Orphanage "The Orthodox Home of Hope" St. Vlash, Durrës. In the summer of 2003, the doors opened. This family-structured home for children in need was started with the blessing and funds secured by His Beatitude Archbishop Anastasios.

The Albanian - Greek School Elementary School 'The Spirit of Love' Durrës. Οpened its doors in 2005 for all children ages 7 to 15 years old. The school is part of the “Spirit of Love” Foundation founded through the initiative of His Beatitude Anastasios, Archbishop of Tirana, Durrёs and All Albania.
Ecclesiastical High School "Holy Cross" in Gjirokastra. It was founded in September 1998 and began operating through the initiative and the care of His Beatitude Anastasios, Archbishop of Tirana, Durrës and all Albania.
Ecclesiastical High School in Sukth, Durrës. It was founded in September 2007 and started to operate through the initiative and the attention of His Beatitude Anastasios, Archbishop of Tirana, Durrës and all Albania.
Day Care Centers and Kindergartens. Under the fatherly care of His Beatitude, Archbishop Anastasios, and with the initiative of the Orthodox Women’s Group of Tirana, the Daycare Centers were first opened in October of 1994.
