N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb ngjarje ishte e pranishme drejtoresha e Institutit t\u00eb Monumenteve t\u00eb Kultur\u00ebs Arta Dollani dhe persona t\u00eb tjer\u00eb, nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb ende vazhdojn\u00eb t\u00eb kryhen punime plot\u00ebsuese p\u00ebr restaurimin e k\u00ebtij monumenti.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-indent: 27pt; line-height: 115%; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">Kisha Orthodhokse Autoqefale e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb nuk pati asnj\u00eb dijeni rreth k\u00ebsaj ngjarjeje. Protestojm\u00eb p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb shkelje t\u00eb re t\u00eb Ligjit <span style=\"background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial;\">10057 dt. 22.1.2009<\/span>, neni 23, paragrafi 2: \u201cShteti mund t\u00eb marr\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrdorim nj\u00eb objekt t\u00eb kultit vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr nevoja e interesa madhore dhe <b>vet\u00ebm pasi t\u00eb ket\u00eb marr\u00eb paraprakisht p\u00eblqimin e Kish\u00ebs Ortodokse Autoqefale t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb<\/b>\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-indent: 27pt; line-height: 115%; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">Gjithashtu \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb fakt i pranuar nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtarisht se shteti nuk ka kompetenc\u00eb t\u00eb jap\u00eb lej\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb arbitrare tek Kisha apo Fe t\u00eb tjera, q\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrdorin nj\u00eb objekt orthodhoks kulti.
