Nd\u00ebrsa qyteti rritej rreth tempullit fizikisht, ai rritej gjithashtu rreth dhe n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet tij n\u00eb mendim, kultur\u00eb dhe qytet\u00ebrim.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 Qytet\u00ebrimi dhe kultura krijohen nga nj\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb e t\u00eb jetuarit, e cila ka filluar n\u00eb tempull, \u00ebsht\u00eb ushqyer nga ai dhe mbahet prej tij. Ndon\u00ebse n\u00eb historin\u00eb e gjat\u00eb t\u00eb njer\u00ebzimit ka patur dhe tempuj t\u00eb deformuar, apo q\u00eb jan\u00eb deformuar gjat\u00eb rrjedh\u00ebs s\u00eb koh\u00ebs, p\u00ebrs\u00ebri tempulli mbetet shtylla kryesore e nj\u00eb qytet\u00ebrimi. Edhe kur ka patur persona t\u00eb korruptuar n\u00eb t\u00eb, p\u00ebrs\u00ebri ai ka qen\u00eb i nevojsh\u00ebm. Historia ka treguar se d\u00ebmi pa tempull \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb her\u00eb m\u00eb i madh.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 Nuk mund t\u00eb ngrihet nj\u00eb qytet apo shtet pa pasur nj\u00eb filozofi t\u00eb jet\u00ebs, pa pasur nj\u00eb ideologji dhe ai nuk mund t\u00eb mbahet pa at\u00eb. Sepse nj\u00eb shoq\u00ebri njer\u00ebzore, nuk ka r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi sesa e zhvilluar \u00ebsht\u00eb (zhvillimi mund t\u00eb matet nga parametra t\u00eb ndrysh\u00ebm n\u00eb qytet\u00ebrime t\u00eb ndryshme), nuk mund t\u00eb mbahet pa pasur disa vlera (vlerat mund t\u00eb jen\u00eb t\u00eb ndryshme n\u00eb kultura t\u00eb ndryshme, por ka patur gjithmon\u00eb disa vlera bazike t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebta) dhe vlerat, askush nuk mund ta mohoj\u00eb, kan\u00eb dal\u00eb nga tempulli. Vet\u00eb shoq\u00ebria ka lindur dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb organizuar rreth k\u00ebtyre vlerave dhe sa m\u00eb t\u00eb forta jan\u00eb ato, aq m\u00eb e fort\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb ajo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00c7do qytet\u00ebrim ka nevoja p\u00ebr vlera shpirt\u00ebrore. Ashtu si edhe njeriu, i cili nuk mund t\u00eb jetoj\u00eb vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrmbushur nevojat fizike t\u00eb tij, sepse nj\u00eb ekzistenc\u00eb e till\u00eb do t\u00eb ishte nj\u00eb ekzistenc\u00eb e gjymtuar, ashtu edhe \u00e7do qytet\u00ebrim nuk mund t\u00eb ekzistoj\u00eb pa pasur vlerat shpirt\u00ebrore dhe kulturore. D\u00ebmtimi i tyre do t\u00eb sjell\u00eb gjithmon\u00eb edhe d\u00ebmtimin e vet\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb. P\u00ebrsa jan\u00eb ruajtur vlerat aq \u00ebsht\u00eb ruajtur edhe organizimi shoq\u00ebror.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 K\u00ebtu me tempull kuptohet qendra shpirt\u00ebrore, kulturore dhe ideologjike e \u00e7do qytet\u00ebrimi dhe me qytet gjith\u00eb organizimi shoq\u00ebror p\u00ebr t\u00eb arritur, p\u00ebrmbushur dhe p\u00ebrjetuar vlerat e dala nga tempulli.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 Sa her\u00eb q\u00eb kemi pasur degradime ose r\u00ebnie t\u00eb tyre, kemi pasur edhe degradime ose r\u00ebnie t\u00eb shoq\u00ebrive apo shteteve t\u00eb organizuar rreth atyre vlerave.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 N\u00eb qytet\u00ebrimet e lashta tempulli shikohej si qendra shpirt\u00ebrore dhe fizike e gjith\u00eb universit, si pika ku bashkoheshin qielli, toka dhe bota e n\u00ebndheshme, si vendi ku fillon dhe mbaron krijimi dhe ku realizohet q\u00ebllimi p\u00ebrfundimtar i ekzistenc\u00ebs. N\u00eb traditat e lashta t\u00eb popujve t\u00eb ndrysh\u00ebm krijimi kishte filluar n\u00eb qend\u00ebr t\u00eb universit, pik\u00ebrisht n\u00eb vendin ku ata kishin tempullin. Sipas nj\u00eb tradite Parajsa ishte n\u00eb qend\u00ebr t\u00eb tok\u00ebs, Adami ishte krijuar po n\u00eb qend\u00ebr, kryqi u ngrit po aty. Tradita t\u00eb tilla t\u00eb ngjashme gjenden n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha fet\u00eb, kulturat dhe qytet\u00ebrimet e t\u00eb gjith\u00eb bot\u00ebs. Tempulli p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsonte parimin e par\u00eb dhe t\u00eb fundit t\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb veprimtaris\u00eb njer\u00ebzore p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrmbushur q\u00ebllimin e ekzistenc\u00ebs. Pik\u00ebrisht, duke u nisur nga idea se tempulli ishte ikona e bot\u00ebs, ai filloi t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtohej si model i gjith\u00eb universit. \u00cbsht\u00eb interesante t\u00eb v\u00ebrehet se fillimi i nd\u00ebrtimit t\u00eb qytetit fillonte gjithmon\u00eb me qendr\u00ebn e tij, dometh\u00ebn\u00eb me tempullin. Qytet\u00ebrimet e lashta ishin t\u00eb vet\u00ebdijsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb dhe, sa her\u00eb q\u00eb themelohej nj\u00eb qytet, p\u00ebrs\u00ebritej rituali i krijimit t\u00eb universit. Idea ishte se nuk mund t\u00eb krijohet dhe t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtohet pa patur nj\u00eb q\u00ebllim; pa pasur nj\u00eb parim. Dhe jo vet\u00ebm qytet\u00ebrimet e lashta, por edhe qytet\u00ebrimet e m\u00ebvonshme dhe ato moderne jan\u00eb nd\u00ebrtuar duke u mb\u00ebshtetur n\u00eb vlerat e krijuara n\u00eb shekuj nga tempulli. Ne nuk do t\u00eb ndalemi p\u00ebr ta shpjeguar k\u00ebt\u00eb n\u00eb detaje, sepse nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb ky q\u00ebllimi i shkrimit, por vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr t\u00eb theksuar se qysh n\u00eb fillimin e \u00e7do kulture, t\u00eb \u00e7do qytet\u00ebrimi dhe t\u00eb \u00e7do shoq\u00ebrie t\u00eb organizuar, n\u00eb qend\u00ebr t\u00eb tyre ishte tempulli.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 Qyteti, n\u00eb kuptimin m\u00eb t\u00eb thell\u00eb t\u00eb fjal\u00ebs, nuk p\u00ebrcaktohet nga sasia e banesave dhe nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb thjesht nj\u00eb grumbullim banesash. Ai p\u00ebrcaktohet nga prania e tempullit, nga prania e nj\u00eb parimi drejtues shpirt\u00ebror, nga prania e nj\u00eb mendimi. Nuk mund t\u00eb ket\u00eb qytet pa pasur nj\u00eb komunitet dhe nuk mund t\u00eb ket\u00eb komunitet pa pasur nj\u00eb q\u00ebllim t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetur n\u00eb nj\u00eb mendim t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt. Historia e gjat\u00eb e njer\u00ebzimit ka d\u00ebshmuar se qytetet e m\u00ebdha nuk kan\u00eb qen\u00eb domosdoshm\u00ebrisht qytetet m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdha n\u00eb banesa por n\u00eb mendim. Me mendim, n\u00eb kuptimin e thell\u00eb t\u00eb fjal\u00ebs, nuk shprehet vet\u00ebm aktiviteti racional, por t\u00ebr\u00eb fuqia mendore e shpirt\u00ebrore e njeriut p\u00ebr t\u00eb qen\u00eb i nd\u00ebrgjegjsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr qenien e tij dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb komunikuar me realitetin jasht\u00eb tij. K\u00ebshtu, mendimi nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb thjesht nj\u00eb arsyetim rreth nj\u00eb objekti t\u00eb jasht\u00ebm, por ai mund t\u00eb shkoj\u00eb m\u00eb tej, n\u00eb realitetin ku ai gjendet i p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb dhe t\u00eb cilin ai e p\u00ebrjeton. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb kuptim t\u00eb thell\u00eb t\u00eb fjal\u00ebs, mendimi \u00ebsht\u00eb tempulli i njeriut. Ai e ndihmon at\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrmbushur dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb kuptuar vetveten. Ai e b\u00ebn at\u00eb t\u00eb aft\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb ndier\u00eb se kufiri i perceptimit shqisor nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb kufiri i fundit i ekzistenc\u00ebs s\u00eb tij.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 Mendimtar\u00ebt duhen sidomos n\u00eb ato periudha, kur tronditja e vlerave rrezikon motivimin e ekzistenc\u00ebs, kur shoq\u00ebria p\u00ebrpiqet t\u00eb rigjej\u00eb identitetin e saj dhe kur njer\u00ebzimi k\u00ebrkon q\u00eb t&#8217;u p\u00ebrgjigjet pyetjeve q\u00eb i kan\u00eb shqet\u00ebsuar dhe vazhdojn\u00eb t&#8217;i shqet\u00ebsojn\u00eb qeniet e arsyeshme. Nj\u00eb shoq\u00ebri ka nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr mendimtar\u00eb n\u00eb \u00e7do koh\u00eb, por sidomos kur ajo \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb kriz\u00eb. N\u00ebse nj\u00eb shoq\u00ebri n\u00eb kriz\u00eb nuk prodhon dot mendimtar\u00eb, do t\u00eb thot\u00eb se jo vet\u00ebm q\u00eb rrezikimi i vlerave nuk po merret seriozisht, por edhe motivimi i jet\u00ebs dhe i ekzistenc\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb i dob\u00ebt dhe pa rr\u00ebnj\u00eb dhe \u00e7do tronditje sociale, sado e vog\u00ebl mund t\u00eb sjell\u00eb katastrofa t\u00eb m\u00ebdha.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 Njeriu \u00ebsht\u00eb quajtur qenie e arsyeshme. N\u00eb terminologjin\u00eb e Et\u00ebrve t\u00eb Kish\u00ebs fjala &#8220;qenie e arsyeshme&#8221; dhe &#8220;qenie shpirt\u00ebrore&#8221; jan\u00eb sinonime. E p\u00ebrmend\u00ebm k\u00ebt\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb theksuar se n\u00eb kuptimin m\u00eb t\u00eb thell\u00eb t\u00eb qenies njer\u00ebzore nuk ka ndarje nd\u00ebrmjet jet\u00ebs mendore dhe asaj shpirt\u00ebrore. Nj\u00eb mendim i pap\u00ebrjetuar do t\u00eb kthehej n\u00eb nj\u00eb koncept abstrakt pa asnj\u00eb kuptim dhe pa asnj\u00eb lidhje me jet\u00ebn dhe ekzistenc\u00ebn reale t\u00eb njeriut. Nj\u00eb p\u00ebrjetim pa mendim mund ta kthej\u00eb jet\u00ebn n\u00eb nj\u00eb ekzistenc\u00eb instinktive pa q\u00ebllim. Mendimi i divorcuar nga ontologjia mbetet di\u00e7ka e huaj p\u00ebr qenien. Po ashtu edhe nj\u00eb ontologji pa patur nj\u00eb motivim dhe nj\u00eb k\u00ebrkim p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrmbushur qenien, mbetet vet\u00ebm n\u00eb nivelin e gjalles\u00ebs. N\u00eb fakt, t\u00eb dyja jan\u00eb t\u00eb nd\u00ebrlidhura dhe ndihmojn\u00eb e plot\u00ebsojn\u00eb nj\u00ebra-tjetr\u00ebn dhe n\u00eb nj\u00eb kuptim ende m\u00eb t\u00eb thell\u00eb ato jan\u00eb e nj\u00ebjta gj\u00eb. K\u00ebshtu, nuk mund t\u00eb ket\u00eb nj\u00eb mendim pa p\u00ebrjetim shpirt\u00ebror dhe asnj\u00eb p\u00ebrjetim pa nj\u00eb mendim, sepse mendimi duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb gjithmon\u00eb n\u00eb funksion t\u00eb jet\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 Qenie e arsyeshme do t\u00eb thot\u00eb qenie e lir\u00eb. Liria, dhurata m\u00eb e madhe q\u00eb i \u00ebsht\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb njeriut, i jep atij edhe p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsin\u00eb e madhe p\u00ebr m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn sesi duhet kuptuar dhe jetuar jeta, p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsin\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb menduar dhe p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsin\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtuar nj\u00eb shoq\u00ebri q\u00eb t&#8217;i jap\u00eb atij mund\u00ebsin\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrmbushur q\u00ebllimin e ekzistenc\u00ebs. Nd\u00ebrtimi i shoq\u00ebris\u00eb i kthen njer\u00ebzit nga qenie t\u00eb gjalla, n\u00eb persona. Asnj\u00eb person njer\u00ebzor nuk mund t\u00eb jetoj\u00eb si nj\u00eb individ i izoluar. N\u00ebse ai do t\u00eb jet\u00eb i izoluar, at\u00ebher\u00eb ai do t\u00eb jet\u00eb nj\u00eb person i cunguar. Ajo q\u00eb e b\u00ebn nj\u00eb individ t\u00eb jet\u00eb nj\u00eb person, \u00ebsht\u00eb pik\u00ebrisht lidhja me t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt dhe nd\u00ebrtimi i komunitetit. P\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrmbushur vetveten, dometh\u00ebn\u00eb q\u00eb nj\u00eb individ t\u00eb b\u00ebhet nj\u00eb person i plot\u00eb, duhet t\u00eb ket\u00eb nj\u00eb lidhje me gjith\u00e7ka rreth tij, sepse i gjith\u00eb krijimi \u00ebsht\u00eb i nd\u00ebrlidhur. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekje t\u00eb gjat\u00eb dhe vendimtare, njeriu do t\u00eb kishte humbur, si\u00e7 ka humbur shpesh, n\u00ebse nuk do t\u00eb udh\u00ebhiqej nga vlerat universale t\u00eb krijuara nga tempulli dhe n\u00eb tempull.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 Kushdo q\u00eb e njeh pak historin\u00eb do t\u00eb shoh\u00eb se jan\u00eb vlerat ato q\u00eb nd\u00ebrtojn\u00eb kombe, shtete dhe qytet\u00ebrime. Fiset e ndryshme gjermanike jetonin n\u00eb nj\u00eb gjendje pothuaj gjys\u00ebm t\u00eb eg\u00ebr. Mbret\u00ebrit e tyre pinin ver\u00eb me kupa t\u00eb b\u00ebra nga kafkat e armiqve t\u00eb tyre. T\u00eb gjith\u00eb e dim\u00eb se me futjen e krishterimit dhe t\u00eb vlerave t\u00eb k\u00ebtij qytet\u00ebrimi ato u transformuan. Shembuj t\u00eb till\u00eb mund t\u00eb merren shum\u00eb nga historia. Jo vet\u00ebm historia e barbar\u00ebve t\u00eb Per\u00ebndimit, por edhe historia e sllav\u00ebve, arab\u00ebve dhe shum\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00ebve e tregon qart\u00eb se jan\u00eb pik\u00ebrisht vlerat e qytet\u00ebrimit (n\u00eb rastet e m\u00ebsip\u00ebrme u transmetuan n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet fes\u00eb), ato q\u00eb nd\u00ebrtojn\u00eb kombe, shtete, perandori dhe qytet\u00ebrime. Jan\u00eb pik\u00ebrisht vlerat dhe parimet ato q\u00eb kan\u00eb fuqi transformuese. Ato transformojn\u00eb si individ\u00eb t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb ashtu edhe kombe. Njeriu si mish \u00ebsht\u00eb kudo nj\u00eblloj. Nuk ka rac\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb ul\u00ebt apo m\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb. Jan\u00eb parimet qytet\u00ebruese ato q\u00eb e lart\u00ebsojn\u00eb nj\u00eb individ, nj\u00eb komb, shtet apo shoq\u00ebri. Dhe n\u00eb t\u00eb kund\u00ebrt\u00ebn, shkat\u00ebrrimi i tyre sjell edhe degradimin moral t\u00eb nj\u00eb individi, t\u00eb nj\u00eb kombi, shteti apo shoq\u00ebrie.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 Shum\u00eb her\u00eb dhe tek shum\u00eb njer\u00ebz vlerat nuk vler\u00ebsohen, ngaq\u00eb mungon p\u00ebrvoja e nj\u00eb ekzistence pa vlera. Ne jetojm\u00eb sot n\u00eb nj\u00eb koh\u00eb kur vlerat ndodhen n\u00eb rrezik. Qytet\u00ebrimi po shk\u00ebputet nga ato n\u00eb nj\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb pap\u00ebrgjegjshme. N\u00eb shum\u00eb vende, sidomos n\u00eb Per\u00ebndim, por jo vet\u00ebm atje, arritjet e qytet\u00ebrimit t\u00eb sot\u00ebm shihen si t\u00eb vetvetishme dhe natyrale, pa kuptuar se ato jan\u00eb krijuar nga tempulli. Ndon\u00ebse tani p\u00ebr tani nuk shihet hapur dhe qart\u00eb rreziku q\u00eb vjen nga humbja e vlerave, shum\u00eb shpejt do t\u00eb duken akoma m\u00eb qart\u00eb. Historia dhe p\u00ebrvoja e gjat\u00eb e njer\u00ebzimit e ka treguar rrezikun e madh q\u00eb i kanoset \u00e7do qytet\u00ebrimi nga mungesa e vlerave. Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00ebsoj sikur t\u00eb pres\u00ebsh rr\u00ebnj\u00ebt e nj\u00eb peme. Pema ndoshta mund t\u00eb jetoj\u00eb edhe dy ose tre dit\u00eb, por pastaj sigurisht do t\u00eb thahet. E nj\u00ebjta gj\u00eb po ndodh edhe me prerjen e vlerave. Jeta mund t\u00eb duket sikur po vazhdon dhe mund t\u00eb vazhdoj\u00eb p\u00ebr disa breza, shoq\u00ebria po ashtu, por n\u00eb fund ajo do t\u00eb thahet. Nj\u00eb shoq\u00ebri pa vlera po ashtu. Sa m\u00eb shum\u00eb ato do t\u00eb humbasin aq m\u00eb shum\u00eb do t\u00eb shtohen mund\u00ebsit\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb pasur pushtetar\u00eb, politikan\u00eb, gjykat\u00ebs, polic\u00eb, mjek\u00eb dhe administrator\u00eb t\u00eb korruptuar. Dhe, sa m\u00eb shum\u00eb shtohen ata, aq m\u00eb tep\u00ebr kalbet shoq\u00ebria.
