M\u00eb kishte ftuar Patriarku i gjith\u00eb Gjeorgjis\u00eb, Fortlumturia e Tij Ilia, n\u00eb festimin e madh t\u00eb 1000-vjetorit t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtimit t\u00eb Kish\u00ebs Katedrale historike n\u00eb kryeqytetin e vjet\u00ebr Mtskheta t\u00eb Gjeorgjis\u00eb, q\u00eb t\u00eb isha fol\u00ebsi kryesor n\u00eb Liturgjin\u00eb Hyjnore festive, ku mor\u00ebn pjes\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues t\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha Kishave Orthodhokse Autoqefale. Gjithashtu, n\u00eb Universitetin \u201cSh\u00ebn Andrea i Par\u00ebthirruri\u201d t\u00eb Tbilisit, u shpalla \u201cDoktor Nderi\u201d i filozofis\u00eb. P\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb k\u00ebtij detyrimi nuk pata mund\u00ebsin\u00eb t\u00eb lexoja t\u00eb plot\u00eb pamfletin e dyt\u00eb, q\u00eb z. Kristo Frash\u00ebri kishte hartuar ndaj meje (9-10 tetor 2010). Meq\u00eb, p\u00ebrve\u00e7 karakterizimeve t\u00eb r\u00ebnda (\u201cshovinist grek\u201d, \u201cagjent\u201d, \u201cmercenar\u201d, \u201ci paligjsh\u00ebm\u201d, \u201cdhelp\u00ebr\u201d etj.), dhe n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi t\u00eb sulmit t\u00eb tij fyes e t\u00eb padrejt\u00eb, q\u00eb t\u00eb risjell n\u00eb kujtes\u00eb dialektin e vjetruar komunist, artikulli \u00ebsht\u00eb plot me pasakt\u00ebsi historike dhe me nj\u00eb dizinformim t\u00eb rreziksh\u00ebm, jam i detyruar t\u2019i p\u00ebrgjigjem n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb zgjeruar dhe t\u2019i referohem vepr\u00ebs sime.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\t&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\t<span style=\"color:#000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; AKUZA DHE FYERJE T\u00cb PABAZA<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\t&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\t<span style=\"color:#000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 1. M\u00eb habiti tej mase titulli n\u00eb faqen e par\u00eb t\u00eb Gazet\u00ebs Shqiptare: \u201cFrash\u00ebri, Janullatosi, shovinisti grek&#8230;\u201d. Dhe k\u00ebt\u00eb fyerje akuzuesi im e thot\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrs\u00ebritur. \u00cbsht\u00eb hera e par\u00eb q\u00eb m\u00eb atribuohet nj\u00eb karakterizim i till\u00eb. Deklaroj, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb kategorike: nuk jam shovinist dhe nuk kam qen\u00eb kurr\u00eb i till\u00eb. Qysh n\u00eb vitin 1962, kam p\u00ebrshkruar n\u00eb nj\u00eb artikull idealin tim: \u201cNjeriu ekumenik (i mbar\u00ebbotsh\u00ebm)\u201d. Dhe k\u00ebt\u00eb u p\u00ebrpoqa ta jetoj gjat\u00eb gjith\u00eb rrug\u00ebtimit tim. N\u00ebse do t\u00eb lexonin n\u00eb Greqi k\u00ebt\u00eb karakterizim, do t\u00eb qeshnin. Edhe emigrant\u00ebt shqiptar\u00eb kishin p\u00ebr t\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb po t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn gj\u00eb. Sepse ata e din\u00eb mir\u00eb q\u00eb shpesh b\u00ebhem objekt i kritik\u00ebs nga qarqe t\u00eb ndryshme shoviniste greke (si edhe nga ato analoge shqiptare). Gazetari i njohur shqiptar z. Gazmend Kapllani, i cili nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb as orthodhoks, shkruan n\u00eb gazet\u00ebn e njohur Ta Nea, 2.5.2006: \u201c&#8230; e konsideroj fat dhe nder t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb p\u00ebr Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb ekzistenc\u00ebn e k\u00ebtij personaliteti n\u00eb krye t\u00eb Kish\u00ebs Orthodhokse Autoqefale t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb&#8230; Anastasi p\u00ebrb\u00ebn nj\u00eb pik\u00eb tep\u00ebr t\u00eb vyer referimi p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb ne q\u00eb p\u00ebrpiqemi p\u00ebr bashkekzistenc\u00ebn midis grek\u00ebve dhe shqiptar\u00ebve. P\u00ebrb\u00ebn nj\u00eb pik\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme referimi se si \u00ebsht\u00eb e mundur q\u00eb bashkekzistenca t\u00eb mbizot\u00ebroj\u00eb mbi dyshimin tradicional, urt\u00ebsia t\u00eb mposht\u00eb propagand\u00ebn nacionaliste, veprat konkrete t\u00eb dashuris\u00eb t\u00eb fitojn\u00eb zemrat e njer\u00ebzve\u201d.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\t&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\t<span style=\"color:#000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; I propozoj \u00e7do lloj historiani t\u00eb hulumtoj\u00eb librat dhe artikujt e mi, t\u00eb botuar n\u00eb shum\u00eb gjuh\u00eb evropiane, q\u00eb t\u00eb gjej\u00eb ndonj\u00eb fraz\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb justifikuar fyerjen \u201cshovinist\u201d dhe epitetet e tjera fyese. Gjithashtu, ata q\u00eb n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri kan\u00eb ndjekur fjalimet dhe shkrimet e mia, e din\u00eb se sa e pabaz\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb kjo shpifje. N\u00ebse do t\u00eb kishte ekzistuar edhe dyshimi m\u00eb i vog\u00ebl, nuk do t\u00eb m\u00eb kishin nderuar me titullin \u201cDoktor Nderi\u201d 18 Universitete, jo vet\u00ebm t\u00eb Greqis\u00eb, por edhe t\u00eb Amerik\u00ebs, Italis\u00eb, Rumanis\u00eb, Qipros, Gjeorgjis\u00eb, Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb; as nuk do t\u00eb m\u00eb kishin zgjedhur kaq shum\u00eb her\u00eb, p\u00ebr dhjet\u00ebvje\u00e7ar\u00eb me radh\u00eb, n\u00eb pozita qendrore n\u00eb organizmat nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar\u00eb (Z\u00ebvend\u00ebspresident i Konferenc\u00ebs Evropiane t\u00eb Kishave; An\u00ebtar i K\u00ebshillit Evropian t\u00eb Lider\u00ebve Fetar\u00eb; President i K\u00ebshillit Bot\u00ebror t\u00eb Kishave ku marrin pjes\u00eb rreth 350 kisha nga mbar\u00eb bota; President Nderi i Konferenc\u00ebs Bot\u00ebrore p\u00ebr Fen\u00eb dhe Paqen). Organizma q\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb sistematike dhe t\u00eb pakompromis luftojn\u00eb racizmin dhe \u00e7do lloj shovinizmi.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\t&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\t<span style=\"color:#000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 2. N\u00eb sulmin e tij t\u00eb par\u00eb, t\u00eb papritur, z. Frash\u00ebri m\u00eb kishte akuzuar se bekova \u201carkivolet q\u00eb kishin brenda eshtra t\u00eb banor\u00ebve shqiptar\u00eb, midis t\u00eb cilave edhe t\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00ebve t\u00eb vegj\u00ebl q\u00eb vdiq\u00ebn para dhe pas Luft\u00ebs Italo-greke\u201d. Iu p\u00ebrgjigja kategorikisht se \u201c e ftoj t\u00eb thot\u00eb kur dhe ku b\u00ebra di\u00e7ka t\u00eb till\u00eb. B\u00ebhet fjal\u00eb p\u00ebr nj\u00eb informacion t\u00eb pabaz\u00eb, krejt\u00ebsisht t\u00eb g\u00ebnjesht\u00ebrt\u201d. Prisja ose t\u00eb tregoj\u00eb me t\u00eb dh\u00ebna konkrete se kur dhe ku ndodhi di\u00e7ka e till\u00eb, sepse nuk u b\u00eb, ose t\u00eb k\u00ebrkoj\u00eb falje. N\u00eb vend t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj, p\u00ebrs\u00ebrit pik\u00ebrisht t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn fraz\u00eb pa asnj\u00eb element provues, me nj\u00eb llafazan\u00ebri pa lidhje dhe nj\u00ebkoh\u00ebsisht shton nj\u00eb akuz\u00eb t\u00eb re, q\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast \u201cb\u00ebhet fjal\u00eb p\u00ebr nj\u00eb akt q\u00eb i shkon p\u00ebr shtat vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb hajduti varresh\u201d. T\u00eb tilla th\u00ebnie t\u00eb paturpshme, t\u00eb g\u00ebnjesht\u00ebrta dhe t\u00eb pamb\u00ebshtetura, nuk p\u00ebrb\u00ebjn\u00eb nj\u00eb kontribut p\u00ebr historin\u00eb.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\t&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\t<span style=\"color:#000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 3. Z. Frash\u00ebri i rikthehet tem\u00ebs s\u00eb kish\u00ebs s\u00eb P\u00ebrmetit, duke b\u00ebr\u00eb krahasimin me ato q\u00eb ndodh\u00ebn n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb. N\u00eb realitet, n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb nuk ekzistonte asnj\u00eb gjurm\u00eb nga kisha q\u00eb u shkat\u00ebrrua p\u00ebr t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtuar \u201cTirana International Hotel\u201d. Dhe do t\u00eb ishte jo e logjikshme t\u00eb k\u00ebrkohej shembja e hotelit. Por n\u00eb P\u00ebrmet vazhdojn\u00eb t\u00eb ekzistojn\u00eb muret e trash\u00eb t\u00eb kish\u00ebs s\u00eb hershme dhe shtesat q\u00eb u b\u00ebn\u00eb jan\u00eb relativisht m\u00eb t\u00eb vogla dhe pa ndonj\u00eb vler\u00eb estetike. As iu ofrua Kish\u00ebs ndonj\u00eb truall tjet\u00ebr, sikund\u00ebr u b\u00eb n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb. Ishte nj\u00eb detyrim i qeveris\u00eb shqiptare, pas vendosjes s\u00eb demokracis\u00eb, t\u2019i kthente Kish\u00ebs Orthodhokse vendet e kultit, si\u00e7 ndodhi edhe n\u00eb shtetet e tjera ish-komuniste, q\u00eb ato t\u00eb rehabilitohen n\u00eb p\u00ebrdorimin e tyre t\u00eb par\u00eb t\u00eb shenjt\u00eb. N\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigjen time t\u00eb m\u00ebparshme theksova: \u201cNe nuk jemi kund\u00ebr Sht\u00ebpis\u00eb s\u00eb Kultur\u00ebs, madje u ofruam t\u00eb gatsh\u00ebm t\u00eb kontribuojm\u00eb financiarisht p\u00ebr ngritjen e nj\u00eb nd\u00ebrtese tjet\u00ebr t\u00eb madhe n\u00eb truallin e dh\u00ebn\u00eb p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrtimin e Sht\u00ebpis\u00eb s\u00eb Kultur\u00ebs\u201d. Me gjith\u00eb k\u00ebto, z. Frash\u00ebri, p\u00ebrs\u00ebrit n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb monotone: \u201cse hir\u00ebsia e tij, kryepeshkopi A. Janullatos nuk do q\u00eb P\u00ebrmeti t\u00eb ket\u00eb nj\u00eb sht\u00ebpi kulture shqiptare. Do q\u00eb ta shnd\u00ebrroj\u00eb sht\u00ebpin\u00eb e kultur\u00ebs shqiptare n\u00eb nj\u00eb sht\u00ebpi kulture helenike, ndon\u00ebse P\u00ebrmeti nuk ka fare banor\u00eb grek\u00eb etnik\u00eb\u201d. Le t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb nj\u00eb vizit\u00eb, p\u00ebr t\u2019u siguruar se t\u00eb gjitha, n\u00eb vendin ku ndodhet kisha (Liturgjia, Sh\u00ebrbesat e tjera, kopshti etj.) kryhen n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe. Kisha Orthodhokse ka ekzistuar n\u00eb shekuj si qend\u00ebr e kultur\u00ebs, (e muzik\u00ebs, ikonografis\u00eb, poezis\u00eb; ajo ka qen\u00eb kryesisht burim dashurie, besimi, solidariteti e krijimtarie), duke pasuruar vlerat kulturore t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb. P\u00ebr sa i takon interesimit ton\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb p\u00ebr kultur\u00ebn, kjo tregohet qartazi prej faktit se me p\u00ebrpjekje t\u00eb mundimshme, grumbulluam fonde t\u00eb konsiderueshme dhe restauruam 60 monumente t\u00eb kultur\u00ebs n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, krijuam laborator\u00eb t\u00eb ikonografis\u00eb, restaurimit t\u00eb ikonave, kore kishtare etj.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\t&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\t<span style=\"color:#000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 4. N\u00eb vijim, ai merr p\u00ebrsip\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrshkruaj\u00eb historin\u00eb e Kish\u00ebs Orthodhokse dhe problemin e ringritjes s\u00eb saj nga viti 1991, duke i p\u00ebrzier ngjarjet e v\u00ebrteta me hipoteza fantazuese dhe detaje t\u00eb pasakta. P.sh. i referohet Tomosit t\u00eb Autoqefalis\u00eb s\u00eb Kish\u00ebs Orthodhokse Autoqefale t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, t\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb nga Patriarkana Ekumenike n\u00eb vitin 1937. \u201cKjo kushtetut\u00eb ka p\u00ebr historin\u00eb e KOASh-it nj\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi kardinale, mbasi ajo p\u00ebrmban t\u00eb gjitha prerogativat q\u00eb e sanksionojn\u00eb at\u00eb si nj\u00eb kish\u00eb komb\u00ebtare shqiptare, ashtu si\u00e7 jan\u00eb kushtetutat e kishave nacionale ortodokse t\u00eb vendeve t\u00eb ndryshme. Nj\u00eb nga pikat e saj t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme ishte skalitur n\u00eb nenin 16, ku thuhet se t\u00eb gjith\u00eb peshkop\u00ebt, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb specifike kryepeshkopi i KOASh-it, duhet t\u00eb jen\u00eb me komb\u00ebsi dhe shtet\u00ebsi shqiptare\u201d. Tomosi p\u00ebrb\u00ebhet nga nj\u00eb tekst i pandar\u00eb i shkruar n\u00eb greqisht. S\u00eb dyti, nuk p\u00ebrmban asnj\u00eb njohje t\u00eb Statutit t\u00eb vitit 1929. N\u00eb nj\u00eb pik\u00eb tjet\u00ebr, shkruan: \u201cTruri i Kish\u00ebs Orthodhokse greke nd\u00ebrhyri shpejt, e bindi Patriarkun Ekumenik, Bartholomeun t\u00eb d\u00ebrgoj\u00eb profesorin Anastas Janullatos si Eksark etj.\u201d. (Artikullshkruesi nuk e njeh faktin, se n\u00eb janarin e vitit 1991, kur u caktova Eksark, Vartholomeu nuk ishte Patriark. U b\u00eb m\u00eb von\u00eb, m\u00eb 22.10.1991). P\u00ebr sa i takon propozimit t\u00eb orthodhoks\u00ebve t\u00eb Amerik\u00ebs, Patriarkana kishte qart\u00ebsuar n\u00eb at\u00eb koh\u00eb se u zgjodh si eksark hierarku konkret jo se ishte grek, por sepse ishte i vetmi nga bota Orthodhokse q\u00eb kishte eksperienc\u00eb t\u00eb madhe n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e pun\u00ebs hierapostullore dhe t\u00eb formimit t\u00eb Kishave t\u00eb reja, ishte i pranuar nga mbar\u00eb bota Orthodhokse dhe m\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi nga ajo e Krishter\u00eb. Nga viti 1983 deri n\u00eb vitin 1991 kam qen\u00eb President i Komisionit Bot\u00ebror t\u00eb Hierapostullimit dhe Ungjill\u00ebzimit t\u00eb K\u00ebshillit Bot\u00ebror t\u00eb Kishave dhe kisha qen\u00eb kryetari i Asambles\u00eb s\u00eb K\u00ebshillit Bot\u00ebror t\u00eb Kishave t\u00eb Krishtera n\u00eb San Antonio, Teksas (1989). Me gjith\u00eb ngurrimet e para, vet\u00eb at\u00eb Artur Liolini, n\u00eb tetor t\u00eb vitit 2002, n\u00eb nj\u00eb intervist\u00eb t\u00eb tij dh\u00ebn\u00eb \u201cZ\u00ebrit t\u00eb Amerik\u00ebs\u201d, midis t\u00eb tjerash tha: \u201cSi shqiptar\u00eb ne duhet t\u00eb gjykojm\u00eb \u00e7do individ n\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb veprave t\u00eb tij dhe jo thjesht nisur nga origjina e tij etnike. Kam bindjen se Kryepiskopi Anastas do t\u00eb ishte nj\u00eb person i jasht\u00ebzakonsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr \u00e7do komb dhe jo vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr grek\u00ebt apo shqiptar\u00ebt. N\u00eb shum\u00eb m\u00ebnyra ai duhet par\u00eb si episkop Orthodhoks nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar, i cili ka ofruar nj\u00eb mesazh universal. N\u00eb rast se Imzot Fan Noli do t\u00eb ishte i gjall\u00eb sot, un\u00eb besoj se ai dhe Kryepiskopi Anastas do t\u00eb ishin miq dhe koleg\u00eb\u201d. N\u00eb nj\u00eb let\u00ebr t\u00eb tij drejtuar At\u00eb Luka Veronis, 13.10.2002, i thekson p\u00ebrs\u00ebri k\u00ebto fjal\u00eb: \u201cFrazat e m\u00ebsip\u00ebrme shprehin opinionin tim t\u00eb ndersh\u00ebm dhe t\u00ebr\u00ebsin\u00eb e mendimeve t\u00eb mia dhe nuk jan\u00eb nj\u00eb lavd\u00ebrim sa p\u00ebr t\u00eb kaluar radh\u00ebn. Veprimi im i par\u00eb ishte krijimi i nj\u00eb strukture elementare kishtare p\u00ebr p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsimin e Kish\u00ebs lokale. Prandaj edhe thirr\u00ebm (1-2.8.1991), nj\u00eb Ansamble t\u00eb P\u00ebrgjithshme Kleriko-Laike, me pjes\u00ebmarrjen e 15 klerik\u00ebve t\u00eb mbetur dhe 30 p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsueseve laik\u00eb t\u00eb krahinave kishtare t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb. N\u00eb Ansamble u shqyrtua n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb holl\u00ebsishme gjendja postkomuniste dhe u zgjodh\u00ebn kat\u00ebr epitrop\u00eb arkiehieratik\u00eb dhe nj\u00eb K\u00ebshill i P\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm kleriko-laik me 13 an\u00ebtar\u00eb. P\u00ebrpjekja jon\u00eb kryesore ishte k\u00ebrkimi i personave t\u00eb p\u00ebrshtatsh\u00ebm me shtet\u00ebsi shqiptare p\u00ebr t\u2019i dor\u00ebzuar si episkop\u00eb; e kryesisht gjetja e kandidatur\u00ebs s\u00eb kryepiskopit, qoft\u00eb edhe nga rreshtat e laik\u00ebve t\u00eb arsimuar, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt ishin t\u00eb pamartuar. Fatkeq\u00ebsisht, di\u00e7ka e till\u00eb ishte e pamundur. T\u00eb gjith\u00eb dhe gjith\u00e7ka koincidonin n\u00eb nj\u00eb mendim, se ringritja e Kish\u00ebs lokale ishte e paarritshme e bazuar ekskluzivisht n\u00eb mund\u00ebsit\u00eb e brendshme.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\t&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\t<span style=\"color:#000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; N\u00eb maj t\u00eb vitit 1992, po b\u00ebhesha gati p\u00ebr t\u2019u kthyer p\u00ebrs\u00ebri n\u00eb detyrimet e mia t\u00eb Universitetit. Isha propozuar edhe si an\u00ebtar i Akdemis\u00eb s\u00eb Athin\u00ebs. At\u00ebher\u00eb, shum\u00eb klerik\u00eb dhe laik\u00eb t\u00eb Kish\u00ebs s\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, pavar\u00ebsisht origjin\u00ebs, m\u2019u lut\u00ebn t\u00eb q\u00ebndroja dhe t\u00eb nd\u00ebrmarr vepr\u00ebn e ringritjes s\u00eb Kish\u00ebs s\u00eb shkat\u00ebrruar. Nj\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsi e K\u00ebshillit t\u00eb P\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm Kishtar vizitoi Patriarkan\u00ebn Ekumenike (5-8.6.1992), p\u00ebr her\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb pas persekutimit dhe k\u00ebrkoi zgjedhjen e Eksarkut Patriarkal si Primat i Kish\u00ebs Orthodhokse t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb. Nuk b\u00ebhej fjal\u00eb p\u00ebr ofrimin e ndonj\u00eb froni; Kryepiskopata nuk dispononte as edhe nj\u00eb dhom\u00eb t\u00eb vetme, as nj\u00eb fije let\u00ebr dhe as lek\u00eb. Ishte caktimi i nj\u00eb apostullimi kryqi, n\u00eb nj\u00eb rajon t\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00eb dhe t\u00eb shkretuar.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\t&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\t<span style=\"color:#000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; M\u00eb 24.6.1992, Sinodi i Shenjt\u00eb i Patriarkan\u00ebs Ekumenike e zgjodhi me votim unanim eksarkun e deriat\u00ebhersh\u00ebm Kryepiskop t\u00eb Tiran\u00ebs dhe t\u00eb gjith\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, si dhe zgjodhi tre Mitropolit\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00eb, p\u00ebr krijimin e Sinodit lokal. Ky veprim bazohej n\u00eb faktin se Patriarkana Ekumenike ka p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsin\u00eb p\u00ebr Kishat n\u00eb nevoj\u00eb dhe se ishte ajo q\u00eb i kishte dh\u00ebn\u00eb Autoqefalin\u00eb Kish\u00ebs s\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb. Si rrjedhoj\u00eb, ajo vet\u00ebm mund t\u00eb nd\u00ebrmerrte iniciativ\u00ebn p\u00ebr krijimin, n\u00eb nj\u00eb koh\u00eb sa m\u00eb t\u00eb shkurt\u00ebr t\u00eb Kish\u00ebs lokale. Me zgjedhjen e Kryepiskopit, Patriarkana Ekumenike nuk u interesua t\u00eb heq\u00eb Autoqefalin\u00eb, por ndodhi pik\u00ebrisht e kund\u00ebrta, e siguroi at\u00eb. Mbi 23 vite ishte shfuqizuar \u00e7do struktur\u00eb e Kish\u00ebs lokale dhe p\u00ebr disa teolog\u00eb orthodhoks\u00eb, p\u00ebrderisa nuk ekzistonte Kisha lokale, nuk ekzistonte as autoqefalia. P\u00ebr t\u00eb mos l\u00ebn\u00eb asnj\u00eb lloj ngurrimi, Patriarkana vendosi t\u00eb p\u00ebrshpejtoj\u00eb procedurat. Dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb rivendosur struktur\u00ebn kishtare n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb thelb\u00ebsore, zgjodhi menj\u00ebher\u00eb kryepiskopin, sepse Kisha Orthodhokse nuk mund t\u00eb kuptohet pa episkop.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\t&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\t<span style=\"color:#000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; N\u00eb lidhje me Patriarkan\u00ebn Ekumenike z. Frash\u00ebri her\u00eb shprehet pozitivisht, her\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb mohuese. Por e njeh autoritetin, eksperienc\u00ebn nomokanonike dhe veprimet e Patriarkan\u00ebs Ekumenike t\u00eb vitit 1937. Nd\u00ebrsa ato q\u00eb i takojn\u00eb vitit 1992 i v\u00eb n\u00eb pik\u00ebpyetje. N\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrs\u00ebritur i referohet Tomosit t\u00eb Autoqefalis\u00eb, q\u00eb u dha nga Patriarkana Ekumenike n\u00eb vitin 1937. Por duket qart\u00eb se nuk e ka lexuar. Ai mb\u00ebshtet tez\u00ebn se \u201cn\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me t\u00eb Drejt\u00ebn Kanoniko-Kishtare, \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb fuqi Statuti i vitit 1929, q\u00eb u miratua nga Patriarkana Ekumenike n\u00eb Tomosin e vitit 1937\u201d. Dhe mendon se, \u201ckur u zgjodh kryepiskopi, nuk ekzistonte nj\u00eb Sinod i Shenjt\u00eb i Kish\u00ebs s\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb q\u00eb ka t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn t\u00eb zgjedh\u00eb Kryepiskopin e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb\u201d. Por pik\u00ebrisht p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb arsye ishte e domosdoshme t\u00eb zgjidhej, pa vones\u00eb, Kryepiskopi nga Sinodi i Patriarkan\u00ebs Ekumenike, q\u00eb i kishte dh\u00ebn\u00eb Kish\u00ebs s\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb Autoqefalin\u00eb.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\t&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\t<span style=\"color:#000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Pas q\u00ebndrimit n\u00eb pritje q\u00eb zgjati nj\u00eb jav\u00eb, Presidenti i at\u00ebhersh\u00ebm i Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb z. T\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn gj\u00eb i p\u00ebrs\u00ebriti delegacionit t\u00eb Patriarkan\u00ebs t\u00eb p\u00ebrb\u00ebr\u00eb nga tre vet\u00eb, q\u00eb e vizitoi m\u00eb 4 korrik 1992. Pas k\u00ebsaj u b\u00eb fron\u00ebzimi n\u00eb Kish\u00ebn Katedrale t\u00eb Tiran\u00ebs m\u00eb 2 gusht 1992, n\u00eb prani t\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb klerik\u00ebve e laik\u00ebve, p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues t\u00eb krahinave t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb. Liturgjia Hyjnore p\u00ebrfundoi rregullisht. Po k\u00ebshtu edhe ceremonia e thjesht\u00eb e fron\u00ebzimit. Nga fundi, nj\u00eb grup, n\u00ebn drejtimin e deputetit mysliman z. Uran Butka, u fut\u00ebn n\u00eb kish\u00eb dhe hodh\u00ebn gjithashtu parulla kund\u00ebr Kryepiskopit. U b\u00eb e njohur me Letra Patriarkale zyrtare drejtuar t\u00eb gjitha Kishave Orthodhokse Autoqefale, q\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshinin p\u00ebrs\u00ebri n\u00eb Diptik\u00ebt e tyre, pas 40 vjet mungese, emrin e Kish\u00ebs s\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, si edhe emrin e Primatit t\u00eb saj. Pohimi i z. Frash\u00ebri se fron\u00ebzimi (l\u00eb t\u00eb kuptohet edhe zgjedhja), i Kryepiskopit, u b\u00eb i pavler\u00eb automatikisht meq\u00eb nj\u00eb grup i vog\u00ebl thirr\u00ebn \u201ci padenj\u00eb\u201d, \u00ebsht\u00eb nga ana e t\u00eb Drejt\u00ebs Kanonike, krejt\u00ebsisht i pabaz\u00eb. Fron\u00ebzimi ishte kryer gjat\u00eb koh\u00ebs s\u00eb Liturgjis\u00eb Hyjnore, e cila tashm\u00eb kishte p\u00ebrfunduar. Sulmi i tyre i vonuar sh\u00ebrbeu vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr shfryt\u00ebzim mediatik dhe p\u00ebr krijimin e p\u00ebrshtypjeve n\u00eb publikun q\u00eb ka mosnjohje p\u00ebr \u00e7\u00ebshtjet e Orthodhoksis\u00eb. Prandaj edhe u braktis shum\u00eb shpejt.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\t&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\t<span style=\"color:#000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Aty ku kalon \u00e7do kufi logjike dhe mir\u00ebsjelljeje \u00ebsht\u00eb kur z. Frash\u00ebri pohon, se \u201cpika m\u00eb e dob\u00ebt e fron\u00ebzimit t\u00eb tij si kryepeshkop i Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb fakti se deri sot pas 18 vjet\u00ebsh, ai nuk ka botuar asnj\u00eb procesverbal t\u00eb hartuar n\u00eb koh\u00ebn e fron\u00ebzimit dhe t\u00eb n\u00ebnshkruar nga peshkop\u00ebt q\u00eb u ndodh\u00ebn n\u00eb koh\u00ebn e fron\u00ebzimit, q\u00eb t\u00eb deklarojn\u00eb me p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi se n\u00eb ceremonin\u00eb solemne t\u00eb 2 gushtit 1992, t\u00eb mbajtur n\u00eb katedralen e Tiran\u00ebs, ai, Hir\u00ebsia e tij Anastas Janullatos, u zgjodh nj\u00ebz\u00ebri n\u00eb p\u00ebrshtatje me kanonet tradicionale kishtare Kryepeshkop i KOASH-it. Pa nj\u00eb procesverbal t\u00eb till\u00eb, t\u00eb gjitha deklaratat q\u00eb ai ka b\u00ebr\u00eb posht\u00eb e p\u00ebrpjet\u00eb jan\u00eb pa vler\u00eb, madje mund ta themi me plot goj\u00ebn, jan\u00eb mashtrime\u201d. Dhe p\u00ebrs\u00ebri z. Frash\u00ebri tregon se nuk ka asnj\u00eb njohje t\u00eb tradit\u00ebs orthodhokse. Ngat\u00ebrron Zgjedhjen me Fron\u00ebzimin. Zgjedhja ishte kryer tashm\u00eb n\u00eb Patriarkan\u00ebn Ekumenike dhe Fron\u00ebzimi ishte nj\u00eb rrjedhoj\u00eb e saj, nj\u00eb ceremoni q\u00eb nuk ka nevoj\u00eb as p\u00ebr firmat e atyre q\u00eb qen\u00eb t\u00eb pranish\u00ebm dhe as p\u00ebr miratime t\u00eb tjera.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\t&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\t<span style=\"color:#000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; E t\u00ebr\u00eb procedura e vendosjes dhe e pranimit t\u00eb nj\u00eb primati Orthodhoks vuloset me regjistrimin e tij n\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb diptik\u00ebt e Kishave Orthodhokse dhe kujtimin (thirrjen) e emrit t\u00eb tij nga t\u00eb gjith\u00eb primat\u00ebt e tjer\u00eb sa her\u00eb q\u00eb k\u00ebta meshojn\u00eb. Kjo ka 18 vjet q\u00eb kryhet n\u00eb mbar\u00eb Bot\u00ebn Orthodhokse, sa her\u00eb meshojn\u00eb Patriark\u00ebt dhe Kryepiskop\u00ebt primat\u00eb t\u00eb Kish\u00ebs Orthodhokse.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\t&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\t<span style=\"color:#000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Theksoj faktin se Kisha Orthodhokse p\u00ebrb\u00ebn nj\u00eb trup shpirt\u00ebror unik. Veprimet e \u00e7do Kishe lokale ndiqen dhe kontrollohen nga mbar\u00eb bota Orthodhokse. N\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb vendosja e Primatit t\u00eb ri t\u00eb Kish\u00ebs lokale vuloset nga ana nomokanonike me Letrat Paq\u00ebsore, t\u00eb cilat Primati i ri ua d\u00ebrgon Primat\u00ebve t\u00eb Kishave t\u00eb tjera Orthodhokse Autoqefale dhe merr nj\u00ebkoh\u00ebsisht edhe p\u00ebrgjigjet e tyre zyrtare. Z\u00ebri i Komitetit p\u00ebr Mbrojtjen e Autoqefalis\u00eb s\u00eb Kish\u00ebs s\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, q\u00eb e kujtoi z. Frash\u00ebri, me gjith\u00eb retorik\u00ebn e tij plot llafazan\u00ebri ra n\u00eb boshll\u00ebk. Shumica d\u00ebrrmuese e orthodhoks\u00ebve e injoroi. P\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesit orthodhoks\u00eb, n\u00eb nj\u00eb mbledhje t\u00eb jasht\u00ebzakonshme kleriko-laike n\u00eb Durr\u00ebs, m\u00eb 21.1.1993, shpall\u00ebn se nuk b\u00ebhet fjal\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb pranojn\u00eb di\u00e7ka t\u00eb till\u00eb. N\u00eb vjesht\u00eb t\u00eb vitit 1994, me projektkushtetut\u00ebn, u nd\u00ebrmor p\u00ebrs\u00ebri largimi i Kryepiskopit. Por p\u00ebrfundimisht, kjo e fundit u hodh posht\u00eb n\u00eb referendumin e dat\u00ebs 6.11.1994. Shumica d\u00ebrrmuese e orthodhoks\u00ebve ishte p\u00ebrcaktuese n\u00eb rezultatin e k\u00ebtij votimi, pavar\u00ebsisht origjin\u00ebs etnike (shqiptar\u00eb, grek\u00eb, arumun\u00eb, sllav\u00eb), dhe u bashkua rreth Kryepiskopit me nj\u00eb p\u00ebrkushtim shpirt\u00ebror. Orthodhoks\u00ebt e Kor\u00e7\u00ebs nis\u00ebn t\u00eb par\u00ebt t\u00eb mbledhin firma p\u00ebr q\u00ebndrimin e Kryepiskopit dhe shembullin e tyre e ndoq\u00ebn Orthodhoks\u00ebt e qyteteve t\u00eb tjera. Numri i firmave arriti n\u00eb 80.000, pavar\u00ebsisht nga bindjet dhe kahu politik. I ngjash\u00ebm ishte edhe q\u00ebndrimi i tyre sa i takon edhe projektkushtetut\u00ebs.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\t&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\t<span style=\"color:#000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Nga viti 1994, zhurma e v\u00ebnies n\u00eb dyshim u shter, madje edhe z. Frash\u00ebri na vizitoi shum\u00eb her\u00eb n\u00eb godin\u00ebn e Kryepiskopat\u00ebs n\u00eb raste festash, pa m\u00eb shprehur asnj\u00eb her\u00eb ngurrimet e tij t\u00eb vjetra. Shkakton ilaritet fraza e tij: \u201cN\u00eb fakt, A. Janullatosi \u00ebsht\u00eb kryepeshkop i pleqve dhe i plakave\u201d- kur njihet mir\u00eb mosha e tij. Do t\u00eb mund t\u00eb vinte n\u00eb nj\u00eb Liturgji t\u00eb thjesht\u00eb Hyjnore t\u00eb s\u00eb Diel\u00ebs (gj\u00eb q\u00eb nuk e ka b\u00ebr\u00eb p\u00ebr kaq shum\u00eb vite), p\u00ebr t\u00eb par\u00eb se kisha \u00ebsht\u00eb plot e p\u00ebrplot me t\u00eb gjitha moshat, ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht me t\u00eb rinj. Vijoi vepra krijuese e zhvillimit t\u00eb Kish\u00ebs Orthodhokse Autoqefale t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, q\u00eb iu referova p\u00ebrmbledhtazi n\u00eb fund t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigjes sime t\u00eb m\u00ebparshme, r\u00ebnd\u00ebsia e s\u00eb cil\u00ebs njihet si nga Orthodhoks\u00ebt e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, ashtu edhe m\u00eb gjer\u00eb, nga bota Orthodhokse dhe n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi ajo e krishter\u00eb.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\t&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\t<span style=\"color:#000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; N\u00eb korrik t\u00eb vitit 1996, pa nj\u00eb marr\u00ebveshje t\u00eb re me politik\u00ebn shqiptare ose me pal\u00ebn kishtare, u thirra si Kryepiskop t\u00eb shkoj n\u00eb Konstandinopoj\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb kryer dor\u00ebzimet e mitropolit\u00ebve q\u00eb ishin zgjedhur n\u00eb vitin 1992. Nuk pranova ta b\u00ebj nj\u00eb gj\u00eb t\u00eb till\u00eb, duke i q\u00ebndruar besnik atyre p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilat kishim r\u00ebn\u00eb dakord me Presidentin e Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb. Pasuan dit\u00eb t\u00eb dhimbshme, sepse isha i detyruar n\u00eb nj\u00eb klim\u00eb t\u00eb mosbesimit t\u00eb dyfisht\u00eb, t\u00eb jap shpjegime, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrs\u00ebritur, ndaj t\u00eb dy pal\u00ebve, se nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e mundur t\u00eb arrihet n\u00eb zgjidhjen e duhur t\u00eb problemit me veprime t\u00eb nj\u00ebanshme, por vet\u00ebm me procedura konsensuale, q\u00eb si q\u00ebllim ekskluziv t\u00eb tyrin duhet t\u00eb kishin progresin e pandalsh\u00ebm t\u00eb Kish\u00ebs s\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb. Qarqe t\u00eb ndryshme nacionaliste t\u00eb Greqis\u00eb filluan polemik\u00ebn e ashp\u00ebr kund\u00ebr meje. Si p\u00ebrfundim, \u00e7\u00ebshtja e formimit t\u00eb Sinodit t\u00eb Shenjt\u00eb u zgjidh pas shum\u00eb negocimesh t\u00eb mundimshme t\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesve t\u00eb Patriarkan\u00ebs Ekumenike, t\u00eb Kish\u00ebs s\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb dhe t\u00eb autoriteteve shqiptare (n\u00ebntor 1997-korrik 1998), me pranimin e p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt t\u00eb formatit q\u00eb t\u00eb pranohej mitropoliti i zgjedhur me origjin\u00eb arvanitase, Hir\u00ebsia e Tij Ignati dhe t\u00eb zgjidheshin dy shqiptar\u00eb: Arkimandriti Joan Pelushi si Mitropolit i Kor\u00e7\u00ebs dhe Ikonomi Kozma Qirjo si Episkop i Apollonis\u00eb. Frash\u00ebri p\u00ebrpiqet t\u00eb tregoj\u00eb se Kryepiskopi \u00ebsht\u00eb \u201ci paligjsh\u00ebm\u201d dhe nxjerr p\u00ebrfundimin se cili \u00ebsht\u00eb, sipas tij, Statuti n\u00eb fuqi i Kish\u00ebs Orthodhokse Autoqefale t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\t&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\t<span style=\"color:#000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Q\u00eb lexuesit e interesuar t\u00eb qart\u00ebsohen, po p\u00ebrmend p\u00ebrmbledhtazi faktet q\u00eb kan\u00eb lidhje me k\u00ebt\u00eb pik\u00eb.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\t&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\t<span style=\"color:#000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Kisha e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb njohu n\u00eb t\u00eb kaluar\u00ebn dy statute: m\u00eb i vjetri i vitit 1929 dhe m\u00eb i riu i vitit 1950. I fundit u b\u00eb ligji i shtetit, duke shfuqizuar ligj\u00ebrisht t\u00eb m\u00ebparshmin me dekretin nr. 1065, t\u00eb 4 majit t\u00eb vitit 1950. Por edhe ky dekret pushoi s\u00eb pasuri fuqi ligj\u00ebrisht me dekretin nr. 4337, t\u00eb 11 n\u00ebntorit 1967. Sikund\u00ebr e kishte theksuar n\u00eb vitin 1992 juristi Teodor Papapavli, profesor i Jurisprudenc\u00ebs: \u201c&#8230; me dekretin e fundit jan\u00eb shfuqizuar t\u00eb gjitha statutet e komuniteteve fetare. Shteti i sot\u00ebm demokratik shqiptar n\u00eb vitin 1992 nuk ka akoma kushtetut\u00eb. Dispozitat Kryesore Kushtetuese, t\u00eb miratuara nga parlamenti pluralist nuk e trajtojn\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje. N\u00eb boshll\u00ebkun legjislativ ekzistues, p\u00ebr mendimin ton\u00eb, vlejn\u00eb kanonet e sinodeve ekumenike dhe aktet nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare q\u00eb garantojn\u00eb lirin\u00eb e besimeve fetare\u201d (\u201cRilindja Demokratike\u201d, 16.9. 1992). Disavantazhi kryesor i k\u00ebtyre dy statuteve ishte se u krijuan dhe u imponuan nga regjime politike q\u00eb s\u2019kishin lidhje dhe n\u00eb shum\u00eb gj\u00ebra armiq\u00ebsore ndaj Kish\u00ebs Orthodhokse. Sepse institucionalizonin var\u00ebsi t\u00eb Kish\u00ebs nga pushteti shtet\u00ebror. Statuti i par\u00eb, i vitit 1929, u b\u00eb kur Shqip\u00ebria ishte monarki. Dhe i dyti, i vitit 1950, kur n\u00eb vend ishte vendosur regjimi ateist dhe partia n\u00eb fuqi donte t\u00eb kontrollonte t\u00ebr\u00ebsisht Kish\u00ebn. T\u00eb dy anashkalonin parime themeltare kishtare. Kisha Orthodhokse nuk u themelua n\u00eb shekullin e 20-t\u00eb dhe ka kanone q\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb diakronike jan\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktues dhe t\u00eb detyruesh\u00ebm p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjitha Kishat Orthodhokse n\u00eb mbar\u00eb bot\u00ebn. Statutet e tyre thjesht mbi baz\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebtyre kanoneve, p\u00ebrcaktonin marr\u00ebdh\u00ebniet me udh\u00ebheqjet e ndryshme politike q\u00eb erdh\u00ebn n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri. T\u00eb dy k\u00ebto statute q\u00eb u institucionalizuan me ligje, u shfuqizuan p\u00ebrs\u00ebri me ligj kur u shfuqizuan sistemet e vjetra politike. Shteti shqiptar nuk u shp\u00ebrb\u00eb n\u00eb vitin 1990 nga nj\u00eb revolucion. Si rrjedhoj\u00eb pati vazhdim\u00ebsi ligjore dhe legjislative. N\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb Kushtetut\u00ebs n\u00eb fuqi t\u00eb vitit 1998 t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb shum\u00eb nga dispozitat e statuteve t\u00eb m\u00ebsip\u00ebrm, si dhe kushtet q\u00eb ato caktojn\u00eb, bien n\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtim dhe jan\u00eb krejt\u00ebsisht antikushtetuese.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\t&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\t<span style=\"color:#000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; P\u00ebr t\u2019u p\u00ebrballur me boshll\u00ebkun q\u00eb u krijua nga koha q\u00eb pasoi shkat\u00ebrrimin e Kish\u00ebs s\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, nj\u00eb Ansamble e P\u00ebrgjithshme e ve\u00e7ant\u00eb kishtare (me p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues t\u00eb krahinave t\u00eb ndryshme t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb), q\u00eb u mblodh n\u00eb Durr\u00ebs m\u00eb 21 janar 1993, vendosi, p\u00ebr periudh\u00ebn e tranzicionit pas vendosjes s\u00eb demokracis\u00eb, pranimin e p\u00ebrkohsh\u00ebm t\u00eb atyre neneve t\u00eb Statutit t\u00eb vitit 1950 q\u00eb nuk binin ndesh me kushtet bashk\u00ebkohore, nd\u00ebrsa, n\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn koh\u00eb pranoi zgjedhjen e Kryepiskopit nj\u00ebz\u00ebri dhe i shfaqi atij besimin e saj. Gjithashtu u vendos q\u00eb t\u00eb pritej Kushtetuta e re e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, q\u00eb, mbi baz\u00eb t\u00eb parimeve q\u00eb ajo do t\u00eb caktonte, t\u00eb krijohej Statuti i ri. Esencialisht, jeta dhe administrimi i Kish\u00ebs do t\u00eb vijonin t\u00eb rregulloheshin nga kanonet apostolike dhe sinodike t\u00eb Kish\u00ebs Orthodhokse, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt kan\u00eb fuqi p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjitha Kishat autoqefale lokale. Kushtetuta e re e Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, q\u00eb u votua n\u00eb vitin 1998, p\u00ebrcaktoi karakterin laik t\u00eb shtetit dhe me dy nenet e saj, (neni 10 dhe 24) sanksionoi plot\u00ebsisht lirin\u00eb fetare dhe pavar\u00ebsin\u00eb e komuniteteve fetare. Me ratifikimin e Kushtetut\u00ebs s\u00eb re, filloi puna p\u00ebr hartimin e Projektstatutit t\u00eb Kish\u00ebs son\u00eb. Gjithashtu u k\u00ebrkua edhe mendimi i specialist\u00ebve n\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtjet nomokanonike t\u00eb Orthodhoksis\u00eb.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\t&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\t<span style=\"color:#000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,geneva,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; M\u00eb 4 n\u00ebntor 2006, u thirr n\u00eb Akademin\u00eb Theologjike \u201cNgjallja e Krishtit\u201d pran\u00eb Manastirit t\u00eb Shenjt\u00eb t\u00eb Sh\u00ebn Vlashit n\u00eb Durr\u00ebs, nj\u00eb Ansamble e ve\u00e7ant\u00eb Kleriko-laike, n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn merrnin pjes\u00eb an\u00ebtar\u00ebt e Sinodit t\u00eb Shenjt\u00eb, K\u00ebshilli Kishtar Kleriko-laik, t\u00eb gjith\u00eb klerik\u00ebt, si edhe p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesit laik\u00eb t\u00eb Kryepiskopat\u00ebs, t\u00eb Mitropolive me nj\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsim t\u00eb drejt\u00eb t\u00eb burrave, grave dhe t\u00eb rinjve. Kjo Asamble Kleriko-laike e p\u00ebrb\u00ebr\u00eb nga 257 an\u00ebtar\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00ebsin\u00eb e saj, studioi dhe pranoi nj\u00ebz\u00ebri Projektin e Statutit t\u00eb ri t\u00eb Kish\u00ebs Orthodhokse Autoqefale t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb. Dhe ky Statut u miratua p\u00ebrfundimisht nga Sinodi i Shenjt\u00eb, m\u00eb 6 n\u00ebntor 2006. N\u00eb fund, m\u00eb 22 janar 2009, kjo Marr\u00ebveshje u dekretua nga Presidenti i Republik\u00ebs z. Bamir Topi dhe u b\u00eb ligj i shtetit. N\u00eb vijim t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj, pas depozitimit t\u00eb dokumentacionit t\u00eb parashikuar, Gjykata e Tiran\u00ebs e njohu edhe ligj\u00ebrisht si person juridik Kish\u00ebn Orthodhokse Autoqefale t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb sipas regjimit juridik t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, e cila administrohet dhe rregullohet sipas Statutit t\u00eb lartp\u00ebrmendur. Historia \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb lum\u00eb q\u00eb rrjedh. Kisha p\u00ebrshtatet me kushtet e reja. Sa u takon deklaratave q\u00eb u b\u00ebn\u00eb m\u00eb pas nga pal\u00eb t\u00eb ndryshme, nuk kisha asnj\u00eb komunikim me ask\u00ebnd. Ai p\u00ebrmend dy persona t\u00eb komunitetit grek dhe ministrin plot\u00ebsues t\u00eb Greqis\u00eb (t\u00eb cilit madje nuk ia di as emrin, shkruan Delavekura, nd\u00ebrsa ishte z. Dh. Drutsas), por l\u00eb m\u00ebnjan\u00eb- n\u00eb teorin\u00eb e tij \u201cmbi konspiracionin\u201d n\u00eb t\u00eb cilin gjoja mora pjes\u00eb &#8211; q\u00eb t\u00eb sh\u00ebnoj\u00eb se n\u00eb at\u00eb merrte pjes\u00eb edhe &#8230; Kryeministri i vendit z. Sali Berisha me deklarat\u00ebn e m\u00ebposhtme n\u00eb dt. 14\/08\/2010: &#8220;Vrasja e nj\u00eb njeriu n\u00eb \u00e7do rast, por me qellim \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb krim i sh\u00ebmtuar dhe i d\u00ebnuesh\u00ebm. Motivet, n\u00eb rast se faktohen ato q\u00eb thuhen jan\u00eb edhe m\u00eb t\u00eb sh\u00ebmtuara. Qeveria ka k\u00ebrkuar dhe k\u00ebrkon nga organet e rendit q\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb \u00e7do p\u00ebrpjekje p\u00ebr t\u00eb vendosur autorin kryesor t\u00eb k\u00ebtij krimi para drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb. E theksoj edhe nj\u00eb her\u00eb, n\u00eb rast se faktohen motivet q\u00eb njoftojn\u00eb mediat, por edhe njer\u00ebz t\u00eb tjer\u00eb, kjo e b\u00ebn k\u00ebt\u00eb krim edhe m\u00eb mizor. \u00cbsht\u00eb nj\u00eb gjest i nj\u00eb fanatizmi t\u00eb verb\u00ebr ekstrem. Nuk besoj t\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb shqiptar\u00eb, q\u00eb nuk e din\u00eb se komuniteti n\u00eb at\u00eb qytet \u00ebsht\u00eb bilingual dhe jo sot, edhe 100 vjet m\u00eb par\u00eb, por edhe 200 vjet m\u00eb par\u00eb. T\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigjesh n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn q\u00eb preferon, t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigjesh dhe t\u00eb ndodh\u00eb kjo, \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb e r\u00ebnd\u00eb. Sidoqoft\u00eb, k\u00ebto do t\u2019i hetoj\u00eb dhe sakt\u00ebsoj\u00eb drejt\u00ebsia. Organet e rendit duhet q\u00eb autorin ta vendosin para ligjit.
