebndetit, edukimit, zhvillimit bujq\u00ebsor n\u00eb zona t\u00eb v\u00ebshtira dhe n\u00eb mbrojtjen e ambientit.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"style2\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"> <span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Sa i takon financave t\u00eb shtetit, ne kemi kontribuar me an\u00eb t\u00eb pagimit t\u00eb milionave p\u00ebr taksat (20% TVSH)&nbsp; plus taks\u00ebn e sigurimeve shoq\u00ebrore p\u00ebr qindra t\u00eb pun\u00ebsuar n\u00eb sektor\u00eb t\u00eb ndrysh\u00ebm t\u00eb Kish\u00ebs Orthodhokse Autoqefale t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"style2\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"> <span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Sa u than\u00eb m\u00eb lart, i p\u00ebrmenda, duke e ditur mir\u00eb se t\u00eb gjitha komunitetet fetare kan\u00eb ofruar, direkt ose indirekt, nj\u00eb kontribut t\u00eb ngjash\u00ebm dhe shum\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm n\u00eb periudh\u00ebn kritike t\u00eb historis\u00eb s\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebtyre 18 viteve t\u00eb fundit. P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb arsye, si\u00e7 deklarova m\u00eb sip\u00ebr, \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje <strong><em>drejt\u00ebsie<\/em><\/strong> q\u00eb tani Shteti t\u00eb ndihmoj\u00eb komunitetet fetare.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"style2\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"> <span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\">&nbsp; &nbsp; <strong>3.<\/strong> Kjo ndihmes\u00eb mundet dhe duhet b\u00ebr\u00eb jo vet\u00ebm me Marr\u00ebveshjen dhe miratimin e projektligjit p\u00ebr financimin e Komuniteteve Fetare Tradicionale nga Shteti, por edhe duke leht\u00ebsuar procesin e zgjidhjes s\u00eb shum\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtjeve legale t\u00eb ngelura pezull, q\u00eb ndodhen n\u00eb zyra t\u00eb komiteteve t\u00eb ndryshme shtet\u00ebrore, n\u00eb agjenci dhe n\u00eb zyr\u00ebn e Regjistrimit t\u00eb Pasurive t\u00eb Paluajtshme, t\u00eb cilat kan\u00eb shtyr\u00eb me pretekste t\u00eb ndryshme, rikthimin e pasurive fetare.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"style2\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"> <span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <strong>4.<\/strong> N\u00eb fund, do t\u00eb doja t\u00eb n\u00ebnvizoja domosdoshm\u00ebrin\u00eb e edukimit t\u00eb drejtuesve t\u00eb komuniteteve fetare n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri. Jo vet\u00ebm n\u00eb nivelin e dyt\u00eb, por edhe n\u00eb nivelin e edukimit universitar. K\u00ebt\u00eb, \u00e7do vend evropian e realizon prej shekujsh. \u00cbsht\u00eb e nevojshme p\u00ebr Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrgatis\u00eb drejtuesit e ardhsh\u00ebm fetar\u00eb me vlerat tradicionale shqiptare t\u00eb toleranc\u00ebs fetare dhe bashkekzistenc\u00ebs paq\u00ebsore. Mungesa e k\u00ebtyre institucioneve n\u00eb nivele universitare lokale, i detyron komunitetet fetare t\u00eb d\u00ebrgojn\u00eb kandidat\u00ebt e tyre n\u00eb vende t\u00eb tjera, nga ku ata shpesh vijn\u00eb me nj\u00eb mentalitet, plane dhe interesa t\u00eb ndryshme.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"style2\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div class=\"style2\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Sot gjej rastin p\u00ebr t\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb k\u00ebto v\u00ebrejtje dhe propozime, duke e ditur interesin e Komitetit Shtet\u00ebror p\u00ebr Kultet p\u00ebr dialog krijues dhe kooperim t\u00eb sinqert\u00eb me komunitetet tradicionale fetare. Ne e vler\u00ebsojm\u00eb me t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb interes.
