N\u00eb gjirin e tyre ishte Kryepiskopi i Tiran\u00ebs, Durr\u00ebsit dhe i Gjith\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, Fortlumturia e Tij Anastasi, i cili s\u00eb bashku me Mitropolitin e Gjirokastr\u00ebs, Imzot Dhimitrin dhe Episkopin e Amantias z. Nathanail, kreu Sh\u00ebrbes\u00ebn e Shenjt\u00ebrimit dhe n\u00eb vazhdim Liturgjin\u00eb Hyjnore.<\/span><\/p>\n

\n\t    Ne fjal\u00ebn e tij, Kryepiskopi u foli besimtar\u00ebve ve\u00e7 t\u00eb tjerash edhe p\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn e pasur q\u00eb ka zhvilluar Kisha e jon\u00eb n\u00eb sektorin shpirt\u00ebror, n\u00eb ngritjen e kishave e godinave t\u00eb tjera ndihm\u00ebse, zhvillimin e vepr\u00ebs s\u00eb saj sociale e filantropike etj.<\/span><\/p>\n

\n\t    Me rastin edhe t\u00eb Shenjt\u00ebrimit t\u00eb kish\u00ebs s\u00eb re fortt\u00ebbukur t\u00eb Dyzet\u00eb Shenjtor\u00ebve, Kryepiskopi u ndal n\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsin\u00eb e kish\u00ebs (tempullit) orthdhokse, si epiqend\u00ebr e Enoris\u00eb s\u00eb besimtar\u00ebve dhe t\u00eb jet\u00ebs s\u00eb tyre shpirt\u00ebrore. Me Orthodhoksin\u00eb bashk\u00ebudh\u00ebtar\u00eb jan\u00eb e v\u00ebrteta, dashuria dhe bukuria. T\u00eb tria k\u00ebto simbolizohen n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb n\u00eb tempullin orthodhoks, ku ve\u00e7 t\u00eb tjerash promovohet kultura. Nd\u00ebrtesat e adhurimit t\u00eb krishter\u00eb, q\u00eb u shtuan gjat\u00eb gjith\u00eb k\u00ebtyre viteve t\u00eb ringritjes s\u00eb Kish\u00ebs son\u00eb, n\u00eb qytete dhe fshatra, jan\u00eb gjithashtu edhe stoli arkitektonike, por edhe qendra t\u00eb ngritjes kulturore t\u00eb komunitetit t\u00eb besimtar\u00ebve. Me fjal\u00ebt e tij Fortlumturia e Tij i nxiti besimtar\u00ebt e Alikos q\u00eb t\u00eb tregojn\u00eb kujdes m\u00eb t\u00eb madh p\u00ebr kish\u00ebn e tyre t\u00eb re dhe sidomos, q\u00eb ta ngrohin at\u00eb me lutjen e tyre dhe pjes\u00ebmarrjen intensive n\u00eb mbledhjet adhuruese. Ta shnd\u00ebrrojn\u00eb at\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb qend\u00ebr t\u00eb dashuris\u00eb p\u00ebr Per\u00ebndin\u00eb, por edhe p\u00ebr njeriun – v\u00eblla.<\/span><\/p>\n

\n\t    Kisha e hirshme e Dyzet\u00eb Shenjtor\u00ebve n\u00eb Aliko u nd\u00ebrtua me inisiativ\u00ebn dhe fondet q\u00eb grumbulloi Kryepiskopi Anastas gjat\u00eb periudh\u00ebs 2006-2009. \u00cbsht\u00eb nj\u00eb kish\u00eb shum\u00eb e bukur me kube, me peristil n\u00eb fasad\u00eb dhe an\u00ebn jugore, me kambanore t\u00eb lart\u00ebsuar dhe nj\u00eb oborr, q\u00eb p\u00ebrb\u00ebn edhe nj\u00eb shesh-park t\u00eb bukur p\u00ebr komunitetin. N\u00eb katin p\u00ebrdhes t\u00eb kish\u00ebs ka mjedise p\u00ebr funksionimin e nj\u00eb qendre shpirt\u00ebrore t\u00eb enoris\u00eb, me sall\u00eb polifunksionale veprimtarish etj.<\/span><\/p>\n

\n\t    Pas p\u00ebrfundimit  t\u00eb Liturgjis\u00eb Hyjnore, n\u00eb oborrin e kish\u00ebs s\u00eb porsashenjt\u00ebruar t\u00eb mbushur plot e p\u00ebrplot nga besimtar\u00ebt, nga autoriteti i pushtetit lokal, u organizua ceremonia e dor\u00ebzimit Kryepiskopit Anastas t\u00eb titullit \u201cQytetar nderi\u201d i Komun\u00ebs s\u00eb Alikos, si shprehje e fal\u00ebnderimit dhe mir\u00ebnjohjes s\u00eb gjith\u00eb banor\u00ebve t\u00eb zon\u00ebs p\u00ebr gjith\u00e7ka ai ka b\u00ebr\u00eb p\u00ebr ringritjen nga hiri i shkat\u00ebrrimit komunist t\u00eb Kish\u00ebs Orthodhokse n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, por edhe konkretisht n\u00eb fshatrat dhe enorit\u00eb e zon\u00ebs. Kryepiskopin e p\u00ebrsh\u00ebndeti Kryetari i Komun\u00ebs, z. Kristo Kaishi, q\u00eb i dor\u00ebzoi edhe titullin. Gjithashtu, p\u00ebrsh\u00ebndeti me k\u00ebt\u00eb rast edhe N\u00ebnkryetari i Parlamentit dhe deputet i zon\u00ebs, z. Vangjel Dule.<\/span><\/p>\n

\n\t    Kryepiskopi Anastas duke fal\u00ebnderuar p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb gjest t\u00eb K\u00ebshillit t\u00eb Komun\u00ebs, por edhe p\u00ebr fjal\u00ebt e ngrohta t\u00eb dashuris\u00eb q\u00eb u than\u00eb, theksoi se m\u00eb e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishmja q\u00eb ka ndodhur gjat\u00eb k\u00ebtyre nj\u00ebzet\u00eb e tre viteve \u00ebsht\u00eb fakti se ai q\u00ebndroi pran\u00eb njer\u00ebzve, s\u00eb bashku me grigj\u00ebn orthodhokse, duke mir\u00ebkuptuar g\u00ebzimet dhe hidh\u00ebrimet e tyre, duke ndar\u00eb me dashuri me ta gjith\u00e7ka pati, me respekt ndaj dinjitetit t\u00eb \u00e7do njeriu.<\/span><\/p>\n

Dhimit\u00ebr do t\u00eb kryej\u00eb Sh\u00ebrbes\u00ebn e Shenjt\u00ebrimit t\u00eb kish\u00ebs s\u00eb hirshme t\u00eb Ungjill\u00ebzimit t\u00eb Per\u00ebndilind\u00ebses, q\u00eb ngrihet n\u00eb qend\u00ebr t\u00eb qytez\u00ebs s\u00eb K\u00eblcyr\u00ebs. Kjo kish\u00eb u nd\u00ebrtua nga ana e Kryepiskopit n\u00eb vitet e para, 1994-1996 dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb e tipit bazilik\u00eb me kube dhe kull\u00eb kambanoreje. \u00cbsht\u00eb ngritur n\u00eb truall pron\u00eb e Kish\u00ebs dhe q\u00eb at\u00ebher\u00eb meshohet pa nd\u00ebrprer\u00eb.  N\u00eb krah t\u00eb saj ngrihet gjithashtu nj\u00eb qend\u00ebr enorike shpirt\u00ebrore.<\/span><\/p>\n
