N\u00eb 20 vite arriti t\u00eb t\u00ebrhiqte mb\u00ebshtetje nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare p\u00ebr t\u00eb ngritur m\u00eb shum\u00eb kisha e godina se sa ishin ngritur n\u00eb disa shekuj. Ngriti nj\u00eb arsim fetar t\u00eb kompletuar, ku guri i \u00e7muar \u00ebsht\u00eb Akademia Teologjike \u201cNgjallja e Krishtit\u201d. Ngriti nj\u00eb sistem t\u00eb plot\u00eb arsimor, nga ai parashkollor e deri tek Universiteti \u201cLogos\u201d. Ngriti sh\u00ebrbime sociale e vuri Kish\u00ebn n\u00eb krye t\u00eb vepr\u00ebs bamir\u00ebse n\u00eb momentet m\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebshtira q\u00eb kaloi vendi. Restauroi me dhjet\u00ebra kisha monument, duke mb\u00ebshtetur k\u00ebshtu edhe kultur\u00ebn komb\u00ebtare. Financoi botime, studime n\u00eb fusha t\u00eb ndryshme, konferenca e simpoziume.
