Si p\u00ebr t\u00eb vazhduar nj\u00eb iniciativ\u00eb t\u00eb nd\u00ebrprer\u00eb prej disa vitesh, pik\u00ebrisht vitin 1996 kur u zhvillua p\u00ebr her\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb kampi i vajzave. Problemet q\u00eb kaloi vendi yn\u00eb n\u00eb vitin 1997 \u00e7uan n\u00eb nd\u00ebrprerjen e kampit t\u00eb vajzave, por n\u00eb vitin 1999, n\u00eb rrethinat e k\u00ebtij kampi u strehuan rreth 800 kosovar\u00eb. Kaluan disa vite p\u00ebr t\u00eb ardhur n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb moment, kur ky kamp rihapi dyert e tij p\u00ebr t\u00eb pushuar disa dit\u00eb aktivist\u00eb nga rinia e Kish\u00ebs son\u00eb.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Kampi i Skrofotin\u00ebs ngrihet pran\u00eb nj\u00eb kodre t\u00eb vog\u00ebl n\u00eb fshatin me po t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtin em\u00ebr, pran\u00eb rrug\u00ebs komb\u00ebtare Fier-Vlor\u00eb. Kapacitet i kampit \u00ebsht\u00eb 43 persona, por mendohet q\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb ardhmen t\u00eb rritet numri pasi ambienti \u00ebsht\u00eb i mjaftuesh\u00ebm dhe me kushte komode. N\u00eb kamp mor\u00ebn pjes\u00eb rreth35 kampist\u00eb, nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb e tyre t\u00eb ardhur nga kampi i Zv\u00ebrnecit, nd\u00ebrsa pjesa tjet\u00ebr ishin f\u00ebmij\u00eb t\u00eb ardhur nga fshati i Skrofotin\u00ebs.
