Lindet dhe rron me nj\u00eb shumic\u00eb prirjesh dhe nevojash, t\u00eb ndryshme jo vet\u00ebm nga pik\u00ebpamja e cil\u00ebsis\u00eb, por edhe e fuqis\u00eb s\u00eb shfaqjes s\u00eb tyre. Kemi nevoja shpirt\u00ebrore dhe konkretisht: intelektuale, estetike dhe morale. Po kemi dhe shum\u00eb nevoja a prirje fizike, trupore. P\u00ebrkundrazi; p\u00ebrmbushja e nevojave shpirt\u00ebrore i jep atij mund\u00ebsin\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb ditur si t\u00eb udh\u00ebhiqet n\u00eb jet\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 Njeriu, me ndihm\u00ebn e shkenc\u00ebs dhe t\u00eb mendjes s\u00eb tij v\u00ebzhguese, p\u00ebr \u00e7do brez q\u00eb kalon, e njeh m\u00eb tep\u00ebr bot\u00ebn, k\u00ebt\u00eb fush\u00eb t\u00eb veprimtaris\u00eb s\u00eb tij, m\u00ebson t\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktoj\u00eb m\u00eb mir\u00eb aft\u00ebsit\u00eb e tij dhe b\u00ebhet m\u00eb i zoti n\u00eb qeverimin e fuqive t\u00eb natyr\u00ebs. Po nuk duhet t\u00eb k\u00ebnaqet me aq. Ai nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb vet\u00ebm spektator i thjesht\u00eb i dram\u00ebs q\u00eb zhvillohet para syve t\u00eb tij, po person q\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunon, q\u00eb merr pjes\u00eb aktive n\u00eb zhvillimin e k\u00ebsaj drame t\u00eb bot\u00ebs. Puna \u00ebsht\u00eb pra, si do t&#8217;i p\u00ebrdor\u00eb njeriu fuqit\u00eb q\u00eb ka zbuluar n\u00eb vetvete, \u00e7&#8217;rol d.m.th. do t\u00eb zgjedh\u00eb; rolin e ndonj\u00eb heroi fisnik, i cili punon me vet\u00ebmohim p\u00ebr t\u00eb mir\u00ebn e p\u00ebrgjithshme, apo rolin e ndonj\u00eb egoisti t\u00eb keq e mendjengrehur? \u00c7\u00ebshtje kjo v\u00ebrtet me r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Njohja e detyr\u00ebs nuk sjell me vete dhe fuqin\u00eb e zbatimit t\u00eb saj. Burimi i t\u00eb gjitha veprimeve t\u00eb njeriut \u00ebsht\u00eb vullneti.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Dhe q\u00eb t\u00eb ec\u00eb njeriu me t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb n\u00eb udh\u00ebn e arsyeshme dhe t\u00eb drejt\u00eb q\u00eb i ka caktuar jet\u00ebs s\u00eb tij, s&#8217;mjaftojn\u00eb vet\u00ebm njohurit\u00eb e mendjes, po duhet v\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb l\u00ebvizje vullneti. Megjith\u00ebk\u00ebt\u00eb, <em>\u201d\u00e7udia m\u00eb e madhe \u00ebsht\u00eb <\/em>&#8211; thot\u00eb nj\u00eb shkrimtar fr\u00ebng &#8211; <em>q\u00eb njer\u00ebzit e njohin nevoj\u00ebn dhe dobin\u00eb e m\u00ebsuesve dhe b\u00ebjn\u00eb \u00e7do p\u00ebrpjekje p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb pun\u00eb; vet\u00ebm shkenc\u00ebn e jet\u00ebs nuk e m\u00ebsojn\u00eb dhe as q\u00eb duan ta m\u00ebsojn\u00eb\u201d!<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Vini re \u00e7&#8217;kujdes t\u00eb madh tregojn\u00eb prind\u00ebrit p\u00ebr zhvillimin fizik dhe mendor t\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00ebve t\u00eb tyre dhe sa pak mendojn\u00eb e kujdesen k\u00ebta p\u00ebr edukimin moral t\u00eb tyre. \u00c7&#8217;v\u00ebmendje, \u00e7&#8217;kujdes dhe \u00e7&#8217;p\u00ebrpjekje p\u00ebr t\u00eb parin dhe \u00e7&#8217;moskok\u00eb\u00e7arje, \u00e7&#8217;pakujdesi e l\u00ebnie pas dore p\u00ebr t\u00eb dytin! Syt\u00eb u mbeten n\u00ebp\u00ebr dritaret mos q\u00ebllojn\u00eb gj\u00eb t\u00eb \u00e7elura e u ftohen f\u00ebmijt\u00eb. I ruajn\u00eb nga lag\u00ebshtia m\u00eb e vog\u00ebl, nga korenti m\u00eb i ndijsh\u00ebm i er\u00ebs. Kujdesen q\u00eb ushqimi t\u00eb jet\u00eb i mir\u00eb dhe i sh\u00ebndetsh\u00ebm. I v\u00ebn\u00eb t\u00eb han\u00eb e t\u00eb flen\u00eb me orar. I shqet\u00ebson dhe t\u00eb g\u00ebrhiturit ose t\u00eb kolliturit m\u00eb i vog\u00ebl dhe ndjekin me kujdes temperatur\u00ebn. Kur f\u00ebmija rritet, \u00e7&#8217;i shqet\u00ebson vall\u00eb dhe \u00e7&#8217;i hidh\u00ebron m\u00eb tep\u00ebr prind\u00ebrit, prishja e parakohshme morale apo zhvillimi i ngadalsh\u00ebm i mendjes? Kur f\u00ebmij\u00ebs, p\u00ebr \u00e7do ok\u00eb q\u00eb shton, fillojn\u00eb t&#8217;i shfaqen instinktet e dob\u00ebta, t\u00eb thithura nj\u00ebher\u00ebsh me qum\u00ebshtin e n\u00ebn\u00ebs dhe t\u00eb ushqyera nga rrethi i shok\u00ebve me t\u00eb cil\u00ebt p\u00ebrzihet; kur me \u00e7do fjal\u00eb q\u00eb m\u00ebson, i forcohen cil\u00ebsit\u00eb e k\u00ebqia, d\u00ebshirat e dob\u00ebta, g\u00ebnjeshtra, dinak\u00ebria, shpirtlig\u00ebsia, lakmia e t\u00eb tjera vese nga t\u00eb cilat vuajn\u00eb f\u00ebmijt\u00eb tan\u00eb; k\u00ebto shenja t\u00eb para, pra t\u00eb prishjes morale t\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00ebve, i shqet\u00ebsojn\u00eb vall\u00eb prind\u00ebrit, si\u00e7 i shqet\u00ebsojn\u00eb p.sh. simptomat e para t\u00eb ndonj\u00eb s\u00ebmundjeje t\u00eb rrezikshme, si t\u00eb eritritit a t\u00eb difteritit. Kujdesohen vall\u00eb ata p\u00ebr t&#8217;i gjetur shkaqet e s\u00ebmundjes morale t\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00ebve t\u00eb tyre dhe e b\u00ebjn\u00eb pastrimin e duhur, si\u00e7 do t\u00eb b\u00ebnin n\u00eb ndonj\u00eb s\u00ebmundje ngjit\u00ebse t\u00eb tyre?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Po le t\u00eb kalojm\u00eb nga f\u00ebmijt\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb rinjt\u00eb. P\u00ebr rinin\u00eb shkollore, kemi nj\u00eb shumic\u00eb shoq\u00ebrish e klubesh sportive, kulturore dhe artistike ku ajo edukohet fizikisht e mend\u00ebrisht. Po a kemi t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn edhe nj\u00eb shoq\u00ebri morale p\u00ebr zhvillimin dhe p\u00ebrsosjen morale t\u00eb rinis\u00eb? N\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha k\u00ebto pyetje, realiteti na jep p\u00ebrgjigje v\u00ebrtet d\u00ebshp\u00ebruese. Pse puna \u00ebsht\u00eb k\u00ebshtu e jo ndryshe, s&#8217;\u00ebsht\u00eb zor q\u00eb ta kuptojm\u00eb. N\u00eb deg\u00ebn e Ekonomis\u00eb politike \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb ligj sipas t\u00eb cilit punimi i tok\u00ebs duhet filluar gjithmon\u00eb nga shtresat q\u00eb jan\u00eb m\u00eb pak prodhimtare, po q\u00eb punohen m\u00eb leht\u00eb, dhe pastaj t\u00eb kalojm\u00eb n\u00eb ato q\u00eb jan\u00eb v\u00ebrtet t\u00eb pasura, po q\u00eb k\u00ebrkon m\u00eb shum\u00eb, mundime dhe shpenzime p\u00ebr t&#8217;u p\u00ebrgatitur si duhet. Edhe k\u00ebtu duhet filluar me m\u00ebsimin, njohjen dhe pranimin e \u00e7\u00ebshtjeve m\u00eb t\u00eb thjeshta morale q\u00eb ushtrojn\u00eb m\u00eb pak influenc\u00eb mbi veprimet tona dhe vet\u00ebm m\u00eb von\u00eb t\u00eb kalojm\u00eb n\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtjet m\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme, t\u00eb rr\u00ebnjosura thell\u00eb, q\u00eb lypin kujdes e mundim m\u00eb t\u00eb madh dhe q\u00eb, p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb shkak, ushtrojn\u00eb dhe nj\u00eb influenc\u00eb m\u00eb dobiprur\u00ebse e m\u00eb t\u00eb q\u00ebndrueshme mbi jet\u00ebn.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00cbsht\u00eb m\u00eb leht\u00eb, natyrisht, t&#8217;i forcojm\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00ebs organizmin fizik, t&#8217;ia b\u00ebjm\u00eb t\u00eb fort\u00eb, t\u00eb duruesh\u00ebm e t\u00eb shkath\u00ebt, t&#8217;i pasurojm\u00eb mendjen me njohuri t\u00eb ndryshme dhe t&#8217;i zhvillojm\u00eb shijen artistike p\u00ebr \u00e7do gj\u00eb t\u00eb bukur e t\u00eb lart\u00eb, sesa t&#8217;i formojm\u00eb nj\u00eb karakter moral t\u00eb p\u00ebrsosur, t&#8217;i drejtojm\u00eb vullnetin n\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebrkuarit e s\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebs s\u00eb p\u00ebrjetshme dhe t\u00eb bukuris\u00eb shpirt\u00ebrore. Mir\u00ebpo, kjo pik\u00ebrisht \u00ebsht\u00eb dhe puna m\u00eb kryesore p\u00ebr njeriun! I dituri romak Epiktiti thoshte: <em>&#8220;sh\u00ebrbimin m\u00eb t\u00eb madh do t&#8217;ia sillni shtetit vet\u00ebm at\u00ebher\u00eb kur, n\u00eb vend q\u00eb t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtoni godina madh\u00ebshtore, do t\u00eb b\u00ebni \u00e7do p\u00ebrpjekje p\u00ebr t\u00eb lart\u00ebsuar shpirtin e qytetar\u00ebve tuaj; sepse, m\u00eb mir\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00eb njer\u00ebzit me shpirt t\u00eb lart\u00eb t\u00eb banojn\u00eb n\u00eb kasolle t\u00eb vogla, se shpirtra t\u00eb dob\u00ebt n\u00eb godina madh\u00ebshtore\u201d<\/em>. Sepse, edhe cil\u00ebsit\u00eb e zot\u00ebsit\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb larta shpirt\u00ebrore, s&#8217;mund t&#8217;i z\u00ebvend\u00ebsojn\u00eb cil\u00ebsit\u00eb morale. Prandaj, faji m\u00eb i madh dhe m\u00eb i rreziksh\u00ebm q\u00eb mund t\u00eb b\u00ebhet \u00ebsht\u00eb, kur detyrat e larta t\u00eb administrat\u00ebs u besohen personave me zhvillim mendor t\u00eb madh e t\u00eb talentuar, po pa baza morale. Sepse, nj\u00eb gabim q\u00eb b\u00ebhet prej nj\u00eb njeriu t\u00eb paditur po t\u00eb moralsh\u00ebm, s&#8217;mund t\u00eb ket\u00eb kurr\u00eb aq p\u00ebrfundime t\u00eb d\u00ebmshme p\u00ebr popullin, sesa vepra e nj\u00eb njeriu t\u00eb prishur moralisht, i cili, p\u00ebr hir t\u00eb zgjuarsis\u00eb dhe t\u00eb talentit t\u00eb tij, mund ta shtoj\u00eb e ta fsheh\u00eb mir\u00eb e bukur\u201d<\/em>. Po nga t\u00eb dalin idealet e larta, karakteret e forta, vullneti i hekurt? N\u00eb ar\u00eb rritet ajo q\u00eb mbillet. Rinia b\u00ebhet e till\u00eb, si\u00e7 e rrit familja, shkolla, jeta. Karakteri i p\u00ebrsosur moralisht, d.m.th. fuqia e pamposhtur p\u00ebr t&#8217;u b\u00ebr\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb, zot\u00ebrimi i plot\u00eb i ndjenjave fisnike dhe i parimeve morale n\u00eb shpirtin ton\u00eb kund\u00ebr prirjeve shtazore, jan\u00eb gj\u00ebra q\u00eb njeriu nuk i ka q\u00eb nga t\u00eb lindurit. Karakteret nuk formohen me an\u00eb t\u00eb ndonj\u00eb fuqie t\u00eb panjohur n\u00ebp\u00ebr ateliet\u00eb misterioze t\u00eb natyr\u00ebs, po brenda jet\u00ebs q\u00eb na rrethon, me an\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekjeve tona.
