    Ky veprim \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb shkelje flagrante t\u00eb Ligjit nr. 10057, 22.01.2009, \u201cP\u00ebr ratifikimin e marr\u00ebveshjes nd\u00ebrmjet K\u00ebshillit t\u00eb Ministrave t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb dhe Kish\u00ebs Orthodhokse Autoqefale t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb\u201d, Neni 21\/1,2: \u201cNd\u00ebrtesat dhe objektet q\u00eb sh\u00ebrbejn\u00eb p\u00ebr kryerjen e ceremonive fetare konsiderohen t\u00eb shenjta nga Kisha Ortodokse Autoqefale e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb. Nd\u00ebrhyrja e autoriteteve shtet\u00ebrore n\u00eb to \u00ebsht\u00eb e ndaluar, me p\u00ebrjashtim t\u00eb rasteve t\u00eb flagranc\u00ebs, kur nj\u00eb gj\u00eb e till\u00eb k\u00ebrkohet n\u00eb zbatim t\u00eb nj\u00eb urdh\u00ebri t\u00eb prokuroris\u00eb, t\u00eb nj\u00eb vendimi gjyq\u00ebsor ose titulli ekzekutiv, ose n\u00eb rast t\u00eb kanosjes s\u00eb nj\u00eb rreziku t\u00eb af\u00ebrm. 2. Paprekshm\u00ebria e hap\u00ebsir\u00ebs publike garantohet nga Shteti.     Q\u00eb n\u00eb fillim, ata q\u00eb kishin planifikuar shkat\u00ebrrimin e k\u00ebtij vendi t\u00eb shenjt\u00eb ishin kontradiktor\u00eb, megaloman\u00eb dhe konfuz\u00eb n\u00eb deklarimet, pretendimet dhe veprimet e tyre: Deklaruan se ishte nj\u00eb nd\u00ebrtim pa leje i b\u00ebr\u00eb s\u00eb fundmi dhe doli se ishte ngritur nga vet\u00eb besimtar\u00ebt n\u00eb fillimet e Demokracis\u00eb, n\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtin vend ku ngrihej kisha e rrafshuar nga komunizmi. Deklaruan q\u00eb kisha ishte monument kulture dhe doli q\u00eb nuk ishte e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb. Deklaruan se Kisha nuk ishte pronare dhe u d\u00ebshmua me dokumente e kund\u00ebrta. U deklarua se soleta ishte hedhur mbi muret e vjetra historike dhe pastaj i rrafshuan atoetj.<\/span>

    Gjithashtu, n\u00eb nj\u00eb koh\u00eb kur Kisha Orthodhokse Autoqefale e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, s\u00eb bashku me Komunitetin e SantEgidios dhe Kish\u00ebn Katolike n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri n\u00eb fillim t\u00eb muajit shtator, p\u00ebrgatiten p\u00ebr t\u00ebpritur veprimtarin\u00eb e madhe nd\u00ebrfetare \u201cPaqja \u00ebsht\u00eb gjithmon\u00eb e mundshme\u201d, ku do t\u00eb marrin pjes\u00eb 500 delegat\u00eb, nga 30 besime t\u00eb ndryshme nga e gjith\u00eb bota, nj\u00eb ngjarje historike p\u00ebr Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb, veprime t\u00eb tilla bien ndesh me frym\u00ebn q\u00eb ajo promovon dhe zbeh imazhin e vendit dhe popullit ton\u00eb.<\/span>
