\n\tDECLARATION<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
\n\t   <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
\n\t    With deep sorrow and pain in the spirit, we followed the dramatic events that took place a few days ago in the center of Tirana.  We offer heartfelt condolences to the families of those persons that lost their lives or were seriously injured.  In these critical days, we are obligated to stress once again, in all directions, that violence breeds hatred and hatred darkens the heart, directing us towards a closed circle of chaos and paths that lead nowhere. In order for peace and constant progress to prevail, we must abandon every manner of misinformation and every form of violence.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
\n\t
\n\t    We pray with all our soul for there to be more self-control and a predisposition for dialogue and reconciliation on all sides. No more blood! No more conflict! May the God of love, righteousness and forgiveness enlighten all responsible persons to seek peace and collaboration. Only with self-control, truth and the spirit of understanding can the crucial reconciliation be assured and the country lead towards a future that has hope.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
