Its purpose is to provide actual opportunities for the elderly with different financial needs offering specialized care to them either for free or at reduced prices.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\t<span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica; color: #000000;\">The agiasmos service was conducted by Metropolitan Nathanail of Amantia, in the presence of Archbishop Anastasios and other members of the Holy Synod who participated in the Divine Liturgy. Also the family members of the residents were present as well as donors and other guests. Two of the ladies who are housed there expressed their thanks for the opening of such a center with modern facilities.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\t<span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica; color: #000000;\">The Virgin Mary Family of Love Center started to function on 19 March 2018 and has currently housed 6 ladies, while the capacity is for 18 people.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\t<span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica; color: #000000;\">The opening of centers for the elderly is an early wish and intention of Archbishop Anastasios.
