Vendimet e tij i njohu qeveria shqiptare, e cila dhe e kishte shtyr\u00eb at\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb zhvillohej. N\u00eb Kongres u caktua K\u00ebshilli i Lart\u00eb Kishtar, q\u00eb do t\u00eb drejtonte p\u00ebrkoh\u00ebsisht Kish\u00ebn.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 N\u00eb shkurt 1929 u formua Sinodi i Shenjt\u00eb i p\u00ebrb\u00ebr\u00eb nga: Visarioni (Xhuvani) (q\u00eb ishte dor\u00ebzuar n\u00eb episkop, n\u00eb Serbi m\u00eb 1925) si Kryepiskop i Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb dhe mbik\u00ebqyr\u00ebs i mitropolis\u00eb s\u00eb Kor\u00e7\u00ebs, Agathangjeli (\u00c7am\u00e7e) mitropolit i Beratit, Ambrozi (Ikonomi) mitropolit i Drinopolit dhe Efthimi (Kosteva) ndihm\u00ebs i Kryepiskopit.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 N\u00eb 29 qershor 1929, n\u00eb Kongresin e Dyt\u00eb Kleriko-laike q\u00eb u mbajt n\u00eb Kor\u00e7\u00eb, u votua \u201cStatuti i Kish\u00ebs Orthodhokse Autoqefale t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb\u201d. Patriarkana Ekumenike refuzoi t\u00eb pranonte k\u00ebto veprime jokanonike, por u tregua e gatshme p\u00ebr t\u2019i dh\u00ebn\u00eb vetadministrim dhe paralelisht p\u00ebrdorimin e gjuh\u00ebs shqipe n\u00eb adhurim, predikim dhe n\u00eb arsimimin kishtar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0P\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb zhvillimeve politike dhe rreziqeve t\u00eb ndryshme nga Per\u00ebndimi, Patriarkana pranoi t\u00eb diskutonte gjithashtu edhe \u00e7\u00ebshtjen e Autoqefalis\u00eb. Madje, ajo d\u00ebrgoi n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri p\u00ebr bisedime me autoritetet shqiptare Mitropolitin e shquar t\u00eb Trapezund\u00ebs, Krisanthin, q\u00eb m\u00eb von\u00eb u b\u00eb Kryepiskop i Athin\u00ebs. Krisanthi u shpreh pro dh\u00ebnies s\u00eb Autoqefalis\u00eb dhe sugjeroi ecurin\u00eb n\u00eb vazhdim.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Q\u00eb t\u00eb normalizoheshin marr\u00ebdh\u00ebniet me Patriarkan\u00ebn Ekumenike, u mblodh n\u00eb Kor\u00e7\u00eb, n\u00eb maj 1936 Kongresi Kleriko-laik, me pjes\u00ebmarrjen e p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesve nga t\u00eb 4 dioqezat (krahinat kishtare). Kongresi k\u00ebrkoi falje nga Patriarkana; u b\u00ebn\u00eb bisedime n\u00eb Athin\u00eb (13 mars 1937) dhe nj\u00eb komision i p\u00ebrb\u00ebr\u00eb nga shqiptar\u00eb shkoi n\u00eb Konstandinopoj\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb rregulluar p\u00ebrfundimisht \u00e7\u00ebshtjen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Kjo anomali e zgjatur kishtare ishte shum\u00eb e v\u00ebshtir\u00eb e jo e favorshme p\u00ebr zhvillimin e jet\u00ebs shpirt\u00ebrore kishtare t\u00eb orthodhoks\u00ebve t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb. Kleri vuajti mjaft si rezultat i trysnive t\u00eb ndryshme dhe v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsis\u00eb ekonomike. Populli mbeti i p\u00ebr\u00e7ar\u00eb p\u00ebr nj\u00eb koh\u00eb t\u00eb gjat\u00eb, duke qen\u00eb se trazirat kishin p\u00ebrmasa komb\u00ebtare t\u00eb komplikuara. Sipas disave, Kryepiskop Kristofori kishte pranuar t\u00eb bashkohej me arb\u00ebresh\u00ebt e Italis\u00eb (Uniat\u00eb), sipas t\u00eb tjer\u00ebve, ai po p\u00ebrpiqej t\u00eb fitonte koh\u00eb, duke e shtyr\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtjen. U blen\u00eb dhe u p\u00ebrshtat\u00ebn 70 godina p\u00ebr q\u00ebllime t\u00eb ndryshme (kopshte, shkolla, qendra rinore, qendra sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsore, seli mitropolitane, sht\u00ebpi pritjeje, punishte, mensa p\u00ebr t\u00eb varfrit etj.). E gjith\u00eb vepra nd\u00ebrtuese kishtare arriti n\u00eb 450 nd\u00ebrtesa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0P\u00ebrve\u00e7 arsimit kishtar (Akademis\u00eb Teologjike \u201cNgjallja e Krishtit\u201d, Shkoll\u00ebs s\u00eb Mesme Kishtare \u201cKryqi i Nderuar\u201d, Gjirokast\u00ebr dhe Sukth t\u00eb Durr\u00ebsit, Shkoll\u00ebs 2-vje\u00e7are s\u00eb Muzik\u00ebs Bizantine) u ngrit\u00ebn edhe institucione t\u00eb tjera arsimore: 17 p\u00ebrkujdesje ditore p\u00ebr f\u00ebmij\u00eb (kopshte), 3 shkolla 9-vje\u00e7are, 1 gjimnaz, 1 shkoll\u00eb e mesme profesionale, 2 institute profesionale, universiteti &#8220;Logo&#8221;. U \u00ebsht\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetje teknike e materiale shum\u00eb shkollave publike, u rikonstruktuan 10 shkolla, midis tyre konvikti i f\u00ebmij\u00ebve q\u00eb nuk flasin e nuk d\u00ebgjojn\u00eb, dhe 6 p\u00ebrkujdesje ditore (kopshte).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Krahas tyre Kisha tregoi interesim p\u00ebr p\u00ebrkujdesjen sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsor n\u00eb vend, pa dallim besimi, duke ngritur Qendr\u00ebn Diagnostike Orthodhokse &#8220;Ungjill\u00ebzimi&#8221;, n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, me m\u00eb shum\u00eb se 24 specialitete dhe me vizita t\u00eb shumta pacient\u00ebsh;
