Ai themeloi dhe organizoi Shkoll\u00ebn Patriarkale \u201cKryepiskopi i Qipros Makarios\u201d, q\u00eb e drejtoi p\u00ebr dhjet\u00eb vjet; dor\u00ebzoi 62 klerik\u00eb afrikan\u00eb dhe konsakroi 42 anagnost\u00eb-katekist\u00eb, me origjin\u00eb nga 8 fise afrikane. N\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn periudh\u00eb promovoi p\u00ebrkthimin e Liturgjis\u00eb Hyjnore n\u00eb 4 gjuh\u00eb afrikane. U p\u00ebrkujdes p\u00ebr themelimin e rreth 150 famullive orthodhokse dhe p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrtimin e dhjet\u00ebra kishave, p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrtimin e 7 stacioneve misionare dhe punoi p\u00ebr hapjen e shkollave dhe qendrave mjek\u00ebsore.<\/p>\n<p><b>Shqip\u00ebri<\/b><\/p>\n<p>M\u00eb 1991, caktohet nga Patriarku Ekumenik Eksark Patriarkal n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri. N\u00eb qershor 1992, ai u zgjodh Kryepiskop i Tiran\u00ebs, Durr\u00ebsit dhe i gjith\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb. P\u00ebrmes v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsive t\u00eb shumta, ringriti nga g\u00ebrmadhat Kish\u00ebn Orthodhokse Autoqefale t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb: riorganizoi m\u00eb tep\u00ebr se 400 famulli (enori); themeloi Akademin\u00eb Teologjike \u201cNgjallja e Krishtit\u201d n\u00eb Durr\u00ebs (1992), dy Lice kishtar\u00eb (Gjirokast\u00ebr dhe Sukth t\u00eb Durr\u00ebsit), Shkoll\u00ebn e Muzik\u00ebs Bizantine n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, t\u00eb gjitha k\u00ebto n\u00eb godina me kushte bashk\u00ebkohore dhe me konvikte; shkolloi dhe dor\u00ebzoi 168 klerik\u00eb, t\u00eb gjith\u00eb n\u00ebnshtetas shqiptar\u00eb; themeloi 50 qendra rinore n\u00eb qytete t\u00eb ndryshme; u kujdes p\u00ebr p\u00ebrkthimin dhe botimin e librave liturgjik\u00eb dhe t\u00eb librave t\u00eb tjer\u00eb fetar\u00eb. U kujdes p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrtimin e 150 kishave t\u00eb reja, p\u00ebr restaurimin e 70 kisha-manastire monumente kulture, p\u00ebr rikonstruksionin e m\u00eb tep\u00ebr se 160 kisha ekzistuese, si dhe p\u00ebr 70 godina p\u00ebr qendra kishtare si: selia e Kryepiskopat\u00ebs dhe e mitropolive, shkolla, qendra mjek\u00ebsore, sht\u00ebpi pritjeje, mensa p\u00ebr t\u00eb varf\u00ebrit, kampe rinore etj. Vepra totale nd\u00ebrtuese arrin n\u00eb 450 nd\u00ebrtesa.<br \/>\nAi ka zhvilluar vepra bamir\u00ebsie, duke shp\u00ebrndar\u00eb qindra ton\u00eb ushqime, veshmbathje dhe ila\u00e7e. Themeloi nj\u00eb gazet\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrmuajshme dhe tri revista, si edhe nj\u00eb stacion radiofonik. U p\u00ebrkujdes p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrtimin e atelieve t\u00eb Kish\u00ebs (shtypshkronj\u00ebs, fabrik\u00ebs s\u00eb qirinjve, zdrukth\u00ebtaris\u00eb, atelieve t\u00eb ikonave dhe t\u00eb restaurimit t\u00eb tyre).<br \/>\nN\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn koh\u00eb, zhvilloi programe pionier n\u00eb fushat e edukimit, sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsis\u00eb, kujdesit social, zhvillimit rural, kultur\u00ebs dhe ekologjis\u00eb. Themeloi Qendr\u00ebn Mjek\u00ebsore Diagnostike me 24 specialitete n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb dhe 3 qendra mjek\u00ebsore n\u00eb qytete t\u00eb tjera; Universitetin \u201cLogos\u201d n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, 2 Institute t\u00eb Formimit Profesional, 1 lice profesional, 3 shkolla fillore, 1 gjimnaz, 1 konvikt shkolle p\u00ebr vajza dhe 17 kopshte f\u00ebmij\u00ebsh n\u00eb qytete t\u00eb ndryshme. Ai u p\u00ebrkujdes p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrtimin e rrug\u00ebve, uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebsve, urave, riparimin e shkollave publike etj. Gjat\u00eb periudh\u00ebs kritike t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs (1999), organizoi nj\u00eb program t\u00eb gjer\u00eb humanitar, q\u00eb ndihmoi rreth 33.000 refugjat\u00eb kosovar\u00eb n\u00eb vende t\u00eb ndryshme t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb. E lidhi Kish\u00ebn e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb me organizata nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare kishtare. Ai \u00ebsht\u00eb an\u00ebtar themelues i Shoq\u00ebris\u00eb Biblike Nd\u00ebrkonfesionale t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb dhe t\u00eb K\u00ebshillit Nd\u00ebrfetar t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb. Gjat\u00eb tensioneve politike midis Greqis\u00eb dhe Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, kontribuoi n\u00eb zbutjen e tyre dhe n\u00eb afrimin e dy vendeve.
