Kush \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb Nikoll\u00eb Marku? \u00cbsht\u00eb me t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb nj\u00eb prift orthodhoks apo jo? \u00cbsht\u00eb apo s\u2019 \u00ebsht\u00eb fare prift? A \u00ebsht\u00eb ai shembull prift\u00ebrie dhe a \u00ebsht\u00eb vet\u00eb ai korrekt me t\u00eb Drejt\u00ebn Kanonike t\u00eb Kish\u00ebs s\u00eb Krishtit apo k\u00ebmb\u00ebngulja e tij n\u00eb nj\u00eb nga statutet \u00ebsht\u00eb thjesht p\u00ebrpjekje p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbuluar falsitetin e tij si prift? K\u00ebtyre por dhe pyetjeve t\u00eb tjera do t\u2019u japim p\u00ebrgjigje n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb artikull.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; \u201cJu shkruajm\u00eb jo se nuk njihni t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebn, por sepse e njihni dhe sepse asnj\u00eb g\u00ebnjesht\u00ebr nuk ka si burim t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebn\u201d (1 Joanit 2:21). Nikoll\u00eb Marku n\u00eb vitin 1992 ndoqi p\u00ebr tre muaj Seminarin e Kish\u00ebs Ortodokse Autoqefale t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb n\u00eb Durr\u00ebs, ku q\u00ebllimi i k\u00ebsaj shkolle ishte p\u00ebrgatitja e kuadrove dhe nxjerrja e prift\u00ebrinjve, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt n\u00eb nj\u00ebfar\u00eb m\u00ebnyre, do t\u00eb mbulonin nevojat dhe mungesat q\u00eb la pas periudha komuniste. P\u00ebr sjelljen dhe tipin e tij ekcentrik flasin vet\u00eb ata q\u00eb jetuan bashk\u00eb me t\u00eb. N. Marku pat\u2019 vjedh\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb se dy her\u00eb shok\u00ebt e tij dhe materiale q\u00eb destinoheshin p\u00ebr t\u2019ju ndar\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb seminarist\u00ebve. M\u00ebsimeve t\u00eb k\u00ebtij kursi tre mujor u b\u00ebnte bisht me pretekstin se vuante r\u00ebnd\u00eb nga astma. Q\u00eb t\u00eb kuptojm\u00eb sa m\u00eb mir\u00eb se p\u00ebr k\u00eb b\u00ebhet fjal\u00eb, mjafton t\u2019i referohemi nj\u00eb ngjarjeje spektakolare. N\u00eb prag t\u00eb Pashk\u00ebs s\u00eb 1993-it, Nikoll\u00eb Marku, vjedh mesazhin e Kryepiskopit Anastas drejtuar besimtar\u00ebve orthodhoks\u00eb me rastin e Pashk\u00ebs dhe e boton n\u00eb gazet\u00ebn e Elbasanit me emrin e tij. Skena t\u00eb tilla vet\u00ebm n\u00eb Hollivud realizohen! Nga sa tham\u00eb m\u00eb sip\u00ebr, konkludojm\u00eb se: a) q\u00ebllimi i tij nuk ishte t\u2019i sh\u00ebrbente Kish\u00ebs Ortodokse dhe b) edhe n\u00ebse do t\u00eb donte, nuk plot\u00ebsonte as kushtet m\u00eb elementare t\u00eb nj\u00eb kandidati p\u00ebr prift. K\u00ebto dy konkluzione mir\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb t\u2019i mbajm\u00eb mend, sepse do t\u2019u referohemi s\u00ebrish n\u00eb vijim.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\">&nbsp; &nbsp; Q\u00eb t\u00eb kuptojm\u00eb n\u00ebse Marku interesohet realisht apo jo p\u00ebr ruajtjen e Autoqefalis\u00eb, mjafton t\u00eb p\u00ebrmendim nj\u00eb holl\u00ebsi t\u00eb vog\u00ebl, duke b\u00ebr\u00eb nj\u00eb retrospektiv\u00eb n\u00eb jet\u00ebn e tij legjendare. Pasi mbaroi kursin tre mujor iu dha mund\u00ebsia dhe bekimi i madh t\u00eb predikonte ungjillin e Krishtit n\u00eb Elbasan si katekist. Por Marku, sapo d\u00ebgjoi k\u00ebt\u00eb ofert\u00eb humbi ngjyr\u00ebn e fytyr\u00ebs dhe u largua pa nam e pa nishan. Nuk ishte kjo \u00e7ka kish \u00ebnd\u00ebrruar; ai duhet t\u00eb b\u00ebhej Kryepiskop, prandaj djersiti p\u00ebr tre muaj me radh\u00eb n\u00eb kursin e Durr\u00ebsit e jo p\u00ebr t\u00eb predikuar Krishtin. P\u00ebr rreth tre vjet vriste mendjen se si mund t\u2019i zinte vendin Anastasit dhe e gjeti m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn; do vet\u00ebshpallej kreu i kish\u00ebs ortodokse autoqefale komb\u00ebtare shqiptare. Me shtojc\u00ebn e fundit do t\u00eb arrinte t\u00eb prekte edhe shqiptar\u00ebt joorthodhoks\u00eb. Me k\u00ebt\u00eb p\u00ebrmbledhje t\u00eb shkurt\u00ebr, por tep\u00ebr t\u00eb sinqert\u00eb ju mund t\u00eb kuptoni se gjith\u00eb zhurma q\u00eb b\u00ebn Marku ka si q\u00ebllim ambiciet e tij prej karrieristi dhe jo preokupimin p\u00ebr Autoqefalin\u00eb.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Rikthimi i tij i bujsh\u00ebm lidhet ngusht\u00eb me ngjarjet e 1995-s n\u00eb Elbasan, vend n\u00eb t\u00eb cilin grabit Kish\u00ebn e Sh\u00ebn M\u00ebris\u00eb s\u00eb kalas\u00eb, duke justifikuar z\u00ebrat q\u00eb b\u00ebnin fjal\u00eb p\u00ebr nj\u00eb njeri pa fe e pa atdhe, t\u00eb aft\u00eb p\u00ebr \u00e7do gj\u00eb, njeriun e ekstremeve. Pra, duke p\u00ebrfituar nga mb\u00ebshtetje politike p\u00ebrvet\u00ebson me dhun\u00eb kish\u00ebn n\u00eb fjal\u00eb dhe godin\u00ebn dykat\u00ebshe t\u00eb restauruar prej KOASH-it, por duke qen\u00eb se ishte e pamundur q\u00eb si civil t\u00eb celebronte misteret e shenjta dhe si rrjedhoj\u00eb t\u00eb mbante nj\u00eb kish\u00eb pa qen\u00eb klerik, shfaqet si prift i shuguruar n\u00eb Kish\u00ebn skizmatike (q\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb kungim me asnj\u00eb Kish\u00eb n\u00eb bot\u00eb) t\u00eb Maqedonis\u00eb. N\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb asnj\u00ebher\u00eb nuk kan\u00eb bindur pretendimet lidhur me prift\u00ebrin\u00eb e tij. Interesant \u00ebsht\u00eb fakti se, sa her\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb thirrur t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb publik dokumentin e shugurimit t\u00eb tij n\u00eb prift, thjesht ka heshtur. Kjo na b\u00ebn t\u00eb besojm\u00eb se prift\u00ebria e N. Markut \u00ebsht\u00eb inekzistente dhe pjell\u00eb e fantazis\u00eb s\u00eb tij. Nga ana tjet\u00ebr, n\u00ebse ekziston qoft\u00eb dhe mund\u00ebsia m\u00eb e vog\u00ebl q\u00eb Marku t\u00eb jet\u00eb hirotonisur prift n\u00eb Kish\u00ebn skizmatike t\u00eb Maqedonis\u00eb, at\u00ebher\u00eb gj\u00ebrat nd\u00ebrlikohen m\u00eb shum\u00eb dhe b\u00ebhen m\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebshtira p\u00ebr t\u00eb. Sepse q\u00eb k\u00ebtej e tutje nuk kemi t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb thjesht me nj\u00eb shkel\u00ebs t\u00eb ligjeve juridike, por me nj\u00eb shkel\u00ebs t\u00eb kanoneve dhe t\u00eb s\u00eb Drejt\u00ebs kishtare.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Por m\u00eb mir\u00eb le t\u00eb lem\u00eb kanonet e Kish\u00ebs t\u00eb flasin p\u00ebr N. Markun, sepse \u201ck\u00ebshtu dallohen bijt\u00eb e Per\u00ebndis\u00eb nga bijt\u00eb e djallit: kush nuk vepron mir\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb bir i Per\u00ebndis\u00eb\u201d (1 Joanit 3:10) dhe treguesi m\u00eb i p\u00ebrshtatsh\u00ebm \u00ebsht\u00eb Kisha me kanonet q\u00eb dekretoi p\u00ebr 2000 vjet me radh\u00eb dhe me Shkrimin e Shenjt\u00eb q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb produkt i gjirit t\u00eb Saj.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\"><strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 1.<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>\u201cN\u00eb qoft\u00eb se nj\u00eb episkop, prift apo dhiakon vjedh ose grabit, at\u00ebher\u00eb t\u00eb katherizohet (d.m.th. t\u00eb zhvishet)\u201d<\/strong>. (Kanoni XXV i Apostujve). Marku jo vet\u00ebm q\u00eb grabiti godin\u00ebn dykat\u00ebshe dhe pron\u00ebn e Kish\u00ebs Orthodhokse Autoqefale t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, por dhe kish\u00ebn e Sh\u00ebn M\u00ebris\u00eb s\u00eb kalas\u00eb n\u00eb Elbasan.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <strong>2.<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>\u201cN\u00eb asnj\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb mos pranohet episkop, prift apo dhjakon q\u00eb nuk i p\u00ebrket Kish\u00ebs apo enoris\u00eb suaj pa let\u00ebr rekomandimi nga mitropoliti i zon\u00ebs, p\u00ebr t\u00eb vepruar n\u00eb zon\u00ebn e caktuar\u201d<\/strong>. (Kanoni XXXIII i Apostujve dhe kanoni XIII i Sinodit t\u00eb IV Ekumenik). K\u00ebtu b\u00ebhet fjal\u00eb p\u00ebr veprim paraenorik, ku nj\u00eb klerik i nj\u00eb enorie (dioqeze) tjet\u00ebr vepron pa lejen e mitropolitit q\u00eb i p\u00ebrket zona. Konkretisht, Marku, vepron n\u00eb qytetin e Elbasanit pa lejen e Kryepiskopit, i cili ka n\u00ebn juridiksionin e tij Elbasanin. Sigurisht q\u00eb kjo leje edhe n\u00ebn kushte t\u00eb tjera do t\u00eb ishte e pamundur t\u2019i jepej Markut, sepse mbi t\u00eb gjitha nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb prift kanonik, por skizmatik; gjithmon\u00eb n\u00ebse \u00ebsht\u00eb i till\u00eb! M\u00eb sip\u00ebr p\u00ebrdor\u00ebm foljen \u201cvepron\u201d. M\u00eb korrekt do t\u00eb ishte p\u00ebrdorimi i termit \u201cparasinagog\u00eb\u201d, sipas terminologjis\u00eb kanonike kishtare; d.m.th. N. Marku kryen parasinagog\u00eb, mbledhje t\u00eb palejueshme m\u00eb q\u00ebllime t\u00eb err\u00ebta, mbledhje t\u00eb cilat karakterizojn\u00eb klerik\u00ebt heretik\u00eb dhe kund\u00ebrvajt\u00ebsit e ligjeve kishtare.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; <strong>3.<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>\u201cAi klerik q\u00eb shan dhe fyen nj\u00eb episkop, prift apo dhjak, t\u00eb aforizohet\u201d<\/strong>. (Kanoni i LVI i Apostujve). Kanoni n\u00eb fjal\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb i rrept\u00eb p\u00ebr klerikun q\u00eb fyen nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr klerik, sidomos kur b\u00ebhet fjal\u00eb p\u00ebr kreun e nj\u00eb Kishe Autoqefale, si\u00e7 \u00ebsht\u00eb Kryepiskopi Anastas. Pasoj\u00eb e nj\u00eb veprimi t\u00eb till\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb thjesht zhveshja, por aforizimi, d.m.th. \u00e7kish\u00ebrimi. Dhe ja \u00e7far\u00eb ndodh kur \u00e7kish\u00ebrohet dikush, sipas apostull Pavlit: \u201cPra, pasi t\u00eb mblidhet Kisha, n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebs do t\u00eb jem edhe un\u00eb shpirt\u00ebrisht, me fuqin\u00eb e Zotit ton\u00eb Jisu Krisht ky njeri t\u2019i dor\u00ebzohet satanait\u201d (1 Korinthian\u00ebve 5:4-5). Dhe vet\u00ebm d\u00ebgjimi i nj\u00eb vendimi t\u00eb till\u00eb ndjell rr\u00ebqethje. Sigurisht q\u00eb q\u00ebllimi i nj\u00eb vendimi kaq t\u00eb rrept\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb pendimi dhe shp\u00ebtimi i k\u00ebtyre njer\u00ebzve, si\u00e7 sqaron dhe Pavli: \u201c\u2026n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb shp\u00ebtoj\u00eb fryma e tij n\u00eb dit\u00ebn e Zotit Jisu\u201d. (1 Korinthian\u00ebve 5:5).<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <strong>4.<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>\u201cEpiskop\u00ebt ose \u00e7do klerik tjet\u00ebr, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt jan\u00eb shuguruar duke paguar dhe jo p\u00ebr denj\u00ebsin\u00eb dhe jet\u00ebn e virtytshme, urdh\u00ebrojm\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb katherizohen (t\u00eb zhvishen)\u201d<\/strong>. (Kanoni XXII i Sinodit t\u00eb VI Ekumenik). Nuk e dim\u00eb n\u00ebse N. Marku \u00ebsht\u00eb shuguruar prift duke paguar apo jo (n\u00ebse \u00ebsht\u00eb shuguruar), edhe pse \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00eb q\u00eb dikush t\u00eb shkoj\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb vend t\u00eb huaj dhe t\u00eb dor\u00ebzohet prift pa u v\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb prov\u00eb, sipas urdhrit t\u00eb apostull Pavlit drejtuar episkopit t\u00eb Efesit, Timotheut: \u201cMos i v\u00ebr duart askujt (dor\u00ebzo n\u00eb klerik ask\u00ebnd) me ngut\u201d (1 Timotheut 5:22). Megjithat\u00eb, ajo q\u00eb d\u00ebnon ky kanon nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb thjesht shugurimi i klerik\u00ebve si shp\u00ebrblim i dh\u00ebnies s\u00eb parave, por dor\u00ebzimi i dikujt n\u00eb prift, duke mos qen\u00eb i denj\u00eb p\u00ebr misterin e Prift\u00ebris\u00eb dhe duke mos patur nj\u00eb jet\u00eb t\u00eb virtytshme. Marku, \u00ebsht\u00eb shembulli klasik i t\u00eb mosqenit i denj\u00eb p\u00ebr misterin e Prift\u00ebris\u00eb, jo vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr t\u00eb kaluar\u00ebn e tij t\u00eb njollosur, por dhe p\u00ebr ecurin\u00eb e tij \u201cpasprift\u00ebrore\u201d: pa qen\u00eb ende \u201cprift\u201d, vjedh shok\u00ebt e tij, si\u00e7 e theksuam m\u00eb sip\u00ebr. Pas pak koh\u00ebsh, duke qen\u00eb \u201cprift\u201d tashm\u00eb, grabit pron\u00ebn e KOASH-it dhe kish\u00ebn e kalas\u00eb n\u00eb Elbasan. Urt\u00ebsia e popullit materializohet shum\u00eb bukur n\u00eb rastin e Markut: \u201cUjku qimen e nd\u00ebrron, por zakonin s\u2019e harron\u201d.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Kanoni i m\u00ebsip\u00ebrm, p\u00ebrve\u00e7 atyre q\u00eb tham\u00eb m\u00eb sip\u00ebr, n\u00eb thelb d\u00ebnon di\u00e7ka shum\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb thell\u00eb: p\u00ebrdorjen e Prift\u00ebris\u00eb si mjet p\u00ebr t\u00eb arritur q\u00ebllime t\u00eb ndryshme dhe ambicie personale. N\u00ebse kontradikta e jet\u00ebs dhe vepr\u00ebs s\u00eb Markut kundrejt ligjeve kishtare, Shkrimit t\u00eb Shenjt\u00eb dhe misterit t\u00eb Prift\u00ebris\u00eb, lidhet me mosvler\u00ebsimin p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb mosnjohjes s\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb tyre apo me injorimin e q\u00ebllimsh\u00ebm t\u00eb tyre, k\u00ebt\u00eb nuk jemi n\u00eb gjendje ta dim\u00eb. Megjithat\u00eb ajo q\u00eb jemi n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb v\u00ebrtetojm\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb se Marku nuk ka formim teologjik, kishtar.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; P\u00ebr t\u00eb kuptuar r\u00ebnd\u00ebsin\u00eb e kanoneve (ligjeve) kishtare dhe rolin q\u00eb duhet t\u00eb luajn\u00eb ato n\u00eb jet\u00ebn e nj\u00eb prifti, mjafton t\u00eb citojm\u00eb th\u00ebnien e Sh\u00ebn Nikodhimit nga Mali i Shenjt\u00eb: \u201cKy lib\u00ebr (libri i kanoneve) \u00ebsht\u00eb Shkrim i Shenjt\u00eb pas Shkrimit t\u00eb Shenjt\u00eb, Dhiat\u00eb pas Dhiat\u00ebs s\u00eb Vjet\u00ebr dhe t\u00eb Re\u201d. Jo m\u00eb kot iu referuam r\u00ebnd\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe rolit q\u00eb luajn\u00eb kanonet n\u00eb jet\u00ebn kishtare; nga r\u00ebnd\u00ebsia dhe serioziteti i kanoneve, kuptojm\u00eb madh\u00ebsin\u00eb dhe pasojat q\u00eb sjell shkelja e tyre. Nga shkrimet e Et\u00ebrve por dhe nga th\u00ebniet e Pavlit, p\u00ebrfundojm\u00eb n\u00eb faktin se qysh n\u00eb fillim Kisha \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrballur me njer\u00ebz si Marku, p\u00ebrderisa i \u00ebsht\u00eb dashur t\u00eb jap\u00eb udh\u00ebzime dhe urdh\u00ebrime t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj natyre, por ka q\u00ebndruar e patundur sepse \u201cKreu i Saj \u00ebsht\u00eb vet\u00eb Krishti\u201d (Efesian\u00ebve 5:23) \u201cdhe dyert e ferrit nuk e mposhtin dot At\u00eb\u201d (Mattheu 16:18).<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ajo q\u00eb shkakton keqardhje, nuk jan\u00eb vet\u00ebm fjal\u00ebt e Markut, por m\u00eb shum\u00eb personi nga goja e t\u00eb cilit dalin k\u00ebto fjal\u00eb, \u201csepse nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e mundur q\u00eb nga i nj\u00ebjti burim t\u00eb buroj\u00eb uj\u00eb i \u00ebmb\u00ebl dhe uj\u00eb i kripur\u201d (Jakovi 3:12). Nuk ka mund\u00ebsi q\u00eb nga nj\u00ebra an\u00eb t\u00eb kemi t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb me nj\u00eb njeri dhe prift t\u00eb virtytsh\u00ebm, si\u00e7 pretendohet prej disave n\u00eb Mediat shqiptare, nga goja e t\u00eb cilit dalin lutje drejtuar Per\u00ebndis\u00eb \u201cp\u00ebr paqen e gjith\u00eb bot\u00ebs\u201d dhe \u201cp\u00ebr shp\u00ebtimin e gjith\u00eb njer\u00ebzve\u201d dhe nga ana tjet\u00ebr, nga goja e po t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtit person t\u00eb dalin shpifje, fjal\u00eb p\u00ebr\u00e7arjeje, mllef dhe urrejtje kund\u00ebr nj\u00eb Kryepiskopi, i cili fundja \u00ebsht\u00eb pasardh\u00ebsi i apostujve dhe en\u00eb e zgjedhur e Shpirtit t\u00eb Shenjt\u00eb. Prift\u00ebrinjt\u00eb nuk predikojn\u00eb fjal\u00ebt dhe kredot e tyre, por fjal\u00ebn e Krishtit; jan\u00eb \u201cgoja e Krishtit\u201d (Mattheu 10:20), flasin p\u00ebr ato gj\u00ebra q\u00eb u m\u00ebson Shpirti i Shenjt\u00eb (1 Korinthian\u00ebve 2:13) dhe \u00e7do gj\u00eb q\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb, e b\u00ebjn\u00eb n\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb Zotit Jisu. (Kolosian\u00ebve 3:17). Prifti duhet t\u00eb ket\u00eb \u201cmendjen e Krishtit\u201d, sipas apostull Pavlit (1 Korinthian\u00ebve 2:16) \u201cq\u00eb t\u00eb kullos\u00eb tuf\u00ebn e Per\u00ebndis\u00eb jo p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrfituar n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb pandershme\u2026por duke u b\u00ebr\u00eb shembull p\u00ebr tuf\u00ebn\u201d. (1 Petro 5:2-4). \u201cPrift\u00ebrinjt\u00eb duhet t\u00eb jen\u00eb et\u00ebrit e popullit t\u00eb Per\u00ebndis\u00eb, t\u00eb luten p\u00ebr gjith\u00eb bot\u00ebn, p\u00ebr mbizot\u00ebrimin e paqes nd\u00ebr njer\u00ebzit si dhe t\u00eb udh\u00ebheqin njer\u00ebzit drejt shp\u00ebtimit t\u00eb shpirtrave\u201d \u2013 shkruan Sh\u00ebn Joan Gojarti n\u00eb vepr\u00ebn e tij \u201cMbi Prift\u00ebrin\u00eb\u201d. \u00cbsht\u00eb evidente se Marku asnj\u00eb prej k\u00ebtyre thirrjeve nuk i p\u00ebrgjigjet.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Thirrja e apostull Joanit \u00ebsht\u00eb mjaft koherente: \u201cMos merrni si shembull t\u00eb keqen, por t\u00eb mir\u00ebn\u201d (3 Joani 11) sepse \u201ck\u00ebta jan\u00eb njer\u00ebzit q\u00eb shkaktojn\u00eb ndarjet dhe p\u00ebr\u00e7arjet; sepse jan\u00eb t\u00eb pushtuar nga d\u00ebshirat dhe ambiciet personale dhe jo nga Fryma e Per\u00ebndis\u00eb\u201d (Juda 19).<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\"><strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 5.<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>\u201cAs nji klerik nuk munt t\u00eb t\u00eb funksionoj\u00eb fen\u00eb orthodhokse n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri pa qen\u00eb i emruar dhe i lidhur me Kish\u00ebn Orthodhokse Autoqefale t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb\u201d<\/strong>&nbsp;(Statuti i 1929-s, artikulli 57 dhe Statuti i 1950-s, neni 7). R\u00ebnd\u00ebsia e artikullit 57 t\u00eb statutit t\u00eb 1929-s \u00ebsht\u00eb evidente, pasi rikonfirmohet dhe nga statuti i 1950-s, gj\u00eb q\u00eb e b\u00ebn nd\u00ebrgjegje kishtare. Kjo nd\u00ebrgjegje nuk karakterizon N. Markun, t\u00eb cilit nuk i b\u00ebhet von\u00eb p\u00ebr kanonet dhe ligjet e Kish\u00ebs, madje as p\u00ebr statutet e KOASH-it, t\u00eb cil\u00ebve u referohet dhe gjoja respekton. A thua Marku t\u00eb ket\u00eb lexuar vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb nd\u00ebr nenet e k\u00ebtyre statuteve!!! Duket qart\u00eb se q\u00ebllimi i tij nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb mbrojtja e Autoqefalis\u00eb, por hedhja balt\u00eb mbi t\u00eb, t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn k\u00ebt\u00eb gj\u00eb rr\u00ebfejn\u00eb veprat e tij. Sepse nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e mundur q\u00eb dikush t\u00eb pohoj\u00eb se interesohet p\u00ebr mbar\u00ebvajtjen e nj\u00eb shteti nga nj\u00ebra an\u00eb dhe nga ana tjet\u00ebr t\u00eb jet\u00eb ai i pari q\u00eb shkel rregullat dhe ligjet e k\u00ebtij shteti. Konkretisht Nikolla Marku nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb em\u00ebruar dhe i lidhur me KOASH-in, gj\u00eb q\u00eb e b\u00ebn aktivitetin e tij t\u00eb jasht\u00ebligjsh\u00ebm.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <strong>6.<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>\u201cAs nji llaik ose Murg nuk munt t\u00eb dor\u00ebzohet Prift ose Dhiak pa patur p\u00eblqimin e Sinodhit dhe pa patur dipllom\u00ebn e Seminarit Orthodhoks\u201d&nbsp;<\/strong>(Stat. i 1929-s, art. 59 dhe Stat. i 1950-s, neni 20). S\u00ebrish artikulli 59 i statutit t\u00eb 1929-s rikonfirmohet nga ai i 1950-s. Nikolla Marku \u00ebsht\u00eb i nd\u00ebrgjegjsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr pozit\u00ebn e tij t\u00eb jasht\u00ebligjshme dhe si rrjedhoj\u00eb nuk mund t\u00eb k\u00ebrkoj\u00eb p\u00eblqimin e Sinodit p\u00ebr aktivitetin e tij antiligjor. N\u00eb jet\u00eb p\u00ebr \u00e7do gj\u00eb nevojitet burr\u00ebri, madje edhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb pranuar dikush fajin e tij dhe dor\u00ebzimin n\u00eb autoritetet ligjore p\u00ebr shkeljen e b\u00ebr\u00eb. Me sa duket N. Marku vuan nga mungesa e burr\u00ebris\u00eb, pasi faji n\u00eb rastin e tij mbetet jetim.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\"><strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 7.<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>\u201cUrdh\u00ebrojm\u00eb se, ndalohet q\u00eb nj\u00eb episkop t\u00eb marr\u00eb dik\u00eb nga nj\u00eb krahin\u00eb tjet\u00ebr dhe ta shuguroj\u00eb prift pa dijenin\u00eb e episkopit t\u00eb tij. N\u00eb rast se ndodh di\u00e7ka e till\u00eb, at\u00ebher\u00eb ky shugurim \u00ebsht\u00eb i pavlefsh\u00ebm\u201d<\/strong>&nbsp;(Kanoni i XV i Sinodit t\u00eb Sardik\u00ebs, v. 347 pas Krishtit.). Jo m\u00eb kot kanonin e Sardik\u00ebs e lam\u00eb t\u00eb fundit. N\u00eb rastin ton\u00eb, \u00ebsht\u00eb kurora e gjith\u00eb kanoneve. Ky kanon (ligj) hedh posht\u00eb \u00e7do pretendim t\u00eb N. Markut p\u00ebr Prift\u00ebri t\u00eb mundshme. Kanoni n\u00eb fjal\u00eb i jep fund debateve t\u00eb shumt\u00eb dhe metodave retorike. Tashm\u00eb \u00e7do gj\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb sqaruar, s\u2019ka m\u00eb hap\u00ebsir\u00eb p\u00ebr dyshime, sepse u prononcua vet\u00eb Kisha e Krishtit. S\u2019ka m\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi n\u00ebse Nikolla Marku \u00ebsht\u00eb shuguruar apo jo n\u00eb kish\u00ebn skizmatike t\u00eb Maqedonis\u00eb. Ajo q\u00eb ka r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi \u00ebsht\u00eb fakti se personi n\u00eb fjal\u00eb nuk ka qen\u00eb kurr\u00eb prift, sepse di\u00e7ka e till\u00eb nuk lejohet nga ligjet e Kish\u00ebs, e cila \u00ebsht\u00eb mbart\u00ebse e Hirit Hyjnor dhe Trash\u00ebgimis\u00eb apostolike, autoriteti i vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr pranimin ose jo t\u00eb dikujt n\u00eb radh\u00ebt e Prift\u00ebris\u00eb.&nbsp;<strong>Konkretisht, Nikolla Marku, banor i qytetit t\u00eb Elbasanit, n\u00eb qoft\u00eb se, sipas pretendimeve t\u00eb tij, \u00ebsht\u00eb shuguruar prift n\u00eb Maqedoni, kjo gj\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb pa dijenin\u00eb dhe pa autorizimin p\u00ebrkat\u00ebs t\u00eb Kryepiskopit t\u00eb Tiran\u00ebs, Durr\u00ebsit, Elbasanit dhe gjith\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb Anastasit, gj\u00eb q\u00eb e b\u00ebn t\u00eb pavlefsh\u00ebm shugurimin e tij n\u00eb prift.<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Deri tani fol\u00ebm rreth personit t\u00eb Markut dhe pam\u00eb se sjellja dhe q\u00ebndrimi i tij nuk i vijn\u00eb p\u00ebr shtat nj\u00eb prifti, i cili djersit p\u00ebr \u201cp\u00ebrmbushjen e planit t\u00eb Per\u00ebndis\u00eb\u201d (1 Timotheut 1:4) \u201cq\u00ebllimi i t\u00eb cilit plan \u00ebsht\u00eb dashuria q\u00eb rrjedh nga zemra e past\u00ebr, nd\u00ebrgjegjja e mir\u00eb dhe besa e pashtirur\u201d (1:5). Por q\u00ebllimi i tij nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrmbushja e planit t\u00eb Per\u00ebndis\u00eb; ai \u201ck\u00ebrkon t\u00eb b\u00ebhet m\u00ebsues i ligjit, n\u00eb nj\u00eb koh\u00eb q\u00eb nuk kupton as \u00e7far\u00eb thot\u00eb dhe as \u00e7far\u00eb mb\u00ebshtet\u201d (1 Timotheut 1:7). Nikolla Marku ka shkelur kryek\u00ebput ligjet, urdh\u00ebrimet dhe porosit\u00eb e Kish\u00ebs, Kreu i t\u00eb cil\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb Krishti (Efesian\u00ebve 5:23). Nuk ka asgj\u00eb q\u00eb justifikon besimin e tij te Krishti, nuk e do Krishtin dhe k\u00ebt\u00eb gj\u00eb nuk e themi ne, por vet\u00eb Jisu Krishti: \u201cN\u00ebse m\u00eb doni, zbatoni porosit\u00eb e mia\u201d (Joani 14:15). \u00cbsht\u00eb m\u00ebse e qart\u00eb se Marku nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb ortodoks, por antiortodoks, e megjithat\u00eb ky njeri shtiret si mbrojt\u00ebs i Orthodhoksis\u00eb n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri!<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; V\u00ebrtetuam se meriton nd\u00ebshkim sipas ligjeve kishtare dhe se nuk ec\u00ebn sipas Tradit\u00ebs dhe frym\u00ebs s\u00eb krishter\u00eb, nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb imitues i Krishtit, apostujve dhe Et\u00ebrve t\u00eb Kish\u00ebs, por mbi t\u00eb gjitha pam\u00eb se&nbsp;<strong>Nikolla Marku nuk ka qen\u00eb kurr\u00ebn e kurr\u00ebs prift<\/strong>, por vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb mashtrues i opinionit publik shqiptar, prej t\u00eb cilit tashm\u00eb duhet t\u00eb k\u00ebrkoj\u00eb publikisht t\u00eb falur p\u00ebr kaq vjet mashtrime. Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb gj\u00ebja m\u00eb e pak\u00ebt q\u00eb mund t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb nj\u00eb g\u00ebnjeshtar p\u00ebr t\u00eb leht\u00ebsuar pozit\u00ebn e tij. Ju z. Marku vini n\u00eb dyshim inteligjenc\u00ebn e popullit shqiptar, por ju sigurojm\u00eb se vet\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt nuk mall\u00ebngjehen m\u00eb nga individ\u00eb q\u00eb, p\u00ebr interesa t\u00eb caktuara, veshin petkun e patriotit dhe akuzojn\u00eb pa teklif shovinizmin grek, imperializmin amerikan dhe revizionizmin sovjetik. K\u00ebto metoda demagogjike shqiptar\u00ebt ia lan\u00eb t\u00eb kaluar\u00ebs dhe jan\u00eb zhveshur nga paragjykime q\u00eb me sa duket p\u00ebr ju z. Marku jan\u00eb mbres\u00ebl\u00ebn\u00ebse. Populli shqiptar ka sy p\u00ebr t\u00eb par\u00eb e vesh\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb d\u00ebgjuar; s\u2019ka nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr udh\u00ebheq\u00ebs t\u00eb pashkoll\u00eb dhe propagandist\u00eb t\u00eb pandreqsh\u00ebm. Orthodhoks\u00ebt e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb e kan\u00eb nj\u00eb udh\u00ebheq\u00ebs karizmatik t\u00eb njohur bot\u00ebrisht p\u00ebr aft\u00ebsit\u00eb e tij t\u00eb gjithanshme dhe e din\u00eb shum\u00eb mir\u00eb se Fortlumturia e Tij Anastasi \u00ebsht\u00eb bekimi m\u00eb i madh q\u00eb mund t\u00eb ket\u00eb n\u00eb krye Kisha e tyre.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Mosdenoncimi i shpifjeve t\u00eb N. Markut nga ana e Kryepiskopit dhe t\u00eb cilitdo Marku tjet\u00ebr, nuk presupozon faj dhe pranim (asimilim) t\u00eb akuzave. Heshtja e Fortlumturis\u00eb s\u00eb Tij lidhet me ep\u00ebrsin\u00eb e karakterit t\u00eb tij, gj\u00eb q\u00eb nuk karakterizon personin e Markut. Ai i q\u00ebndron besnik q\u00ebndrimit t\u00eb apostull Pavlit: \u201cTalljeve u p\u00ebrgjigjemi duke bekuar, p\u00ebrndjekjeve me durim, shpifjeve me fjal\u00eb miq\u00ebsore\u201d (1 Korinthian\u00ebve 4:12-13).<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Gj\u00ebja q\u00eb thekson m\u00eb tep\u00ebr N. Marku sa her\u00eb q\u00eb prononcohet kund\u00ebr Kryepiskopit, \u00ebsht\u00eb fakti q\u00eb Anastasi \u00ebsht\u00eb grek dhe sipas statutit q\u00eb i referohet Marku di\u00e7ka e till\u00eb nuk parashikohet. Me k\u00ebt\u00eb logjik\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb fajtor apostull Pavlin q\u00eb caktoi episkop t\u00eb Efesit Timotheun (I Tim. 3:1-7), i cili nga babai ishte grek (Veprat 16:1) dhe vet\u00eb ai me origjin\u00eb nga Listra e Likaonis\u00eb (kap. 16) dhe Titon, t\u00eb cilin duke mos qen\u00eb kretas, e caktoi episkop te Kret\u00ebs (Titos 1:5-7). Me sa duket Marku \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb orthodhoks se vet\u00eb apostulli i kombeve, Pavli! Deri n\u00eb at\u00eb pik\u00eb arrin marr\u00ebzia e tij saq\u00eb vihet kund\u00ebr veprimeve t\u00eb Sh\u00ebn Pavlit, i cili \u201cu b\u00eb apostull jo nga njer\u00ebzit dhe as me nd\u00ebrhyrjen e ndonj\u00ebrit, por n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet Jisu Krishtit dhe Per\u00ebndis\u00eb At\u00eb\u201d (Galatian\u00ebve 1:1 dhe 1 Timotheut 1:1). N\u00ebse besimtar\u00ebt orthodhoks\u00eb t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb do t\u00eb ishin t\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtit mendim me Markun, at\u00ebher\u00eb orthodhoks\u00ebt e Kor\u00e7\u00ebs duhet t\u00eb ankoheshin sepse Hir\u00ebsia i tyre nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb kor\u00e7ar; po k\u00ebshtu ata t\u00eb Beratit e k\u00ebshtu me radh\u00eb.
