    Sot, dt. 20 gusht 2015, n\u00eb qytez\u00ebn e Dh\u00ebrmiut, n\u00eb Himar\u00eb, komuniteti lokal i besimtar\u00ebve Orthodhoks\u00eb, n\u00eb periudh\u00ebn festive t\u00eb s\u00eb Kremtes s\u00eb T\u00ebr\u00ebshenjt\u00ebs Mari, u provokua nga nj\u00eb incident i r\u00ebnd\u00eb, shkaktuar nga struktura t\u00eb pushtetit lokal me mb\u00ebshtetjen e organeve t\u00eb rendit. N\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb befasishme, punonj\u00ebs t\u00eb Bashkis\u00eb Himar\u00eb shkuan n\u00eb kish\u00ebn e Sh\u00ebn Athanasit, hoq\u00ebn ikonat dhe sende t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb shenjta dhe nis\u00ebn ta shkat\u00ebrronin at\u00eb. K\u00ebto veprime u b\u00ebn\u00eb pa dijenin\u00eb e Komunitetit Orthodhoks, pa asnj\u00eb njoftim paraprak dhe pa asnj\u00eb dokumentacion ligjor.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Sapo ky veprim u b\u00eb i njohur, besimtar\u00eb bashk\u00eb me klerikun shkuan n\u00eb kish\u00eb, protestuan, nd\u00ebrhyn\u00eb dhe e ndaluan shkat\u00ebrrimin e m\u00ebtejsh\u00ebm. Ata shpreh\u00ebn indinjat\u00ebn e tyre p\u00ebr k\u00ebto akte flagrante dhe jan\u00eb t\u00eb gatsh\u00ebm n\u00eb \u00e7do moment ta mbrojn\u00eb kish\u00ebn e tyre n\u00ebse do t\u00eb ritentohet t\u00eb shembet ky vend i shenjt\u00eb. Edhe pasdite ata u mblodh\u00ebn p\u00ebrs\u00ebri p\u00ebr t\u00eb protestuar.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

    Tentativa p\u00ebr t\u00eb d\u00ebbuar besimtar\u00ebt nga nj\u00eb kish\u00eb e tyre, pron\u00eb e Komunitetit Orthodhoks, \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe m\u00eb skandaloze po t\u00eb mendosh se u b\u00eb n\u00eb shkelje t\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha ligjeve t\u00eb mundshme, fshehurazi dhe n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb tinzare. Ngjarja d\u00ebshmoi nj\u00eb munges\u00eb t\u00eb thell\u00eb t\u00eb respektit ndaj besimit dhe komunitetit fetar, t\u00eb ngjash\u00ebm me at\u00eb t\u00eb sistemit ateist komunist, q\u00eb shkat\u00ebrroi kish\u00ebn p\u00ebr her\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb n\u00eb vitin 1972 dhe gur\u00ebt i p\u00ebrdori p\u00ebr t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtuar depon e ujit. N\u00eb vitin 1992, n\u00eb vendin ku kishte qen\u00eb kisha e vjet\u00ebr, banor\u00ebt ngrit\u00ebn nj\u00eb kish\u00eb t\u00eb thjesht\u00eb, e cila ka 23 vjet q\u00eb i sh\u00ebrben si vend adhurimi komunitetit. Por p\u00ebrs\u00ebri dikush po p\u00ebrpiqet ta shemb\u00eb, si 43 vjet m\u00eb par\u00eb!<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

   Ky veprim abuziv i disa punonj\u00ebsve shtet\u00ebror\u00eb, p\u00ebrb\u00ebn ve\u00e7 t\u00eb tjerash edhe shkelje flagrante t\u00eb Ligjit nr. 10057\/22.01.2009\/ \u201cP\u00ebr ratifikimin e marr\u00ebveshjes nd\u00ebrmjet K\u00ebshillit t\u00eb Ministrave t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb dhe Kish\u00ebs Orthodhokse Autoqefale t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb\u201d, q\u00eb garanton paprekshm\u00ebrin\u00eb e vendeve t\u00eb kultit dhe mbrojtjen e tyre nga shteti. Iniciativa t\u00eb tilla abuzive private n\u00ebn petkun zyrtar, duke iu n\u00ebnshtruar interesave ogurzeza, duhen d\u00ebnuar me forc\u00eb nga organet shtet\u00ebrore, pasi cenojn\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebniet me komunitetet fetare. Aq m\u00eb shum\u00eb q\u00eb akte t\u00eb tilla kan\u00eb ndodhur vet\u00ebm me objektet orthodhokse t\u00eb kultit.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

    Shpresojm\u00eb q\u00eb n\u00eb vazhdim ata q\u00eb u implikuan n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb skandal, do t\u00eb kuptojn\u00eb se kan\u00eb vepruar n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb gabuar dhe do t\u00eb pendohen p\u00ebrpara Per\u00ebndis\u00eb dhe komunitetit p\u00ebr p\u00ebrdhosjen e nj\u00eb vendi t\u00eb shenjt\u00eb dhe do t\u00eb respektojn\u00eb ligjin.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
